Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of personal factors, organizational factors, non-organizational factors and self-efficacy on the organizational commitment of PT. Korean Indonesia Business Network. Sampling using incidental sampling method through a questionnaire. The sample used is 143 employees. The analytical technique used in this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that personal factors, organizational factors, non-organizational factors, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted is 96,2%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of cyberloafing, self-efficacy and organizational culture on the performance of Kanyumas Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of Civil Servants (PNS) distributed using a questionnaire. The sample used was 107 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that cyberloafing has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The R2 adjusted coefficient of determination test results was 32.7%. Keywords: Cyberloafing, Self Efficacy and Organizational Culture

Abstract

Expectancy theory is used in this study to link the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of hospital nurses mediated by organizational commitment. The study was conducted with 150 nurse respondents from two different hospitals in Banyumas Regency. The results show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a negative and insignificant effect on nurse performance. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results also show that organizational commitment cannot mediate the effect of job satisfaction on nurse performance. Abstract

Perkembangan digital marketing yang sangat pesat bermula sejak penggunaan internet yang tinggi, dikarenakan dengan adanya kehadiran smartphone dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau. Digital marketing merupakan pemanfaatan semua sumber daya yang ada pada internet yang digunakan sebagai tempat pemberi informasi terkait produk-produk yang akan dijual. Penjualan produk saat ini senantiasa menggunakan metode elektronik (e-commerce) termasuk di dalamnya terdapat ektivitas pemasaran, pembelian dan distribusi. Tim IbM membekali siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Zam-Zam dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan keahlian terkait dengan digital marketing serta praktek langsung dalam pembuatan akun/wadah untuk digital marketing, selain itu siswa juga diberikan materi dalam bentuk modul yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi seluruh siswa. Digital marketing is the utilization of all available resources on the internet that are used as a place to provide information regarding the products to be sold. The IbM team equips Zam-Zam Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) High School students with entrepreneurial knowledge and expertise related to digital marketing as well as hands-on practice in creating accounts/containers for digital marketing, besides that students are also given material in the form of modules which are expected to be useful for all student. Abstract

UMKM FOKUSKU merupakan salah satu forum komunikasi wisata kuliner binaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto di Kecamatan Kembaran, Kabupaten Banyumas. Para pelaku anggota FOKUSKU merasakan penurunan semangat berwirausaha seperti tidak memiliki kompetensi wirausaha, tidak memiliki dedikasi, minimnya inovasi untuk dapat tetap bertahan menghadapi persaingan. Kondisi perekonomian yang menuntut para pelaku UMKM untuk lebih kreatif agar mendapatkan penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Business plan belum tersusun secara baik sehingga bisnis yang mereka laksanakan memiliki kecenderungan dalam di tempat atau belum berkembng. Hal itu menimbulkan masalah pada keberlangsungan bisnis tersebut. Luaran yang ingin di capai dalam program ini adalah anggota FOKUSKU dalam memulai bisnis atau dengan bisnis yang ada saat ini dapat menyusun business plan yang baik khususnya dalam perencanaan keuangan secara tepat dan terarah sehingga tidak ada kerancuan antara modal pribadi dan modal usaha, serta memberikan semangat kewirausahaan pada anggota FOKUSKU. Abstract

Memasuki era disrupsi 5.0 menuntut semua masyarakat untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan cepat, terutama bagi penggerak komunitas. Proses promosi dan penyebaran nilai-nilai baik saat ini tidak hanya disampaikan secara langsung namun juga dapat memanfaatkan media sosial. Media sosial menjadi wadah interaksi baru serta peningkatan promosi program yang lebih optimal dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini dirancang sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan masyarakat penggerak komunitas dalam mengelola media sosial dan fotografi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah keterlibatan aktif dari anggota komunitas Sederek Eco Bhinneka, peserta memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola unggahan di media sosial serta teknik fotografi yang mudah dan bagus. Abstract

This research has respondents who are dominated by employees with civil servant status, the age of the respondents is dominated by the age range ≥ 10 years. Employees who have an educational history of up to a bachelor's degree also dominate the respondents, and employees who have worked for ≥ 10 years also dominate the respondents. In this study, studyers tested the influence of the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Environmental Service of the Environmental Service of Purbalinga Regency and Banyumas Regency. A good work environment will improve employee performance in both agencies. With operational discipline, agency goals will be achieved more quickly and employee performance will increase. Then, effective interpersonal communication will increase work morale and ensure employee performance leads to maximum results. Apart from the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication also have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

The education office is a public institution that plays a role in providing community services so that the employees involved must work optimally and have good performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Banyumas Regency Education Office. Quantitative methods were used in this study and the sampling technique used saturated samples so that the entire population became respondents. The questionnaire used for analysis was 132 questionnaires, then processed using SPSS. The results showed that organizational culture, work environment and competence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but motivation partially had no effect on the performance of employees of the Banyumas Regency Education Office. The results of this study are expected to be used as an evaluation of the performance of Banyumas Regency Education Office employees. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction, work motivation and performance of hospital employees involving all hospital staff. Through the application of non-probability techniques, especially the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 142 respondents was obtained who met certain criteria. The data collection process requires distributing questionnaires. The purposive sampling method was deliberately used to ensure participants met the predetermined criteria. Analysis of the collected data uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction was determined to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, work motivation is also recognized as having a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman kebahagiaan pada komunitas masyarakat pesisir Suku Bajo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif yang berupaya melihat bagaimana partisipan memaknai peristiwa-peristiwa dalam kehidupan mereka. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap masyarakat Bajo yang tersebar di beberapa daerah. Peserta berasal dari tiga daerah berbeda yaitu masyarakat Bajo Mola, masyarakat Bajo Lamanggau, dan masyarakat Kepulauan Bajo di Banggai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kebahagiaan erat kaitannya dengan pemenuhan dan aktualisasi dari identitas diri sebagai orang laut atau masyarakat Bajo yang memiliki ciri khas fisik dan sosial yang berbeda dari masyarakat lain, menjalankan ritual budaya yang juga tradisi meminta perlindungan oleh roh laut adalah jalan untuk mencapai kebahagiaan, dan “Lao ilu elung” (laut adalah kehidupan) merupakan tema utama yang menggambarkan makna kebahagiaan bahwa laut dan masyarakat suku Bajo adalah dua entitas yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya menggali secara spesifik terkait stereotip dan identitas diri yang membentuk konsep kebahagiaan serta integrasinya terhadap penerapan pendidikan berbasis nilai lokal di masyarakat Bajo. Keywords: Fenomenologi, Masyarakat pesisir, Pengalaman kebahagiaan, & Suku Bajo. Abstract: This research aims to explore the experience of happiness in the coastal communities of the Bajo Tribe. This research was conducted using a descriptive phenomenological approach, which attempts to see how participants interpret events in their lives. Data collection was carried out through interviews with the Bajo community spread across several regions. Participants came from three different areas, namely the Bajo Mola community, the Bajo Lamanggau community, and the Bajo Islands community in Banggai. The results of this research show that the experience of happiness is closely related to the fulfillment and actualization of one's identity as a sea person or Bajo community who have physical and social characteristics that are different from other communities; carrying out cultural rituals, which are also a tradition of asking for protection from sea spirits, is the way to achieve happiness; and "Lao ilu elung" (the sea is life) are the main themes that describe the meaning of happiness. The sea and the Bajo people are two entities that cannot be separated. Recommendations for further research explore specifically the stereotypes and self-identities that shape the concept of happiness and their integration into the implementation of local value-based education in Bajo society.
