Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh User Generated Content dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Purchase Intention produk Daviena Skincare di TikTok dalam perspektif bisnis Islam pada Generasi Z di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 100 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa User Generated Content berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, dengan p-value 0,015. Electronic Word of Mouth juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, dengan p-value 0,000. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kualitas konten yang dihasilkan pengguna dan semakin kredibel ulasan yang disebarkan melalui media sosial, semakin besar niat konsumen untuk membeli produk. Dalam perspektif bisnis Islam, kedua variabel ini saling berhubungan dan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen untuk mempertimbangkan kejujuran serta tanggung jawab sosial dalam pembelian produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Desain Post Instagram, Food Vlogger, dan Store Atmosphere terhadap Purchase Intention pada konsumen Restaurant D,Bakule Pringsewu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran yakni skala likert. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling Jumlah sample sebanyak 100 responden. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada hubungan Desain Post Instagram terhadap Purchase Intention, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada hubungan Food Vlogger terhadap Purchase Intention, dan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada hubungan Store Atmosphere terhadap Purchase Intention.

Abstract

General Background: In the digital era, employee performance is critical to the sustainability of organizations, particularly in sectors such as telecommunications. Specific Background: At PT Telkom Kedaton Branch, field employees face high-risk environments that demand optimal performance supported by conducive workplace conditions. Knowledge Gap: While previous studies have examined physical factors affecting performance, few have integrated ethical dimensions rooted in Islamic business principles. Aims: This study aims to investigate the influence of workplace environment, occupational safety, and health on employee performance through a holistic framework incorporating Islamic values. Results: Using multiple linear regression with 49 respondents, findings show that workplace environment has the strongest influence, followed by occupational safety and health, all of which significantly improve employee performance. Novelty: This research uniquely integrates Islamic business ethics—such as justice, trustworthiness, and social benefit—into occupational safety and health analysis, offering a spiritually grounded approach to human resource management. Implications: The study suggests that organizations, especially in high-risk sectors, should adopt ethical, holistic policies that integrate spiritual values to enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and organizational resilience.Highlight : The workplace environment has the strongest influence on employee performance. Safety and health programs contribute positively, though to a lesser extent. Islamic business values enrich workplace practices and employee well-being. Abstract

Perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia tengah mengalami pertumbuhan yang  pesat. Islamicity performance index merupakan sebuah  pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan   bank  syariah   yang   tidak   hanya  dari segi  kemampuannya   dalam menghasilkan  laba atau   financial  performance, akan tetapi juga    mampu mengevaluasi kinerja bank syariah yang berkaitan dengan social  performance serta kehalalan pendapatan dan investasi dari bank syariah itu sendiri. Rumusan penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana kinerja Bank Umum Syariah Periode 2014-2017 dengan menggunakan pendekatan Islamicity Performance index? dan Bagaimana dampak kinerja Bank Umum Syariah periode 2014-2017 dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Islamicity Performance index. Penelitian in menggunakan metode penelitian  kuantitatif  jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan data sekunder  berupa laporan keuangan BUS periode 2014-2017. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh Bank Umum Syariah pada periode 2014-2017. Tenik penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif non statistik dan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan cara memberikan penjelasan dengan kata-kata atau kalimat untuk menerangkan data kuantitatif yang telah diperoleh guna menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diketahui bahwa  financial  performance BUS dalam rasio akad  berbasis  bagi hasil bank syariah mendapatkan predikat “Kurang Baik”. Bank umum syariah juga  telah menginvestasikan dananya pada investasi  yang  halal  secara  keseluruhan  sehingga mendapatkan  predikat  “Sangat Baik”, dan telah menerima pendapatan halal sebesar 99% dan mendapatkan predikat “sangat Baik”. Sementara  untuk   kinerja  sosial,   dalam  hal  penyaluran  zakat  bank  umum syariah   mendapatkan    predikat   “Tidak Baik”,   sedangkan    dalam   hal pendistribusian  pendapatan bagi para stakeholder, Bank Umum Syariah mendapatkan  predikat  “Cukup Baik”.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in the financial performance of banks in Indonesia using the profitability ratios of Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM). The method used in this study used a different paired sample t-test. The results of research on the financial performance of banks in Indonesia using the ROA and NIM ratios show differences in banks' financial performance before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Statistical results show a decline in banks' financial performance in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The decline in financial performance during the pandemic is inevitable, not only from the banking sector. Indonesian banks are not yet effective enough in using assets to generate profits during the pandemic, and weak credit growth so that the allocation of third party funds are placed more in State Securities (SBN) is one of the causes.Keywords: Profitability Ratio, ROA, NIM, Covid-19

Abstract

Lelang jaminan merupakan second way bagi Bank Syariah dalam mengatasi risiko pembiayaan bermasalah. Pelaksanaan lelang jaminan pada bank syariah haruslah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, karena praktik operasional yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah merupakan nilai pokok sekaligus keunggulan bagi bank syariah.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada BRI Syariah KC Bandar Lampung Kedaton, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu mencocokkan antara teori yang ada dengan realita empirik menggunakan metode diskriptif guna mengetahui secara mendalam bagaimana pelaksanaan lelang jaminan pada bank tersebut. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara kepada pegawai Bank yang berwenang melaksanakan lelang jaminan, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan lelang jaminan pada BRIsyariah KC Bandar Lampung Kedaton dapat dilaksanakan secara langsung di Kantor KPKNL setempat, dan secara online melalui laman https://lelang.go.id. Setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap kesesuaian antara teori, nilai-nilai dalam prinsip ekonomi syariah dan aturan yang ada dengan praktik di lapangan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan lelang jaminan pada BRIsyariah KC Bandar Lampung Kedaton telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

The presence of technology in this increasingly advanced era has a very high impact, technology is here to facilitate the daily activities of the social community. One of these technological advances is manifested in the development of a service system for customers in the form of digital applications, one of which is PT. Pegadaian which launched the Pegadaian Syariah Digital (PSD) application, this application was launched in 2018 to make it easier for customers to make transactions. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the operationalization of the Pegadaian Sharia Digital application at the Sharia Pawnshop branch of Radin Intan Lampung (2) to find out the effectiveness of the Pegadaian Sharia Digital application service at the Pegadaian Sharia of Radin Intan Lampung. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a type of field research. Respondents in this study were 4 customers who used the PSD application and 4 FROM Pegadaian Sharia of Radin Intan Lampung. The data sources for this research are primary data obtained directly from observations and interviews with customers and the Sharia Pawnshop branch of Radin Intan Lampung and secondary data obtained from books, literature in the form of journals that support research and other references. In analyzing research data, the authors use the E-Servqual Theory proposed by Zeithaml about the quality of online services.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payment system on the development of culinary SMEs in Labuhan Ratu, Bandar Lampung City, in the perspective of Islamic economics. By using a qualitative approach, primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with owners of culinary SMEs that have used QRIS. The results showed that QRIS has a positive impact on increasing transactions and ease of market access. In addition, the use of QRIS allows for more transparent financial management. However, challenges related to administrative costs and understanding of digital technology are still obstacles for some business owners. From the perspective of Islamic economics, QRIS is in line with the principles of fairness and transparency in transactions. This research contributes to the understanding of how the digitalization of payments can support the development of MSMEs by taking into account the principles of Islamic economics.

Abstract

Difficulties in accessing education and health services are at the root of poverty. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of expenditure on education and health on poverty in Lampung Province 2018-2022 while considering the perspectives of Islamic economics. The method in this research uses a quantitative. The results of this research show that if government spending in the education sector increases, the poverty rate will increase. If the health sector increases, the poverty rate will decrease. If both increase, poverty will be affected. Government spending in education and health is in line with the principles of Islamic economics Al-Adl (justice), which implement fair and trustworthy policies, such as the regional government in Lampung Province always increasing budget and service facilities so that poverty in Lampung Province can decrease every year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of investment, export-import, and inflation rate on economic growth in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic economics during the period 2004–2024. The Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) identifies short-term and long-term relationships among these variables. The data employed are annual secondary data from various official sources, such as the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The results indicate that, in the long term, investment and exports have a significant positive effect on economic growth, while inflation has a negative impact. In the short term, the relationships among these variables demonstrate complex dynamics, yet remain consistent with Islamic economic theory, which emphasizes stability, justice, and sustainable growth. This study provides important implications for macroeconomic policies aligned with sharia principles, particularly in efforts to achieve inclusive and equitable economic development in Indonesia.
