Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in employee training and development programs is increasingly becoming a key focus for companies in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources. AI has the ability to analyze performance data, personalize training materials, and provide real-time feedback, thus accelerating the process of improving employee skills. This research aims to analyze the role of AI in optimizing training programs, identifying the benefits and challenges faced in its implementation. The method used in this research is a literature study and secondary data analysis from various previous studies. The results show that the use of AI in employee training can increase engagement, accelerate the learning curve, and enable a data-driven approach to training decision-making. However, challenges such as employee resistance, limited technological infrastructure, and the need for ethical and privacy regulations are still barriers to the widespread application of AI. Therefore, companies need to develop the right strategies in integrating AI into the training system to improve competitiveness and workforce productivity.

Abstract

The creative industry has dynamic characteristics that demand flexibility and constant innovation. Organizational culture transformation is a key factor in creating a work environment that is professional, collaborative, and adaptive to market changes. This research discusses how changes in values, norms, and work practices in organizations can improve professionalism in the creative industry sector. By implementing a culture that is oriented towards innovation, openness and responsibility, companies can increase productivity and competitiveness. This study also examines the challenges and strategies that can be applied in the process of transforming organizational culture to support the sustainable growth of the creative industry.

Abstract

In this study by taking the East Java region as a case study, the research will focus on the resilience of the investment climate on labor fluctuations and the deterioration of infrastructure quality. The data used are at district and city level in East Java starting from year 2007 until year 2014 which is yearly. Dependent variable in this research is total investment (INVESTMENT) that enters into districts and cities in East Java in the form of foreign direct investment (PMA) and domestics investment (PMDN), while the independent variable is divided into two categories namely labor supply shock and infrastructure quality. To represent employment conditions, several independent variable were selected namely human development index (HDI), labor force participation rate (LFPR), and district / municipal minimum wage (UMK). The other independent variables representing the quality condition of the infrastructure consisted of good road length (ROAD), power supply electricity (electricity) and government expenditure on infrastructure (GMODAL). By using panel data regression analysis in 38 districts in East Java, it can be concluded that the coefficient of UMK that contradicts with the theory can be explained from the phenomenon of data where, the minimum wage increase of city districts start 2007 to 2013 slightly has impact on the total investment value. On the other hand, infrastructure variables such as roads, electricity and allocation of government funds do not significantly affect the value of investment in East Java. Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi tuntutan bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk dapat bertahan dan bersaing di era digital. Namun, keberhasilan transformasi digital tidak hanya bergantung pada adopsi teknologi, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh mindset para pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mindset transformasi digital terhadap peningkatan bisnis UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 250 pelaku UMKM di wilayah tertentu. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mindset transformasi digital, yang terdiri dari dimensi keterbukaan, inovasi, dan adaptabilitas, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan bisnis UMKM yang diukur dari indikator pertumbuhan penjualan, peningkatan produktivitas, dan perluasan pasar. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengembangan mindset transformasi digital bagi pelaku UMKM untuk mendorong peningkatan bisnis mereka di era digital.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital yang beretika menjadi aspek krusial dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan keberlanjutan bisnis di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji prinsip-prinsip etika dalam pemasaran digital serta tantangan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam menerapkannya. Melalui pendekatan kepustakaan, studi ini menganalisis berbagai literatur terkait untuk memahami bagaimana etika dalam pemasaran digital memengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen dan pertumbuhan bisnis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi, perlindungan data, dan kejujuran dalam komunikasi pemasaran merupakan faktor utama dalam menciptakan citra perusahaan yang positif. Namun, perusahaan masih menghadapi tantangan seperti perubahan regulasi, persaingan ketat, dan penyalahgunaan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran digital yang etis perlu diterapkan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the performance and activity of UMKM in Gresik, East Java from maqasid syariah side, which based on the principle of maqasid syariah can give welfare (maslahah) to society wide. Therefore, whether the performance and activities undertaken by SMEs according to the principles of maqasid syariah especially SMEs in Gresik. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are business actors that directly touch the community so that it has a very important role in the absorption of manpower and regional income and the economy widely. Although MSMEs have fundamental problems mainly on internal and external issues such as limited capital, human resources, business network and market penetration, business climate, facilities and infrastructure, short life time product, market access, and free trade. This research was conducted in three stages. The first phase of the exploration aims to provide initial insight, research design, and test theoretical framework through pilot study and interview on UMKM Gresik. The second phase is a survey of MSME Gresik to form the basis of generalization. And the third stage is a case study on SMEs Gresik sample to explore relationships and relevant results on the performance and activities of MSMEs with maqasid sharia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul strategi peningkatan pengumpulan zakat infak dan sedekah LAZISMU Cabang Gowa di kabupaten Gowa. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi LAZISMU Cabang Gowa dalam meningkatkan penghimpunan dana ZIS serta untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya dalam mengumpulkan ZIS di kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenalogi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, strategi LAZISMU Cabang Gowa dalam meningkatkan pengumpulan ZIS dilakukan dengan empat cara yaitu mencari dan mendata potensi zakat, infak dan sedekah yang belum tergarap, membentuk kantor layanan, membuka gerai zakat, dan membangun komunikasi dengan para calon muzakki. Kedua, faktor pendukung LAZISMU Cabang Gowa dalam upaya fundraising ZIS di kabupaten Gowa diperhadapkan dengan beberapa faktor meliputi manajemen lembaga yang baik, database yang dikelola dengan baik, lokasi kantor yang strategis, asset yang cukup tinggi dan potensi ZIS yang besar, memiliki legalitas, serta bantuan dari pemerintah maupun tokoh masyarakat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yakni kurangnya sosialisasi, minimnya pemahaman serta kesadaran masyarakat tentang kewajiban membayar zakat, program-program yang masih belum mampudirasakan secara merata oleh masyarakat, dan munculnya lembaga-lembaga pengelola zakat lainya. Setelah dilakukan analisis SWOT didapatkan hasil bahwa LAZISMU Cabang Gowa berada pada posisi strategi agresif dengan hasil (0,2), (0,09). Strategi agresif disarankan untuk memaksimalkan peluang dengan kekuatan yang dimilikinya untuk terus melakukan ekspansi, memperbesar pertumbuhan dan meraih kemajuan secara maksimal.
