Abstract

Nowadays, Branding or marketing share has evolved from creating images to video. The appropriate videos promotions can increase consumer interest in buying products. The suitable video can provide an positive image to consumers of a product or service. However, there are many obstacles in making interesting branding with video, such as the technique of taking pictures and creating an interesting storyline, the ability to package interesting videos such as editing sound and images, dubbing and then adding text. Solution for the problem, a community service program was carried out by the Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Samarinda to owners of micro, small and medium businesses (UMKM) in Samarinda. Implementation of this activity is carried out for a one-day workshop and then online mentoring for one week. The method of implementation is with lectures, practices, discussions and then questions and answers. This activity was attended by 30 participants. From 30 participants there were 28 participants who succeeded in making a video branding with a duration of 1 to 2 minutes.

Abstract

Workshop penggunaan media sosial bagi siswa SMPN 1 Siman bertujuan meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan kewirausahaan e-commerce. Diikuti 150 siswa kelas 8 dan 9, kegiatan ini mencakup pelatihan pembuatan akun bisnis di Instagram dan TikTok serta pembuatan konten promosi menggunakan Canva. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan hingga 32%. Sebanyak 90% siswa berhasil mempublikasikan konten yang menarik audiens. Perubahan penggunaan media sosial dari hiburan menjadi sarana produktif menandai dampak positif kegiatan ini. Program ini efektif menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan digital dan direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan serta pelatihan lanjutan.

Abstract

The Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) is a central component of Indonesia's digital governance strategy. At the East Kalimantan Housing and Settlement Office (Disperkim), the quality index of residential areas has persistently failed to reach its annual target, indicating fragmented information system use and structural inefficiencies in managing infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities (PSU) services. This study proposes an enterprise architecture design based on the TOGAF ADM framework to address this gap. Employing an architectural design research approach, the study collected primary data through semi-structured interviews with five Disperkim stakeholders and secondary data from Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on SPBE. The resulting blueprint covers four domains, business, data, application, and technology, and is aligned with organizational performance indicators and regulatory requirements. A key contribution is the proposed integration of the Sakti Gemas mobile application as a centralized public service platform that is expected to support more responsive PSU service delivery. The proposed architecture was validated at the design level through a Focused Group Discussion (FGD) with key Disperkim stakeholders, confirming its contextual appropriateness and technical feasibility. No implementation or quantitative service-performance evaluation has been conducted; operational impact can only be measured after system deployment. This study contributes a replicable architectural model for improving digital governance effectiveness in similar regional government institutions.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa SMK Bhakti Loa Janan dalam memahami dan menerapkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) sebagai kesiapan menghadapi era industri digital. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 siswa dengan tahapan meliputi koordinasi awal, persiapan perangkat dan modul pelatihan, penyampaian teori, praktik langsung (hands-on training), evaluasi, dan pendampingan. Materi mencakup pengenalan konsep dasar IoT, pemrograman mikrokontroler Arduino dan ESP32, serta penerapan sensor DHT11 untuk sistem pemantauan suhu dan kelembaban berbasis platform ThingSpeak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam merancang serta mengoperasikan sistem IoT secara mandiri. Peserta mampu mengintegrasikan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, serta memahami alur komunikasi data dengan baik. Selain itu, guru pendamping memperoleh wawasan baru untuk mengembangkan materi pembelajaran berbasis IoT di sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan literasi teknologi siswa serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah kejuruan dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan vokasi yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital.

Abstract

development of the business world encourages companies to always try to improve the quality of products and services to consumers. The implementation of these business solutions is a commitment in increasing the competitive advantage of corporate customers in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, performance, and business development. The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis and design of a point of sale (POS) management application to support the purchasing service system and stock of goods that can help small and medium entrepreneurs in data management. The making of this POS application starts from collecting all the data needed using observation and interview methods, designing an application model with an object-based diagram approach with application design tools in the form of flowchart and Unified Modeling Language (UML) until the implementation of this POS application. With the application of the point of sales (POS) application can help the tasks of related parties or all stakeholders directly related to the POS application.

Abstract

Parking is a non-moving condition of a vehicle that is not temporary. Problem associated parking di Samarinda is disparity between revenue targets with the realization of revenue from parking fees. The performance of roadside parking management is not optimal yet, where there are still many illegal parking officers. While their official parking attendants tend to be dishonest and do not hand over parking fee tickets to motorists , this study offers a solution that might solve the above problems by creating an android -based parking application made for parking attendants , this application is used by parking attendants to recorded all parked vehicles and stored directly on the web service . The Apps is made using Android Studio and Postman to test the API provided. The results of this study are expected to reduce the impact of disparities between revenue targets and revenue realization from parking fees.

Abstract

Agriculture in Indonesia plays a very important role. But the agricultural sector also has a lot of crowds in the process, from the nursery process to the feeding process to the harvesting process, especially when the current Corona pandemic is very influential, for that we need special attention from the parties involved in overcoming the existing problems. In agriculture these processes become more effective and efficient so as to increase the level of productivity of agricultural products. One way to overcome this problem is to involve technology which is currently developing rapidly. The technology that will be built will be able to help the agricultural management process which can be called smart agricultural technology. Technology is able to collect data and present hydroponic plant data during the planting process so that appropriate action can be taken immediately. The technology that will be built in the form of a Web and API (Application Programming Interface) in smart farming applications is expected to be able to make the planting management process more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The attendance system is an absolute requirement for attendance in various activities. In an agency or company, attendance becomes input for the administration department in assessing employee attendance. The manual attendance process is also less effective for employees or students where there is a possibility of fraud in carrying out attendance activities. The android “Absenplus” attendance application that implements face recognition and geo location methods that integrates with the web api which serves as an integration bridge between request and response data. With the application of face and location recognition methods, it can overcome the possibility of fraud in carrying out attendance. It is expected from this research that every attendance activity can be done easily and can view the attendance history of attendance from users of the “Absenplus” application. From the results of testing and implementation of face and location recognition methods into the “Absenplus” application system, it is declared valid. It can be seen from the test results that the correlation value of significance is greater than the value of r-table (0.532). It can be concluded that the “Absenplus” application can make it easier for users to carry out attendance activities.

Abstract

The development of a Data Portal System for Berau Governance addresses the need for an integrated platform to effectively manage and disseminate government data. This system aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and public access to diverse datasets in alignment with the One Data Indonesia initiative. The portal consolidates various data categories, including news, announcements, agendas, publications, downloads, infographics, and visualizations, into a single platform, streamlining data access for both government agencies and the public. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, enabling iterative prototyping and quick adjustments based on feedback from key stakeholders. This approach ensured the system could meet the dynamic requirements of the government while remaining adaptable to future needs. The Laravel framework was chosen for its flexibility, scalability, and security features, allowing the system to provide a responsive, user-friendly experience while maintaining high levels of data integrity.The Data Portal System significantly improves the local government’s ability to manage and share information, fostering greater civic engagement and enhancing public trust in governance processes. Furthermore, the system facilitates more efficient public service delivery by making key data accessible in a structured and intuitive format. Regular assessments and updates are recommended to ensure the system continues to align with evolving user needs and governmental policies, further advancing data governance in Berau Regency.
