Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Work Environment, and Career Development on Employee Loyalty. This research is a quantitative research with the data source used namely primary data. The population and sample used in this study were employees of Bank Jateng Syariah Purwokerto Branch Office, Semarang Branch Office, and Sharia Division using a saturated sample method of 102 employees of Bank Jateng Syariah. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed directly to employees. The data analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using the Stata 17 application. The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation, Work Environment, and Career Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty, (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Employee Loyalty, (3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty, and (4) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to investigate the effect among job satisfaction, organizational culture, and employee performance at hospital, involving the entire staff of the hospital. Through the application of a Non-probability technique, specifically employing the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 105 respondents who met specific criteria was selected. The data collection process entailed the distribution of a questionnaire. The purposive sampling method was deliberately utilized to guarantee that participants fulfilled predetermined criteria. The analysis of the collected data employed Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis reveal that job satisfaction significantly and positively impacts employee performance. Furthermore, organizational culture is determined to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance. Additionally, work discipline is recognized as having a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the impact of workload, work-family conflict, and rewarding on employee job satisfaction at Laksana New Swalayan Majenang. This type of research is quantitative-survey research. The sample consisted of 95 employees or a total of employees at the New Swalayan Majenang. Sampling techniques In this study using saturated sampling technique and analytical tools using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of the study found that the workload variables were most influential with relatively large path coefficients (positive), as well as high T Statistics and significant P Values on job satisfaction, work family conflict had a negative and significant impact on job content, reward has no effect on job satisfaction.
