Abstract

PROLANIS, merupakan suatu sistem pelayanan kesehatan dan pendekatan proaktif yang dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi yang melibatkan Peserta, Puskesmas, dan BPJS Kesehatan dalam rangka pemeliharaan kesehatan bagi peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang menderita penyakit kronis, namun proses pengolahan data dan perekapan data bulanan yang masih menyebabkan penumpukan arsip data peserta, serta madding puskesmas merupakan wadah yang belum bisa dibilang efektif untuk penyampaian informasi terkait jadwal konsultasi, pemeriksaan dan kegiatan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan mempermudah kinerja perangkat puskesmas selaku penanggung jawab program melakukan pemantauan kesehatan peserta PROLANIS, mengelola data hasil medis pasien, riwayat pemeriksaan pasien serta jadwal kegiatan secara real-time. Serta diharapkan menjadi wadah edukasi mengenai penyakit terkait PROLANIS yang dapat meminimalisir penyampaian informasi yang salah kepada pasien. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode prototype dengan tahapan Communication, Quick Plan, Quick Design, Construction Deployment Delivery Feedback. Hasil penelitian ialah menghasilkan sistem yang memudahkan petugas dalam hal pengelolaan data, pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan berkala pasien yang telah terdaftar sebagai peserta kegiatan. Dengan adanya fitur inti send notification jadwal baru juga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan penyampaian informasi mengenai jadwal kegiatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatabelakangi oleh masalah dalam penyusunan RPS dan evaluasi CPL di Jurusan Teknik Informatika, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo yang saat ini masih memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft excel, yang menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penyusunan RPS dan evaluasi CPL belum optimal dan efisien terlebih apabila terjadi perubahan maupun berbaikan karena adanya pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototype yang diawali dengan tahapan Komunikasi dan Pengumpulan Kebutuhan, Perencanaan Secara Cepat, Pemodelan dan Perencanaan Secara Cepat, Pembentukan Prototype, Penyerahan Sistem dan Umpan Balik. Berdasarkan hasil tahapan – tahapan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti berhasil mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) dan Evaluasi Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL) yang memudahkan penyusunan dan pengembangan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) dan mempermudah Jurusan Teknik Informatika dalam memonitor kelayakan Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL). Selain itu, mahasiswa dapat mengetahui rencana kegiatan pembelajaran setiap pertemuan mata kuliah dan nilai tugas – tugas, nilai midsemester, nilai ujian akhir dan sebagainya yang sesuai dengan Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan yang dibebankan pada mata kuliah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the obstacles experienced by the village government which has difficulty in delivering information on the results of the village development planning deliberations as well as the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) to the community, so this makes the lack of transparency from the village government to the community. In addition, there is no system that can process and inform village development planning activities that are ongoing, those that have been achieved and those that have not. The method used in this research is the prototype method. The results of this study obtained the final result in the form of an information system for planning and evaluating village development activities. In addition, with an information system for planning and evaluating village development activities, the system can help the community to get information on planning and evaluating village development activities quickly.

Abstract

Abstract  The research aimed to determinate the user satisfaction score on the quality of a library website and identify the factors affecting the quality of a library website. In this research, the researcher carried out observation, literature study related to the research topics and questionnaire as the data collection methods. The population of this research was the public who have utilized the library website, specifically at the Faculty of Engineering. In addition, the sampling employed a Webqual 4.0 method where the number of samples were 57. Respondents taken for two week. The website evaluated in this research was the library website at the Faculty of Engineering. The research finding proved that all the proposed model variable affect user satisfaction. The variable with the highest score in influencing the library website user satisfaction was Service Quality. Meanwhile, Information and Usability Quality were variables that remain to be improved to enhance user satisfaction. Keywords: Quality of Website, Webqual 4.0, Content, Library . Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai kepuasan pengguna dan  mendapatkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas website perpustakaan .  Untuk  menunjang  penelitian,  peneliti  melakukan  observasi,  studi  literatur sejenis, dan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Populasi pada  penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum yang telah menggunakan website perpustakaan,   khususnya   di Fakultas Teknik.   Pengambilan   sampel   dilakukan   dengan   metode Webqual 4.0. Terkumpul 57 responden yang  menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini setelah 2 (dua) minggu masa pengumpulan data.  Website yang dimaksud pada penelitian ini adalah perpustakaan Fakultas Teknik. Hasilnya, seluruh  variabel  pada  model  yang  diajukan  terbukti  berpengaruh  pada  pembentukan  kepuasan pengguna. Variabel dengan nilai tertinggi dalam pembentukan kepuasan  pengguna website perpustakaan adalah Service Quality. Information  dan Usability Quality menjadi variabel yang perlu ditingkatkan sehingga kepuasan  pengguna dapat terbentuk lebih baik Kata Kunci : Kualitas Website, Webqual 4.0 , Konten, Perpustakaan

Abstract

This research is conducted due to the constraints that are often found in organizing the thesis defense and practical work schedules at the departement of informatics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo. The constraints are in the form of frequent delays in scheduling because the admin has to check the room beforehand, the lecturers' absence, and the time to prevent conflicts in scheduling the research method is a prototype. The research result is an application in scheduling the thesis defense and practical work, which will help organize the thesis defense and practical work schedules in addition, the admin is also able to easilydetermine both schedules in the Departement of Informatics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo.Keywords: Scheduling Application, Thesis, practical work

Abstract

This present study is motivated by a problem experienced by supervisors in processing data where they remain applying Microsoft Excel so that it is eventually time-consuming and leading to frequent data duplication. In addition, the data storage process is still in the form of document or archive thus, it delays the search process over certain data, and it is vulnerable to be lost or corrupted. The study is classified as a descriptive study which uses prototype method for system development. The study's result is a Web-based Regional Asset Inventory Information System which is helpful in the regional asset inventory process. Additionally, the system can help prepare and register data so that it benefits Bone Bolango District administration in relation to the regional asset inventory process. Abstract

The present study was heavily motivated by the problems that often occurred in the students' affairs of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The process of student ranking in the students' affair unit of the Faculty of Engineering employs a manual method of data collection of students' achievements. All files of students' achievements are photocopied, scanned, and archived into a computer. This method is lacking in a crucial aspect; students with achievements or recognitions cannot input and archive their achievements into the university database by themselves. Therefore, the data of achievements might get scattered and hinder the evaluation process. The study employed a prototype method. The results showed that an information system of student ranking management was developed to assist the compilation process of students' achievements. By the developed information system, the students are enabled to input the achievements they have into the system by themselves.Keywords:  Management, Ranking, Student Ranking Management Information System, Prototype

Abstract

The Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is managed separately from Village Government organization and is selected by village community through certain discussion. The management of such enterprises requires function of management support to be more efficient. The research aims to develop Management Information System of Village-Owned Enterprise to help manage it. This research employs descriptive method with prototyping method for the system development. The final result of this research is a Management Information System of Village-Owned Enterprises.

Abstract

Akreditasi menjadi aset penting bagi program studi dan perguruan tinggi sebagai tolak ukur penilaian kualitas mutu.Pihak yang bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan penjaminan mutu akreditasi tersebut adalah Badan AkreditasiNasional Perguruan Tinggi atau disingkat BAN-PT. Dalam melakukan akreditasi program studi, BAN-PTmembutuhkan instrumen berisi informasi mengenai kinerja program studi pada suatu perguruan tinggi, salah satunyaadalah instrumen Laporan Kinerja Program Studi. Akan tetapi, dalam pengumpulan data kinerja tersebut, programstudi jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Negeri Gorontalo masih mengalami kesulitan karena datanya belumterkelola dengan baik. Tidak adanya sarana penyimpanan data terpadu membuat tim penyusun borang kewalahankarena harus melakukan pengumpulan dan merekap data yang dihimpun dari berbagai sumber. Kondisi inilah yangmenjadi permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini diangkat dengan tujuan untuk membuatsistem informasi kinerja program studi di jurusan Teknik Informatika UNG, guna menghimpun seluruh data yangdibutuhkan ke dalam satu wadah setiap tahun akademik, agar memudahkan saat penyusunan borang akreditasi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi kinerja programstudi dengan mengacu pada instrumen LKPS borang akreditasi.

Abstract

Abstract In the business process of plant seeds production and distribution at Bone Bolango Watershed Management Center, there are problems in plant seeds grouping and plant seeds selection. This resulted in the distribution of plant seeds at Permanent Seedling of BPDAS-HL (Watershed and Protected Forest Management Center) of Bone Bolango was not optimal. This research aimed to determine to what extent the analysis and engineering of plant seeds production and distribution process can optimize the distribution of plant seeds at Permanent Seedling of BPDAS-HL Bone Bolango. It applied a Busness Process Improvement Analysis method. The findings showed that healthy and unhealthy plant seeds where not grouped because there was no place to classify plant seeds according to the health of the plant seeds, and there was also no dissemination about how to plant and maintain plant seeds properly and correctly. Meanwhile, the engineering camied out to Overcome this problem, namely adding a business process for the procurement of a place for grouping plant seeds according to the health of the plant seeds and dissemmation about how to plant and maintaim plant socds properly and correctly. Keywords:Plant Seeds Production and Distribution Business Process Engineering, Business Process Improvement
