Abstract

This research aims to identify the use of Inaportnet Information Systems on User Satisfaction and Its Impact on Employee Performance at Shipping Companies in Batam City. This study uses quantitative methods with Path analysis test. The research population is Inaportnet system users at shipping companies in Batam City. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The results of the first study that system quality has a direct and significant effect on user satisfaction, information quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction, system quality has a significant effect on employee performance, information quality has a significant and negative effect on employee performance, service quality have a significant effect on employee performance, system quality, information quality, and service quality have a significant effect on employee performance, system quality, information quality, and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on user satisfaction, system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was shocked by the spread of new viruses, the new type of corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) and the disease called Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Likewise, in the Riau Islands Province Particularly Batam City became a red zone affected by COVID-19, but there are still many local people who do activities to support their families. Based on the background described above, the service providers focus on making manuals and animation media so that COVID-19 prevention information is conveyed to the local community in order to maintain the economic stability of the community. The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to create, compile and distribute books. Covid-19 prevention non-authoritative guide so that people have awareness and participate in minimizing the spread of corona virus in Batam, designing and distributing animated videos of Covid-19 prevention guide so that people have awareness and participate in minimizing the spread of corona virus in Batam, socializing education guide books and animated videos so that people maintain health and safety in the Covid-19 Pandemic period, socializing educational guide books and animated videos to support the economic stability of the community. The Community Service Program of the Batam State Polytechnic Business Management program has been implemented and is running well which is participated by all groups and sectors in Batam City

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the influence of the physical work environment on employee productivity. The type of research used is quantitative research with explanatory research approach. The sample of the research is the operator part workers in the Manufacturing Company. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 20. The results showed from the five factors related to the physical work environment ie Temperature Variables, Noise, Vibration, Lighting, and air circulation indicate that the five variables have an effect on employee productivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan digital marketing pada media sosial terhadap volume penjualan UMKM fashion di Kota Batam. Variabel bebas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Umpan Balik Pelanggan (X1), Komunikasi (X2), Berbagi Konten (X3) dan Hubungan Pelanggan (X4), sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Volume penjualan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis desktiptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian in menunjukkan bahwa Umpan balik pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan, Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap volume penjuelan, Berbagi konten berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan, Hubungan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan dan umpan balik pelanggan, komunikasi, berbagi konten dan hubungan pelanggan berpengaruh secara simultan terahdap volume penjualan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan referensi pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan bagi pelaku usaha dalam penggunaan digital marketing pada media sosial.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to adjust and apply inventory planning in accounting and inventory control, to identify and evaluate inventory management problems as well as making a Web-Based Goods Inventory Application Prototype in the culinary field of Batam City TDA. The research method is a qualitative approach method and the Business Process Improvement Framework method and a Web-Based Goods Management Application Prototype using the Waterfall model. The process of collecting data through surveys and interviews. The research results are (1) the application of the inventory recording method has not used the perpetual method. The respondent's inventory valuation method uses the First in First out Method. Inventory measurement for respondents only recorded the cost of purchasing inventory so that it was not in accordance with PSAK No.14. Disclosure of inventories to respondents is presented in the financial statements, namely the balance sheet and income statement so that they are in accordance with PSAK No.14 (Revised 2015); (2) In the operational management of inventory in the warehouse, there are business processes for requesting goods in the Warehouse that are still not effective, business processes for receiving raw materials that are not yet effective and optimal, business processes for returning materials or goods from warehouses to suppliers due to non-conformance of goods, and sales business processes materials to users who are not yet effective. Researchers compile and submit Warehousing Operational Standards, it is hoped that the management from Curry Up, Jomtri, Baabaa Kambing can implement the SOP; (3) Researchers create a Web-Based Inventory Application Prototype using the Waterfall model with the stages of needs analysis and system design.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauhmana atribut produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Yamaha Mio FI CW pada PT Alfa Scorpii di Batam. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Responden penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial atribut produk yang meliputi kualitas produk, fitur produk dan desain produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Yamaha Mio J FI CW. Nilai koefisien korelasi berganda (R) adalah sebesar 0,463. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa besarnya hubungan tiga variabel dengan keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Mio J FI CW sebesar 46,3% adalah kuat.

Abstract

Provinsi Kepulauan Riau (Kepri) memiliki peran besar dalam Industri Pengolahan dan ekspor nasional. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti skill dan produktivitas tenaga kerja rendah, teknologi yang digunakan masih rendah, produktivitas industri terbatas, dan inovasi produktif lemah. Untuk itu, dunia pendidikan dan industri harus bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan fasilitas pendidikan dan kurikulum vokasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa teknik elektro di bidang technopreneuship dengan menggunakan theory of planned behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu Politeknik Negeri Batam khusunya Jurusan Teknik Elektro dalam mengembangkan  technopreneurship dan memberikan media bagi mahasiswanya untuk menyalurkan minat berwirausaha di bidang technopreneurship. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis faktor konfirmatori (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 17 indikator yang dianalisis, dapat terbentuk 3 faktor baru yaitu faktor sikap terhadap Perilaku, faktor norma subjektif dan faktor persepsi kontrol perilaku. Sedangkan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa teknik elektro di bidang technopreneurship adalah faktor Sikap Terhadap Perilaku dengan nilai varians sebesar 42.805%.

Abstract

Di era digital ini, kita perlu meningkatkan produktivitas kerja kita dengan perkembangan teknologi. Artificial intelligence tanpa ragu telah berkembang pesat di perusahaan-perusahaan untuk membantu manusia menjadi lebih efisien terutama sekretaris. Seorang sekretaris memainkan peran penting dalam memfasilitasi fungsi administratif, manajerial, dan operasional sebuah perusahaan. Mereka dipercayakan oleh pimpinan untuk mengelola jadwal, berkoordinasi antara departemen, mengatur pertemuan, menangani laporan, dan menjalankan tugas administratif lainnya. Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan personal assistant berbasis artificial intelligence untuk mendukung produktivitas sekretaris di perusahaan. Personal assistant berbasis artificial intelligence, seperti Google Assistant, memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dengan mengotomatisasi tugas administratif dan menyederhanakan komunikasi. Jadi, sekretaris akan memiliki lebih banyak waktu untuk melakukan tugas lain dalam keseharian sekretaris. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi manfaat penggunaan Google Assistant dalam mengelola jadwal, pesan, pencarian informasi, dan terjemahan bahasa. Teknologi asisten pribadi berbasis kecerdasan buatan telah terbukti memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan produktivitas sekretaris di era digital. Penelitian ini juga membahas kelemahan Google Assistant, meskipun menyoroti keunggulan teknologi tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses otomatisasi peran sekretaris dengan menggunakan alat bantu produktivitas berbasis perangkat lunak suite office. Peran sekretaris sangat penting untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional dan manajemen perusahaan, dengan adanya productivity tools berupa Microsoft Office dan Google Workspace terbukti dapat membuat sekretaris mengotomatisasi sejumlah tugas rutin seperti korespondensi surat, mengolah data dan mengelola dokumen secara online, melakukan rapat, penjadwalan, dan mengelola informasi dengan lebih efisien. Penggunaan productivity tools berbasis office software suite menjadi solusi efektif dalam menjadikan produktivitas sekretaris mejadi lebih meningkat.

Abstract

Every company has a responsibility to build a safety culture and safety climate in its work environment. As workers in the production operator section, women workers interact with the production environment, physically in contact with production tools or machines. The work of women in production as operators can be vulnerable to the risk of accidents and long-term health disruption which can ultimately have implications for the quality of life of the working women themselves and their families. The company needs to make an organised effort to realise the behaviour of awareness on safety and health of working women which is expected to have implications for the performance of women in the workplace, so it is necessary to assess (evaluate) the extent of safety culture in Assembly-based manufacturing companies in Batam. The results showed that 1). Management Commitment to Worker Behaviour is positive and significant. So Management Commitment also has a direct effect on the performance of female employees. 2) Involvement (worker involvement) has a significant effect on worker behaviour and has a direct effect on the performance of female employees.3), that Safety Competence has an effect on worker behaviour and performance of female employees. Simultaneous test results show that Management Commitment, Involvement, Safety competence and Worker behaviour have a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees in assembly-based manufacturing companies in Batam. It can be said that assembly-based manufacturing companies have implemented safety culture for female workers in the production operator section.
