Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika berdasarkan langkah polya pada materi SPLDV ditinjau dari kepribadian siswa tipe phlegmatis (PE). Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kepribadian, tes pemecahan masalah matematika serta pedoman wawancara. Tes kepribadian digunakan untuk mengelompokkan siswa berdasarkan kepribadiannya, tes pemecahan masalah akan digunakan untuk menunjukkan kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematis berdasarkan langkah polya, dan pedoman wawancara berisi sejumlah panduan yang bertujuan mengklarifikasi jawaban dan menelusuri proses berpikir siswa secara mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan wawancara dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Proses penelitian mengikuti tahap-tahap: (a)merumuskan indikator pemecahan masalah matematika berdasarkan langkah polya, (b)merumuskan instrumen pendukung (tes penggolongan tipe kepribadian, tugas pemecahan masalah matematika dan pedoman wawancara) yang valid dan reliabel, (c)melakukan pengambilan subjek penelitian dengan memberikan penggolongan tipe kepribadian, (d)melakukan pengambilan data untuk mengungkap deskripsi pemecahan masalah matematika yang dilakukan oleh siswa, (e)melakukan triangulasi waktu untuk mendapatkan data yang valid, (f)melakukan analisis data pemecahan masalah berdasarkan tipe kepribadian, (g)melakukan pembahasan hasil analisis, (h)melakukan penarikan kesimpulan hasil penelitian.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek phlegmatis melakukan pemecahan masalah mengikuti langkah-langkah Polya yakni: (1)memahami masalah, (2)merencanakan penyelesaian, (3)melakukan rencana penyelesaian, (4)memeriksa kembali.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model using TIMSS question worksheets on algebraic content to measure solving abilities. The population in this study were all VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pangkajene totaling 180 students and a sample of 32 students who were taken using simple random technique. The instruments in this study were 1) worksheets on TIMSS questions; 2) Test problem solving skills; 3) Interview guidelines. The data will be analyzed descriptive quantitative and inferential analysis. The results obtained: 1) students 'problem solving abilities (pretest) according to the aspects assessed in the TIMSS were analyzed descriptively in moderate interpretation, which was 10 students or 33% of 32 students, while the students' problem solving abilities (posttest) were at high interpretation which was equal to 17 students or 54% of 32 students. The normalized gain test result is 0.52, which means that the increase in student learning outcomes taught by the CPS learning model is in the medium category. 2) The average percentage of students who responded positively to the application of the CPS model was 81%. 3) Inferential, the application of the CPS learning model is complete classically and has a boost to increase the gain of 0.3 or there is an increase in the average normalized gain value significantly so that this model is good for use in mathematics learning at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkajene.

Abstract

Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk memecahkan masalah prioritas mahasiswa STAI DDI Pangkep, yaitu : (1) masih rendahnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah khususnya Penelitan Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang merupakan penelitian yang nantinya mahasiswa wajib diketahui tidak hanya sebagai calon peneliti nantinya pada saat penyelesaian tugas akhir mereka, tetapi juga sangat berarti bagi mereka kelak sebagai calon guru; (2) kesulitan dalam mengolah dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Adapun solusi dari permasalahan tersebut melatih mahasiswa dalam penulisan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan pengolahan data hasil penelitian melalui aplikasi SPSS. Prosedur kerja metode ini meliputi : 1) tahap persiapan; 2) tahap pelaksanaan seperti pengenalan konsep dasar PTK, penyajian cara praktis menulis PTK, menganalisis data PTK dengan aplikasi SPSS; 3) tahap evaluasi; 4) tahap keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh adalah : (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan mahasiswa mitra terhadap cara penulisan PTK dan (2) Meningkatnya pengetahuan mahasiswa mitra tentang mengolah data hasil penelitian dengan aplikasi statistika SPSS.

Abstract

In obtaining information or feedback from alumni, universities require methods to be used in this regard, one of which is tracer study. Through tracer study, universities will know the educational outcomes of alumni in the form of transition from the world of higher education to the world of work and improvement and quality development of the college education system that they obtained during the lecture. STKIP Andi Matappa is a private university that routinely conducts tracer studies every year. However, many alumni of STKIP Andi Matappa still do not understand and are aware of the importance of tracer study. This is exacerbated by the many alumni of STKIP Andi Matappa who live in remote areas. STKIP Andi Matappa conducted qtafi online questionnaire filling assistance for tracer study with simulation training method at STKIP Andi Matappa alumni in 2019. The purpose of the mentoring activity is increased knowledge and understanding of alumni regarding the filling of QTAFI online questionnaires. The steps of QTAFI-based tracer study questionnaire filling assistance activities for STKIP Andi Matappa alumni are (1) Introduction stage, (2) Explanation of fill data in QTAFI-based tracer study questionnaire, (3) Technical guidance on filling out QTAFI-based tracer study questionnaires. The results of the dedication showed the increasing knowledge and understanding of Graduate of STKIP Andi Matappa regarding the filling of QTAFI online questionnaires for tracer study.

Abstract

Background: Mathematics Teachers who are members of MGMP (Teacher's Deliberation of Subjects) Mathematics at the Junior High School level of Pangkep Regency face problems in writing classroom action research (PTK), processing and analyzing data from PTK research results using software, as well as the publication of PTK scientific articles in the Open Journal System (OJS). The purpose to improve (1) the teacher's knowledge of the way of writing classroom action research (PTK); (2) the teacher's knowledge of software R statistical applications; (3) teacher knowledge of the Open Journal System (OJS). Method: Learning Model Technology, Pedagogy, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) consists of 4 steps: understanding (P), observation-instruction (O), instruction exercises (L), reflection (R). Training Partner is MGMP Mathematics junior high school pangkep which amounted to 12 people. Instruments of devotion in the form of: tests of classroom action research knowledge; test of software knowledge R; Open Journal System (OJS) knowledge test. Results: (1) increased teacher knowledge of how to write class actions; (2) increased teacher knowledge about processing classroom action research data with Software R; (3) Increased teacher knowledge about the publication of scientific articles of classroom action research in the Open Journal System (OJS). Conclusion: OJS Technology-Based PTK Training and The Use of Software R can overcome teacher difficulties in writing PTK, processing and analyzing PTK research data, as well as the publication of PTK scientific articles in the Open Journal System (OJS).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa SMA mengenai cara meningkatkan Minat belajar Siswa di era sekarang karena banyak factor yang membuat rasa minat belajar siswa semakin berkurang apalagi di era teknologi seperti sekarang Gadget tidak bisa dipungkiri di dunia anak-anak dan orang dewasa sekali pun. Namun, ditemukan masih kurangnya pemahaman mengenai cara bagaimana mereka dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang minat belajar agar mereka dapat termotivasi dalam kegiatan belajar di sekolah . Abstract

This study aimed to improve fifth-grade students' conceptual understanding in Civics Education through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Truth or Dare card media at SDN 2 Labakkang. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles involving 33 students. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, concept-understanding tests, and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that students' conceptual understanding improved from a low category in cycle I to a high category in cycle II. The mean score increased from 46.12 in cycle I to 77.24 in cycle II, while learning mastery increased from 21.21% to 87.87%. Student activity and teacher activity also improved across cycles. These findings indicate that integrating PBL with Truth or Dare card media can create interactive, contextual, and enjoyable learning experiences that support students' understanding of Civics concepts.

Abstract

Digital education transformation requires elementary school teachers to possess digital literacy and computational thinking skills; however, teachers in remote areas are generally unfamiliar with the concept of unplugged coding. This community service (PKM) project aims to enhance teachers' understanding and skills in designing simple learning media without digital devices at SD Negeri 27 Paukiri, Pangkajene, and Kepulauan Regency. The method employed is a participatory approach involving training, demonstrations, practice, and mentoring, with qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results indicate a significant shift in teachers' perception that coding can be taught without computers, alongside an improvement in their skills in creating media from local materials. Implementation among students in grades I–VI also demonstrated high learning enthusiasm. It is concluded that unplugged coding is an effective and contextual solution for enhancing digital literacy in schools with limited facilities.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, teachers are required to be creative and adaptive to technological developments in order to support interesting and meaningful learning for students. Therefore, a hands-on practice-based training was conducted designed to improve teachers' competencies in designing teaching media using the Canva application, including visual materials, infographics, and interactive worksheets. The training method was carried out through a participatory workshop approach that actively involved teachers in the digital teaching media design process. This community service activity showed an increase in teachers' skills in creating Canva-based learning media. Canva training can improve teachers' skills in creating Canva-based learning media at SDN 32 Pulau Balang Caddi. Abstrak Di era digital saat ini, guru dituntut untuk kreatif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi guna menunjang pembelajaran yang menarik dan bermakna bagi siswa. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mendesain media ajar menggunakan aplikasi Canva, baik materi visual, infografis, maupun lembar kerja interaktif. Metode pelatihan dilakukan melalui pendekatan workshop partisipatif yang melibatkan guru secara aktif dalam proses perancangan media ajar digital. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan terhadap keterampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis Canva. Pelatihan Canva dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis Canva di SDN 32 Pulau Balang Caddi.
