Abstract

Pemerintah mendorong Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk bertransformasi ke arah digital agar tidak ketinggalan dan dapat menyesuaikan dengan kemajuan. Salah satu dari transformasi tersebut adalah penggunaan pembayaran digital. Pembayaran digital yang dipakai masyarakat Indonesia sangat banyak saat ini seperti OVO, Dana, Gopay, LinkAja, dan lain-lain. Selain itu juga digital banking dari masing-masing Bank yang cukup banyak jumlahnya di Indonesia. Desa Tugu Selatan adalah salah satu desa di Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bogor yang merupakan salah satu tempat wisata di wilayah puncak. Wilayah puncak sangat terkenal dan menjadi destinasi wisata masyarakat sekitar. Data menunjukkan cukup banyak UMKM yang ada di Desa Tugu Selatan, namun apakah semua UMKM sudah menggunakan pembayaran digital dalam transaksi jual beli yang mereka lakukan? Ternyata belum semuanya beralih ke digital. Hal inilah yang akan disosialisasikan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat. Sosialisasi dilakukan kepada 19 UMKM di Desa Tugu Selatan, khususnya yang berlokasi dekat dengan obyek-obyek wisata di wilayah puncak. Hal ini dilakukan agar UMKM yang belum melek pembayaran digital menjadi melek dan dapat mengaplikasikan penggunaannya dengan bijak ketika bertransaksi.

Abstract

Ulos is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian archipelago from the Batak Tribe. The use of Ulos varies from the Ulos giver to the recipient, so that the Ulos has a variety of motifs with different meanings, namely to suit the purpose of giving it. Through the attitudes and motivation  of  Young generation regarding the preservation of Ulos, which has become the cultural identity of the Batak Tribe. This study aims to determine the Attitude of the young Generation of the Batak Tribe regtoarding Ulos in preserving it as a cultural heritage. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods with young generation respondents from the Batak ethnic group in Jabodetabek. Several questions related to attitudes and motivation about Ulos were included in the questionnaire which became the instrument in this study. Theories and concepts used in this study are interests with indicators of encouragement from individuals, social motives, and emotional factors. In the attitude concept using indicators, cognitive, affective, konative, and also on internal factors and external factors in which there is group interaction. The results of the study show that young generation has a positive attitude and motivation in preserving Ulos as a cultural heritage. The cognitive level of the younger generation of the Batak tribe is relatively low, so it needs to be improved, namely gaining understanding and knowledge to study ulos cloth so that it can continue to preserve it. This of course requires the role and support of parents and family.

Abstract

Seeing the current development of the Covid-19 pandemic, the government has again changed its policies in various sectors, including MSME activities and tourism. One of them is the city of Batam which has reopened tourism for both local and foreign tourists. BPS stated that the tourism sector has collapsed. Based on Bappenas data, tourism to Indonesia's GDP is around 4 percent per year. Batam City has opened tourism between countries through a travel bubble, which is an agreement between countries that allows international air travel by reducing restrictions or with applicable provisions. The focus of this study is to examine the participatory communication of MSME actors in the city of Batam in developing its tourism. Tufte & Mefalopulus stated that participatory communication is a dialogical and horizontal communication approach, by identifying problems and finding solutions so that in implementing the strategies that have been discussed. The data collection technique in this study was through interviews with MSME actors. The results of the study showed that participatory communication allows MSME actors to find solutions in dialogical communication to be able to develop tourism.

Abstract

Effective inventory management is crucial for the sustainability of a company, as it involves not only logistical planning but also strict physical and administrative management. The objective of this research is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the implementation of the inventory accounting information system for trading goods at PT. Rejo Mulyo Plastik. This study employs a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results indicate that the existing systems and procedures are fairly adequate; however, the company still faces challenges in monitoring the issuance of goods. Since management is often not present, the process of issuing goods may not adhere to the established procedures. This highlights the importance of management's role in ensuring that everything operates according to the rules. To enhance oversight, the company needs to add more detailed documentation for each process of goods issuance.

Abstract

Primiparous mothers always face difficulties in caring for their babies.The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of primiparous mothers about newborn care at RSU Aminah Blitar City. This research design uses quantitative descriptive with a sample size of 33 primiparous mothers who meet the inclusion criteria of 20-35 years old and selected using purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out on February 18 - March 16, 2024, in the Al-Kautsar Room of RSU Aminah Blitar City. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire sheet with a total of 20 questions that had been tested for validity and reliability with validity test results with rtabel 0.381 and reliability test results 0.732. On the questionnaire sheet, each correct answer is given a value of 1 and the wrong answer is given a value of 0. Data analysis with descriptive analysis is presented in the form of percentages. The percentage results are categorized using a qualitative scale: good with percentage results 76-100%, fair with percentage results 56-75% and less with percentage results <56%. Education, age and occupation are factors that influence the knowledge of primiparous mothers because they increase a person's ability to receive information. It was concluded that 73% of mothers had good knowledge because they had a higher level of education, as well as an increasingly mature age, and had a job, The highest score was 97% (160) respondents answered correctly on statements about how to prevent infection, and the lowest score was 73.7% (73) respondents answered correctly on statements about breastfeeding. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a discourse in increasing maternal knowledge about newborn care, especially in primiparous mothers, it is hoped that mothers can be more active in seeking information about everything related to newborn care such as attending parenting programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer experiences with the Huling (Haus Keliling) service in Jakarta using Schmitt’s (1999) experiential marketing framework. Studies that specifically examine multi-variant mobile beverage services based on e-bikes through the lens of the five dimensions of experiential marketing are still rare, and this research aims to address this gap in the literature. The research adopts a qualitative phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews and observations of consumers selected via accidental sampling. Findings reveal that all five experiential dimensions, namely sense, feel, think, act, and relate are present in Huling’s service. Visual elements and taste provide strong sensory appeal, while emotional connection and product consistency require improvement. The study concludes that Huling offers a consumption experience that is not only functional and practical but also shapes consumer perception, emotional engagement, and social connection. Strategic recommendations include enhancing emotional storytelling, ensuring consistent taste quality, and developing digital features such as cart tracking and loyalty programs to strengthen consumer attachment and competitive advantage.

Abstract

Stroke penyakit kegawat daruratan medis yang sangat tergantung waktu dalam penanganannya. Assessment menentukan diagnosis stroke adalah kunci pokok manajemen stroke. Tujuan literature ini mengatahui bagaimana peran perawat dalam assessment untuk meningkatkan outcome pasien stroke. Metode literature review adalah mengumpulkan dan analisa artikel tentang assessment, diagnosis dan manajemen stroke di IGD. Sumber literatur dari text book, artikel elektronik seperti ScienceDirect, PubMed, Cochrane Library dengan kriteria dipublikasi periode 2000-2016, pencarian menggunakan kata kunci”recognition, assessment, stroke, emergency”. Hasil penelusuran didapatkan 21 artikel tentang pengkajian/pengenalan gejala, diagnosis dan menajemen stroke, hanya 7 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Literatur review menunjukkan bahwa aktivasi protokol manajemen stroke segera dilakukan dengan pertama kali menentukan tipe atau diagnosis stroke pasien. Penentuan diagnosis penting untuk dilakukan sebagai dasar memberikan terapi. Penentuannya biasanya menggunakan CT-Scan untuk membedakan stroke akut atau gejala mirip stroke. Tidak semua rumah sakit tersedia CT-Scan sehingga sebagai alternatif dapat menggunakan ROSIER scale dengan sensitifitas 93% dan nilai prediksi positif 90% membedakan stroke akut dan bukan stroke. Terdapat 7 aitem penilaian yaitu kehilangan kesadaran atau sinkop, aktivitas kejang, kelemahan otot wajah/asimetris, kelemahan anggota gerak atas/asimetris, kelemahan anggota gerak bawah/asimetris, kesulitan bicara, gangguan lapang pandang. Total skor antara -2 sampai +5. Apabila pasien mendapat skor 1 atau lebih terdiagnosis stroke dan skor ≤ 0 maka bukan stroke kecuali skor total 0. ROSIER merupakan skala diagnosis simple, sensitif, spesifik dan cocok digunakan saat triage di IGD. Penggunaannya juga sangat cepat dan mudah sehingga semakin cepat identifikasi pasien stroke untuk mendapatkan tindakan yang dapat menurunkan angka kematian dan kecacatan.

Abstract

Mathematical communication skills are the basic ability to formulate initial concepts in solving mathematical problems. The level of mathematical communication skills can be influenced by various factors, one of which is gender. This study used a qualitative method through a descriptive approach, with the aim of describing the mathematical communication skills of class VIII-G students at SMPN 23 Semarang based on gender. Data were obtained through tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The results showed that students in the masculine, feminine, and androgynous categories mastered mathematical communication skills. Students with masculine and androgynous genders had the same understanding of all mathematical communication skill indicators used, while students with feminine genders failed to master any of the mathematical communication skill indicators used. The difference in mastery of mathematical communication skill indicators between masculine and androgynous students and feminine students lies in forming mathematical models through pictorial illustrations.

Abstract

Currently, many buying and selling transactions are conducted online. One promotional strategy is through live streaming. For individuals who want to buy a product through live shopping, most of them will aim to take advantage of discounts that will trigger impulsive behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of live streaming and discounts on consumer impulsive buying behavior for Instaperfect cosmetic products through the Shopee Indonesia e-commerce platform. This research method uses quantitative research and 100 respondents were selected by non-probability sampling and met certain criteria according to the Lemeshow formula. This study used validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests, Correlation Tests, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Tests, F-tests and T-tests. The results show that live streaming has a significant positive effect on impulsive buying. Then, discounts also have a significant positive effect on impulsive buying. The results also show that live streaming and discounts simultaneously have a significant effect on impulsive buying. This study provides theoretical implications, especially regarding the strengthening of the Stimulus-Organism-Response Theory and the concept of online marketing. Meanwhile, practical implications are useful for Instaperfect cosmetic products and similar products in their online marketing.
