Abstract

Optimal development is the goal that the child is expected to achieve during maturation which can be categorized into 5 domains, one of which is fine motor development. Fine motor development takes longer to achieve than gross motor development so it is necessary to stimulate one of them with a play approach. This study aims to analyze the development of LADO BALA play therapy (playdough Natural ingredients) on fine motor development and anxiety levels in children in the agricultural area. This research is a quasy experiment research with one group pretest-posttest design. The respondents in this study were 78 pre-school children with purposive sampling techniques. The measuring tools used in this study were DDST sheets to assess development and Faces Image Scale (FIS) to assess anxiety. The novelty in this study is that the media used is the result of the development of researchers, namely playdough with natural ingredients, namely wheat flour, salt, food coloring, warm water by utilizing local resources and wisdom in the agronursing area, namely using coconut oil which is safe and beneficial for children's skin health. The data obtained were analyzed with the Wilcoxon signed ranks test to determine the influence between variables. The results of each analysis were obtained namely p = 0.001 which stated that there was an influence of the development of playdough play on fine motor development and anxiety levels in children in the agriculture area. Playing lado bala facilitates children's development through squeezing, shaking, and increasing creativity in children, as well as making children feel happy so as to reduce anxiety in children.Playing ladobala can be one of the stimulations of fine motor development in pre-shool children in the agronursing area and ladobala media can be made by children with parents with easily available and safe materials.

The efforts made by the hospital in the face of this competition by encouraging staff to engage in Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Nurses as health workers who provide care to patients play an important role in being involved in OCB to build a positive image of the hospital. More and more staff involved in OCB can improve service efficiency, and patient satisfaction, and provide positive value to Hospital's Corporate Image (HCI). Variables consist of 7 latent variables and 25 indicators.  Inferential analysis using SEM PLS. Results: The results showed that (1) the determinants of OCB were influenced by employee factors, company factors, and customer factors, (2) employee factors had the most influence on OCB which had a positive impact on HCI, (3) OCB was a mediating variable between employee and HCI factors, (4) OCB had a strong influence on HCI. Conclusion: The OCB-based HCI model is a model that is influenced by employee factors through good nurse interpersonal communication to improve nurses' OCB behavior through tolerance behavior (sportsmanship) to create a positive hospital image. Abstract

Aims: This research aims to identify factors related to the functions of agrarian families in rural areas that can contribute to the prevention of stunting. Methods: This study employs a literature review design with keywords "family" "agriculture or rural" and "stunting." The selection of articles follows the PRISMA approach. Articles were selected using three search engines: PubMed, Sage Journals, and Google Scholar. Results: This review summarizes eighteen articles. Nine articles discuss income and economic limitations within a family, ten articles explore food practices and dietary diversity (protein sources), three articles examine family size, four articles address maternal education and knowledge, three articles focus on exclusive breastfeeding, and two articles discuss parenting styles and early marriage culture, both considered influential in stunting within agrarian families in rural areas. Conclusion: Results Optimizable family functions in stunting prevention include economic, healthcare, reproductive, and socialization functions. Affective functions were not consistently found in the reviewed articles, possibly due to the limited use of three search engines by the researchers. Future researchers are encouraged to explore similar research themes using other journal search engines to enrich the study.

The method used in this study is by using a cross-sectional approach. Sampling using a simple random sampling technique obtained a sample of 150 respondents. Data collection used the SAS-SV questionnaire and the psychosocial development questionnaire. This study used a relationship test, namely the Kendal-Tau test c. The study results showed that students with Smartphone addiction were in the 106 (70.7%) addiction category and 44 (29.3%) non-addictive categories. While the psychosocial development of children in the abnormal category was 86 (57.3%), the borderline category was 28 (18.7%), and the normal category was 36 (24%). These results show that the p-value obtained is 0.000 or a p-value <0.05. It can be said that there is a relationship between the level of Smartphone addiction and psychosocial development. In addition, the value of strength in both relationships is 0.340. This value is included in the weak category. So, the relationship between the two variables is included in the weak category. Then, the level of correlation shows positive results, namely the higher the level of smartphone addiction, the worse the psychosocial development of children.

Abstract

Hyperthermia is a health problem characterized by increased body temperature above normal due to thermoregulation failure. Improper hyperthermia treatment of children under five can result in complications such as dehydration and seizures. According to the concept of family-centered care, the family is one of the sources for the treatment of childcare. Involving the family can contribute to success in caring for sick children, not apart from knowledge and attitude in good health based on informed sources and a good environment. The study was intended to get a picture of the parent's knowledge and attitude in conducting hyperthermia first aid on preschool-age children on the coastal shore of the Situbondo county anchor. Research design uses observational/non-experimental study design with a descriptive study, and sample identification using a non-established method with an established sampling technique. The sample needed as many as 80 respondents with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection uses knowledge questionnaires and attitudes transmitted directly through posyandu; midwives and cadres of posyandu. Studies have found that of 80 respondents, most respondents were in the early adult age category (26-35), and some of those had 2 children. Most parents have a final elementary and high school education level with most of the employment status as housewives. Most of the respondents received information regarding the first treatment of hyperthermia from health officials. The level of parental knowledge is at a missing level and the parents' attitude is at a sufficient level. As a nurse, it is necessary to provide innovation in educating parents about first aid for hyperthermia in children with various health promotion media to change knowledge and attitudes, so that they can undergo better first aid behavior.

Abstract

In the past decade, women were found working in tobacco factories. Stress that occurs in the workplace results from emotional and physical reactions due to the failure of individuals to adapt to a work environment where there is a mismatch between expectations and reality. This study aimed to identify the psychological distress among female tobacco workers. The research design used in this research is descriptive research. The of respondents required in this study is 91 respondents. Sampling was done by using a random sampling method. The data collection tool used in this study was the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) questionnaire. The results showed that most of the respondents never experienced stress. Some respondents often experience stress with symptoms of overreaction to a situation, and some respondents experience stress all the time with symptoms of not feeling positive and experiencing shaking or tremors in their hands. Respondents who often experience anxiety feel symptoms of panic and worthlessness, and respondents who experience severe anxiety at any time feel symptoms of changes in heart rate even though they do not do physical activity (feel their heart rate increases). Lack of training and low education cause job stress for workers. Lack of placement scenarios not by the workers' abilities will make them less confident and experience difficulties dealing with situations that can cause anxiety. Women working in tobacco factories must handle the stress for their mental and physical health.
