Abstract

Morale is believed to be something that influences success. So it is not surprising, if the organization demands it. In fact, work that is accompanied by work motivation tends to give better results. Therefore, this study seeks to examine matters related to work morale. The population were 87 employees of BPTP Balitbangtan Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. While the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that communication had a dominant effect on morale. This confirms, that the characteristics of work in the environment BPTP Balitbangtan Bengkulu would be better if the communication aspect was considered by all parties. Even specifically, speech and how to communicate at work must be maintained, namely building a humanist communication culture (considering feelings).

Abstract

Desa Tapak Gedung merupakan salah satu Desa Wisata di Provinsi Bengkulu, Indonesia yang mempunyai pesona air terjun yang indah dan potensi kopi dan SDA yang mendukung. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan potensi SDA di Des ini sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Tapak Gedung. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara berdiskusi kepada aparat Desa dan masyarakat Desa Tapak Gedung. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 20 orang Masyarakat Desa Tapak Gedung, Kecamatan Tebat Karai Kabupaten Kepahiang, Provinsi Bengkulu. Indonesia. Metode yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah workshop yang terdiri dari kegiatan pembekalan, praktek langsung, dan pendampingan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat desa Tapak Gedung. Pembekalan secara khusus ditujukan kepada masyarakat/kelompok petani kopi dan terung yang terdiri dari 20 orang per kelompok tani. Dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat ini, masyarakat memperoleh pengetahuan dan skill tentang pengolahan limbah kulit kopi menjadi pakan ternak dan pupuk organik. Selain itu masyarakat juga dapat membuat manisan terung yang nantinya akan dijadikan oleh-oleh Desa wisata Tapak Gedung.

Abstract

The title of this research is the influence of financial compensation, work environment factors, and psychological factors on the work ability of employees at PT. Semen Merah Putih Bengkulu Branch. This study used a sample of 47 employees, namely 10 staff members, 13 production staff and 7 technicians, the results of data processing and discussion of the results of data processing. characteristics of respondents, classical assumption test, description of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. ), a value close to one means that the independent variables provide almost all the information needed to predict the variation of the dependent variable from the results of hypothesis testing. The t test is a test to determine the significance of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially (alone) and considers the other dependent constant

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu merupakan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan berbagai disiplin ilmu dan berkaitan dengan berbagai sektor pembangunan. Dengan demikian pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan interdisipliner dan lintas sektoral.  Desa Sidoluhur Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabuptenn Seluma merupakan desa yang strategis, yaitu terletak tidak jauh dari kota Bengkulu. Dengan Luas wilayah adalah 693,00 Ha terdiri dari Tanah Sawah 70,00 Ha, Tanah Kering 570,00 Ha Tanah Basah 19,00 Ha, dan lahan Umun 163 Ha. Batas wilayah desa Sidoluhur Dusun 7 sebagai berikut: Sebelah Utara berbatasan dengan desa Cahaya Negri, Sebelah Timur berbatasan dengan Desa Sumber Arum, Sebelah selatan berbatasan dengan Desa Bukit Peninjauan 1 dan sebelah barat berbatasan dengan Desa Sidosari. Seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan beragam penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dewasa ini semakin banyak dikenal berbagai bahan dan metode pembuatan pupuk organik cair. Sejatinya pembuatan pupuk organik cair juga harus disesuaikan dengan tujuan pembuatan pupuk organik, sehingga bahan dan manfaat pupuk akan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Abstract

Buah pisang baik juga untuk menjaga kesehatan seperti menjaga kesehatan saluran pencernaan, menjaga kesehatan jantung, mengurangi resiko penyakit ginjal, menurunkan berat badan dan merendahkan tukak lambung. Produk bolu kukus di pasaran saat ini nutrisinya kurang baik, hal ini disebabkan karena pada bolu kukus lebih besar kandungan karbohidratnya, serta pada kandungan protein dan vitaminnya juga rendah. Buah pisang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan pangan pokok karena kandungan karbohidratnya yang tinggi. Produksi pisang yang tinggi masih belum diikuti dengan kemampuan untuk melakukan pengolahan menyebabkan adanya produk yang mengalami kerusakan dan terbuang karena sudah tidak layak jual. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengembangan produk dengan bahan dasar pisang sehingga memiliki kegunaan dan umur simpan yang lebih panjang. Di Desa kembang seri banyak masyarakat yang membudidayakan pisang jenis pisang ambo, pisang muli, pisang ambon, dan pisang nangka. Permasalahan yang muncul: (1) Rendah tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang manfaat dari buah pisang bagi kesehatan tubuh dan manfaat apa yang didapat dari pembuatan bolu pisang kukus?  (2) Kurang pemahaman masyarakat dalam mengelolah pisang menjadi masakkan, contonya seperti masakan bolu pisang kukus. Tujuan: (1) dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang manfaat pisang bagi kesehatan tubu dan dapat mengetahui apa manfaat dari pembuatan bolu pisang kukus (2) dapat melatih dan mengembangkan pengetahuan terhadap masyarakat tentang bagaimana cara memasak olahan bolu pisang kukus. Pelaksanaan program penngabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Kembang Seri Kecamatan Talo Kabupaten Seluma dilaksanakan mulai tanggan 26 agustus 2021-26 sepetember 2021 adapun kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sebagai berikut: (1) pengenalan tentang apa manfaat pisang bagi kesehatan tubuh, dan apa manfaat dari pembuatan bolu pisang, (2) pelatihan bagaimana cara pengolahan masakan bolu pisang kukus. Hasil yang didapat: (1) masyarakat mulai memahami manfaat dari buah pisang untuk kesehatan tubuh, dan masyarakat dapat menegtahui manfaat dari pembuatan bolu pisang, (2) masyarakat setempat sudah ada yang membuat bolu pisang kukus. Abstract

Every company not only expects capable, capable and skilled employees but most importantly they want to work hard and want to achieve maximum work results. In an effort to improve work performance, work experience, promotions and mutations are needed. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, promotion and mutation on the work performance of PT. Agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. This study analyzes the effect of work experience, promotion and mutation on the work performance of employees of PT. Agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate. the population in this study were 70 employees of PT. Agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate. The sampling technique in this research is 70 saturated sampling techniques. In this study the data collection method used was Observation, Questionnaire Method (Questionnaire). Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that: 1) Partially, Work Experience, Job Promotion and Mutation variables influence the Job Performance of PT. Agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate. as evidenced by the magnitude of t-counts (2,286> 1.9965) and tsig< = 0.025 <0.050), (2,593> 1.9965) and (2,390> 1.9965) and tsig< = 0.020 <0.050),, Simultaneously the variables Work Experience, Job Promotion and Mutations affect the Job Performance of PT. agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate,as evidenced by the magnitude of 20,776 with a value of 1.8626, namely (20,776> 1.8626) and tsig< = 0,000 <0.050), This shows that the variable Work Experience (), Job Promotion (X2) and Mutation (X3) significantly influence Employee Performance (Y) in PT Agro Muko-Muko Estate Employees. Abstract

The title of this research is the effect of job performance, seniority, and loyalty on promotion to the firefighting office and rescue Bengkulu city. Job promotion is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. This study aims to determine the effect of work performance, seniority and loyalty on promotion to the firefighting office and rescue Bengkulu City. This research method is quantitative with a population of all employees of the Bengkulu city fire and rescue office, amounting to 57 people, while the sample was taken using a total sampling technique of 57 employees of the Bengkulu city fire and rescue office. Data collection techniques by means of observation and questionnaires.Data analysis techniques with multiple regression, test significance (t test) and (f test). The variables of this study are Job Performance (X1), Seniority (X2) loyalty (X3) Job promotion (Y).The place of this research is the Bengkulu City fire and rescue department, which is located at JL. Bhayangkara NO.47 KM 9 Bengkulu City. The results of this study are evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (3.3378> 2.0024) and (sig α = 0.001 <0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the firefighting office and the rescue of the city of Bengkulu, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (2.654> 2.0024) and (sig α = 0.009 <0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Job performance (X_1) seniority (X2) Loyalty (X3) together have a significant effect on promotion (Y) at the fire department and rescue city of Bengkulu, this is evidenced by the F test shows the value of F_count> F table, namely (28779> 1.8960) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, incentives on job satisfaction of employees of PT Citra Mitra Sehati Bengkulu. This type of research uses a causal associative method with a quantitative approach with a total sample of 75 employees. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, f test and t test.            The results of this study indicate that from the results of data management, it can be concluded that all independent variables, namely Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Incentives (X3) variables simultaneously or jointly have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Job Satisfaction. Employee (Y) at PT. Mitra Sehati image from the regression equation test results obtained are as follows: Y= 2.210 + 0.977 X1 + 0.406 X2 + 0.251 X Keywords : Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Incentives, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of price, trust and advertising toward purchasing decision consumers at Tokopedia. This study used descriptive research method with quantitative data analysis. The population of this study were all consumers in the community of the Selebar sub-district of Bengkulu City with a total of 80 respondents and sampling taken by using the accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique of this study used observation and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 2.480 + 0.746 (X_1) + 0.235 (X2) + 0.214 (X3). The results of the study and the hypothesis show that the price shows the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (7.252 > 1.664) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.05), the confidence value shows the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (2.718 > 1.664) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.05) and advertising shows the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (2.031 > 1.664) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Price (X1) is 7.252, trust variable (X2) is 2.718 and advertising variable is 2.031. The conclusion is based on the results of the research that has been done, there is a significant influence between the variables Price (X_1), Trust (X2) and Advertising (X3) together toward purchasing decisions of consumers on Tokopedia. Based on the finding above ca be concluded and suggested that consumers perceptions regarding the Price, Trust, Advertising factors from Tokopedia can be better and can be used as evaluation material and special concern from Tokopedia.in attemting to increase purchasig decision of their consumens. Keywords:       Price, Trust, Advertising and Purchasing Decision. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Discipline, Speed , and Responsiveness of Work Office Boys on Work Productivity at PT. Astra International, Tbk. Bengkulu Branch, either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were employees at PT. Astra International, Tbk. Bengkulu branch, totaling 68 people. In this research, the writer uses the method of collecting data by means of observation, distributing questionnaires, or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study, using instrument test, classical assumption test, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. So it can be concluded that the Discipline, Speed and Responsiveness of Work Office boy have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on Work Productivity at PT. Astra International, Tbk. Bengkulu Branch.
