Abstract

Regardless of the situation, even though there are no signs that the Covid 19 pandemic will end - education must continue to run in accordance with the mandate of the law on the applicable curriculum. As understood by various parties related to mathematics learning in schools, teachers must balance spiritual and social attitudes, knowledge and skills, and apply them in various situations in schools and communities. This mandate implied that the core competence of spiritual attitude KI-1 and KI-2 became the main pillar for KI-3 and KI-4 in all subjects. One of the reasons why these two core competencies were only the tasks of Religion and PPKn subjects, namely spiritual competence and too forced attitudes that interfered with scientific substance and cause confusion and excessive administrative burden for teachers (Kemendikbud, 2017). Assessment of the attitudes of KI-1 and KI-2 had been eliminated in every subject, except for religion and PPKn. However, IP was still included in the writing of the Lesson  Plan (RPP). With a background like this, it implied a problem that deserved to be handled through this PKM activity. The main problem was how to formulate KI-1 and KI-2 into lesson plans and how to measure them in SMP mathematics learning. Through workshops with action research, an implementative lesson plan was produced that fulfills the theoretical principles of planning mathematics learning.

Abstract

PT. WT is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry. To support the fulfillment of the above production results, this company already has several units of sophisticated CNC machines. However, in the application of this CNC machine, there are still problems when making bushing spare parts that have not been able to meet the very high market demand.This is because within 16 hours of effective work it only produces 120 pcs of bushing spare parts, while in 1 month the demand for bushing spare parts from consumers reaches 2,400 pcs. So that in this study, it is necessary to improve the time and quality of production which is more effective and efficient.The research that has been done with the title "optimization of bushing production time in the cnc turning process using the Taguchi method and root cause analysis (RCA)". The data obtained from the results of research with time parameters that must be achieved with the optimization of the cycle time response produced is 74.03 seconds or decreased by 14.37 seconds from factory standards. While the optimum condition is produced at the RPM condition of 3100; Feed of 0.8 mm / put; and Dept of Cut of 0.7 mm / put. With this implementation, the production of these bushing spare parts can increase by 16.33%. Thus, PT. Weiss Tech will be able to meet the target market demand.

Abstract

Bermula sejak COVID19 maka hampir setiap orang di seluruh dunia menggunakan internet bahkan hingga tahap yang mencemaskan yaitu kecanduan internet. Beberapa penelitian melaporkan bahwa tingkat kecanduan terhadap penggunaan jaringan internet semakin tinggi walaupun COVID19 telah reda. Remaja belum mampu memilih aktivi-tas sambungan internet yang bermanfaat dan mereka lebih mudah mengalami pengaruh buruk lingkungan per-gaulan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut mereka perlu dukungan dari para psikolog sehingga dapat mencegah dan mendiagnosis dini sebelum mereka menjadi penderita kecanduan internet berat. Namun disisi lain, jumlah psikolog yang dapat membantu masih sangat terbatas terutama di kota-kota kecil. Selain itu faktor ekonomi dan keterbata-san waktu orangtua dalam mendapingi anaknya mengunjugi psikolog menjadi penghambat utama. Oleh karena itu perlu ditemukan solusi yang dapat mengatasi keterbatasan-keterbatasan dan penghambat remaja dalam mendapat-kan pelayanan dari seorang psikolog. Salah satu solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah membangun sebuah sis-tem pakar yang dapat bekerja sebagai seorang psikolog. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar untuk melakukan diagnosis kecanduan internet dengan menggunakan metode certainty factor (factor kepercayaan). Tingkat kecanduan internet dikategorikan dalam rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Pengujian sis-tem dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian black box yang memungkinkan pakar memperoleh kumpulan kondi-si keluaran yang akan mengerjakan seluruh keperluan fungsional program. Pengujian ini menunjukkan pemasukan data keluaran telah berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Pengujian terhadap 20 repsonden memberikan ting-kat akurasi sistem pakar “Internet Sehat” 83%

Abstract

Indomaret is a minimarket network that provides basic needs and daily needs. In 1997 the company developed the first franchised outlet business in Indonesia, after having more than 230 stores. In 2015 there were 11,400 stores, 60% of which were self-owned and the rest were public property. Indomaret is spread evenly from Sumatra, Java, Madura, Bali, Lombok, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. The company motto is "Easy and Economical". Employee Performance As one of the results of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties. If the performance is below expectations, the customer will be disappointed or dissatisfied. Performance in line with expectations can make customers satisfied. In addition, performance that exceeds expectations can make customers very satisfied. The results prove that increasing employee engagement, job satisfaction, reducing work stress is expected to increase employee performance.

Abstract

Travel to Melaka application used to learn about the historical building in Malacca Malay Sultanate Era by using Augmented Reality (AR) technology. Learn about the historical building is very important. However, there are some students who are bored and not interested in learning History subject. The purpose of this application is to develop an educational application based on Augmented Reality for students to interest them in learning about the historical building. The design of this application is developed using multimedia elements which may interest the students to use this application. This application development was developed using the ADDIE Model. In addition, this research was evaluated by among 35 students from Sultan Idris Education University who pursuing a Bachelor of Education (History) with Honors by using quantitative methods through online questionnaire. As a result of the questionnaire, majority of respondents gave positive feedback and interested with Travel to Melaka application. In conclusion, learning about historical building in Malacca Malay Sultanate Era using Augmented Reality provides better knowledge and understanding.

Abstract

The advancement of communication and information technologies had provided a flexible learningenvironment. In addition, the 21st century teachers were expected to be able to integrate technologyinto their teaching and learning process. One of the learning models that could facilitate thisintegration was the flipped learning model. However, it was considered as a new learning model inIndonesian context, where there were not many teachers applied this learning model into theirteaching and learning process. Additionally, there was few research conducted on the implementationthis learning model in teaching speaking. For this purpose, this paper aimed to provide a best practiceof the implementation of the flipped learning in the teaching of speaking. The implementation of theflipped learning was applied to the EFL learners who are in the beginner level. One of the materialstaken to be taught with the purpose of improving the learners’ speaking to specifically talk by usingpresent perfect tense. Finally, this paper illustrated how those implementations are applied to theteaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to verify the authenticity of the two translations of the digital Qur’an into the Indonesian language, its suitability, and its translation comparison of two digital Qur’ans. The researcher relied on the qualitative descriptive approach by pragmatically translating the digital Quran. The primary source of this study is https://quran.kemenag.go.id/ and https://kalam.sindonews.com/quran. The study concluded that the two digital Qurans have a correct translation, but some translation errors must be noted and modified. The two digital Qurans did not have a certificate of correction from the Qur’an Correction Committee at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. They did not contain information to document the authenticity of the Quran texts, and the translation reference was referred to as a printed and published source. Digital matters may be deleted and hidden due to electricity, network, or device, so it must have relied on a printed Qur’an.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and the competence of teachers, teachers must make teaching materials with computer media such as presentation slides and learning videos. The solution offered is to provide training for teachers to be more competent in making interactive teaching materials using computer program media, namely Canva. The proposed Community Partnership Service target is Amir Hamzah Medan private high school located on Jl. Meranti no.1, Sekip Village, Medan Petisah District, Medan Municipality, North Sumatra Province. The output produced is publication on mass media and video on social media.
