Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa kualitas produk kaos yang menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment dengan melakukan penilaian berdasarkan kebutuhan pembeli atau pelanggan. Dalam hal ini ada beberapa dimensi variable yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk, seperti kinerja, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi, fitur, kesan kualitas dan kemampuan melayani. Dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment, maka perusahaan (CV. Customindo Kreasi Mandiri Batam) dapat mengetahui hal-hal yang perlu ditingkatkan berdasarkan kebutuhan dari pembeli atau pelanggan. Dari hasil metode Quality Function Deployment, menunjukkan bahwa perlu ditingkatkannya produk dikirim sesuai pesanan, menggunakan kualitas bahan yang, nyaman saat dipakai, cepat tanggap, adanya garansi, penyelesaian produk, sablon yang tidak mudah luntur, informasi tentang produk yang jelas, bahan yang tidak melar, update dengan tren terbaru, bahan yang menyerap keringat, inovasi produk, packaging yang aman, dan harga yang terjangkau.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

Abstract

This research to find out the purpose of known direct compensation and indirect compensation to spirited employee at PT.Bandar Abadi of known variable most dominant effected on Spirit Company. The sampling technique used the method of jenuh sampling with 40 respondents. The Interviews and questionnaires are used in data collection methods. This research method using multiple linear regression. The result showed that the direct compensation and indirect compensation effect of simultan and partial to sprited employee at PT.Bandar Abadi. While the variables that have dominant effect on spirit at PT.Bandar Abadi is direct compesation with salary indicator and intensif. The related of teori research direct compensation will be variabel have effect it’s the most dominant can suggestion to company of pay attention direct compensation to advance giving spirit for promotion of company so that prevour on working can be improved.

Abstract

Research was conducted in Service of National Electricity Company Batam .The purpose of this research is to find treatment on corporate accounting business units in infrastructure pt pln batam whether it had in accordance with the principle of accounting. This study using a method of analysis of data descriptive, and this research result indicates that accounting treatment on corporate business units in infrastructure pt pln batam includes recognition of receivable , the registration of receivable , the assessment of receivable, presentation of corporate debt and not in accordance with pabu. The results of research shows that the first, recognition of receivable done business units infrastructure Service of National Electricity Company Batam not in accordance with the principle generally accepted accounting, a unit of business infrastructure pt pln batam admit only the use of electric pole at the time of the course. The second, recording on corporate accounting business units in infrastructure Service of National Electricity Company Batam not in accordance with the principle of public accounting grateful. Thirdly, Infrastructure Business Unit PT PLN has not made the recording in the form of a journal which is needed in recognition, assessment and record keeping

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction with products cosmetic from The Body Shop. Cosmetics is something that is closely associated with women. Women use cosmetics to look beautiful every day. There are a lot of cosmetic products sold in the market, but only a few of it are green products. Respondents of this study is the whole student of Business Management in Batam Polytechnic who are consumers of products cosmetic from The Body Shop. The results showed that there was a significant effect product by 0.078 on customer satisfaction. There is a significant effect of 0.414 price to customer satisfaction. There is a significant effect place by 0.775, while there was no significant effect between promotion for -0.070 to customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study is expected to determine the influence of the dimensions of quality of service which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible to Batam Polytechnic student satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative approach with explanatory research. Data analysis technique employs multiple linear analysis. Population in this research is the students of Multimedia and Networking Techniques who started their academic year in 2014, 2013, 2012 at Batam Polytechnic. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling.The results of this study show that hypothesis 1 variable reliability, hypothesis 2 responsivenss variable, hypothesis 3 variables assurance, empathy hypothesis 4 variable, hypothesis 5 tangible variable, indicate signifant value which is smaller than α = 0.05 and is proven by F - calculate> F - table. The results show that Ho is refuted and Ha is supported. It can be said that partial variable quality of service that include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible has a positive and significant impact on student satisfaction. Simultaneous test results that have been done show that empathy and tangible variables have a dominant influence on student satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sejauhmana perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dalam berbelanja di minimarket Indomaret dan minimarket Alfamart Kecamatan Bengkong Kota Batam. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orang yang pernah belanja di minimarket Indomaret dan Alfamaret, sedangkan sampel Penelitian adalah 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode analisa Uji Beda t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kepuasan pelanggan minimarket Indomaret dan minimarket Alfamart. Hasil perbedaan tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya nilai probabilitas (sig-t) 0,000 berada dibawah level of significance dengan parameter sebesar 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan minimarket Indomaret dan minimarket Alfamart. Variabel kepuasan pelanggan Indomaret lebih unggul dengan nilai 98,76 sedangkan Alfamart hanya memperoleh nilai 82,55. Dalam variabel kualitas layanan Alfamart lebih unggul dengan nilai 105,70 dari Indomaret yang hanya memperoleh nilai 105,65. Secara keseluruhan Indomaret unggul atas kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan dengan mean 102,205 dibandingkan dengan Alfamart yang memiliki mean 94,13. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan adanya perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan minimarket Indomaret dan minimarket Alfamart diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to desccribe and analyse the effectivity of training method for employee technical skill development that has given by PT McDermott Indonesia. This research type is explanatory research. This training method has given and used to measuring how far the technical skill has develop as long as the employee working at PT McDermott Indonesia. As for some of the measurement tools used by the training program at PT. McDermott Indonesia is evaluation (Assessment). This research using the method of path analysis conducted in the Department of Craft Training Centre PT. McDermott Indonesia amounting 115 respondents using a Purposive Sampling technique. Data collected directly by questionnaire, interviewed and observation at PT. McDermott Indonesia. The results showed the influence of effectiveness on the job training towards job satisfaction is 29.3% (sig 0.001 < 0.05); off the job training partially effect significantly to job satisfaction is 45.5% (sig 0000 < 0.05); effectiveness on the job training to the development of technical skill partially has no affect significant way and values of 7.6% (sig 0393 > 0.05); the effectiveness of off the job training towards the development of technical skill partially significantly influential amounted to 19.1% (sig 0047 < 0.05); on the job training, off the job training and job satisfaction simultaneously effect significantly towards the development of technical skills amounted to 46.4% (sig 0000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce yang semakin pesat di Indonesia diikuti secara positif dengan banyaknya jasa penyedia logistik. Ujung tombak dalam e-commerce adalah jasa penyedia logistik itu sendiri yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam perkembangan suatu e-commerce. Para penyedia jasa logistik harus sangat memperhatikan kualitas atas jasa penyedia logistik yang diberikan karena aspek ini langsung akan berdampak pada rasa kepuasan dan tingkat loyalitas pelanggan. Untuk dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan dari pelanggan perlu dilakukan agar mampu meningkatkan seberapa jauh kualitas pelayanan guna menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Logistics Service Quality terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang berbentuk kuesioner. Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang mendapat 113 sampel dari mahasiswa/i wilayah Batam. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan kriteria mahasiswa/i yang mempunyai online shopping dan berada dilingkup jurusan manajemen bisnis. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan PLSSEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model). Hasil penelitian ini konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya, yang menyatakan bahwa Logistics Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dalam penggunaan layanan jasa. Logistics Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

PT Krisna Makmur Abadi has yet to have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), especially in the process of incoming and outgoing goods, is expected to guide, assist companies in carrying out operational activities, and improve the effectiveness of employees, especially the warehouse. Source of the data obtained in the form of a document the company's history, systems and procedures for entry and exit of goods and documents related to Inventory. The method used to collect data that is used this research is to conduct interviews, observation and documentation. The method used in the data analysis is qualitative descriptive method. This research resulted in the design of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as a reference standards in order to increase the effectiveness of employees of companies and applications Inventory Information System to facilitate the employees to manage Inventory in the warehouse.
