Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction and Affective Commitment on the Turnover Intention of Employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Bengkulu Branch. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Bengkulu Branch. With a sample of 60 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, multiple termination coefficient test, classical assumption test and t and f tests. with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that seen from the multiple linear regression equation using the SPSS program, namely Y = -0.900 - 0.218 (X1) - 0.189 (X2) + 0.607 (X3). The results of the analysis found that the variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction and Affective Commitment had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that the 3 independent variables studied were proven to significantly affect the dependent variable Turnover Intention. Then through the F test, it can be seen that the variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction and Affective Commitment have a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The R Square number of 0.830 indicates that 83% of the Turnover Intention variable can be explained by the three independent variables used. in the regression equation. While the remaining 17% is explained by other variables outside the three variables studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, product innovation and trust on customer satisfaction (Case Study at McDonald's Bengkulu City). This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all customers at McDonald's Bengkulu. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that (X1) Food quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City, thus the higher the food quality, the higher customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City. (X2) Product innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City, thus the higher product innovation, the higher customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City. (X3) Trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City, thus the higher the trust, the higher the customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City. (X4) Food quality, product innovation and trust together show a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The test results show a significance value <0.05.

Abstract

 This study expects to decide the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth, Promotion, and Brands on Purchase Decisions for Shopee Customers in Bengkulu City. This exploration was directed on Shopee clients in Bengkulu City. The populace utilized in this study were Shopee clients in Bengkulu City. The quantity of tests utilized was 105 respondents. The information that has been gathered is handled utilizing the Classical Assumption Test Technique, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique, Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), and Partial Test (t-test), Simultaneous Test (f-test). The consequences of this study show that somewhat the Electronic Word of Mouth variable significantly affects the Purchase Decision variable, H1 is acknowledged, Promotion significantly affects the Purchase Decision variable, H2 and Brand significantly affect the Purchase Decision variable, H3 is acknowledged. While the f-trial of Electronic Word of Mouth (X1), Promotion (X2) and Brand (X3) impact Purchase Decisions (Y) of Bengkulu City Shopee clients with the goal that H4 is acknowledged. The generally critical level is (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Furthermore, has a relapse condition Y = 0.316 + 0.1255X1 + 0.336X2 + 0.671X3. Where the relapse condition implies that together the Electronic Word of Mouth, Promotion and brand factors show that every factor has a relationship with Purchase Decisions for Shopee Customers in Bengkulu City. Abstract

Kegiatan ini betujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh Program Kampus Mengajar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa SDN 32 Kota Bengkulu. Program ini melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai pengajar tambahan dalam upaya meningkatkan literasi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis hasil tes membaca dan menulis sebelum dan sesudah program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Kampus Mengajar memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan dalam peningkatan kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa. Para siswa menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar, rasa percaya diri, dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan membaca dan menulis. Selain itu, program ini juga mendapat dukungan luas dari orang tua siswa dan staf sekolah. Meskipun demikian, evaluasi terus menerus dan penyesuaian kurikulum program diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan peningkatan yang berkelanjutan dalam literasi siswa. Program Kampus Mengajar memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa kelas 1 dan kelas 2 di SDN 32 Kota Bengkulu, dengan catatan perlu adanya perbaikan dan peningkatan berkelanjutan melalui evaluasi dan penyesuaian yang tepat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professionalism, organizational commitment and career development on employee morale at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office.Every organization wants employees in their company to have good work loyalty so that organizational goals can be achieved properly. Formulation of the problem 1) Does professionalism affect the performance of PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office? 2) Does organizational commitment affect the performance of employees of PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office? 3) Does career development affect the performance of employees of PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office? 4) Do professionalism, organizational commitment and career development affect the morale of PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office? This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Cilitink Bengkulu branch, totaling 35 employees. a sample of 35 people. Based on the research results, professionalism has a positive effect on morale, thus the higher the professionalism, the higher the morale of employees at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee morale at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office thus the higher the organizational commitment it will increase the morale of employees at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office. Career development has a positive effect on employee morale at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office thus the higher the career development it will increase the morale of employees at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office. Professionalism, organizational commitment and career development together show a positive influence on morale. The test results show a significance value of <0.05.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Rotation and work Mutation on employee performance ( A Case Study On Employees of PTPN 7 Bengkulu ). This research method was quantitative with a population of 40 people while the study sample was taken by using the formula of total sampling technique. The data collection technique used observation and questionnaire with the research variables were Rotation (X1),Work Mutation (X2), and Employee Performance (Y), the result of multiple linear equation Y = 5.760 + 0.735 ( X_1 ) + 0.590 ( X_2 ). Hypothesis test results of work rotation variable (X1), and work Mutation (X2) F Test Result Obtained Fsig 97, 185 and a significant value (sig) of 0,000 result can be interpreted as a significant value of 0,000 <0.050 that H3 is accepted means that simultaneously rotational and mutation variables of work has a significant effect to ward Employees’ performance of PTPN 7 Bengkulu. The result of t count Rotation variable (X1) was 5.626 and significant value (sig) 0.000 means 0.000 <0.050 and the working mutation variable (X2) was 2.485 and significant value (sig) 0.018 <0.050 then the ha hypothesis is accepted. In other words that rotation and work mutation was significantly influence’ performance of PTPN 7 Bengkulu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the joint influence of job environment, job characteristics, job insecurity on burnout in PT employees. Sandabi Indah Lestari, both partially and simultaneously. The object of this research is PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari, totaling 92 respondents. In this research, the results of the multiple linear regression test showed that the regression equation obtained was as follows: Y = 8.265 + 0.680 (X1) + 0.320 (X2) + 0.227 (X3). Based on the multiple linear regression equation above, it can be interpreted that: The results of the study show that the Job Envinronment variable has a significant effect on Burnout at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari, North Bengkulu. The research results show that the Job Characteristic variable has a significant effect on Burnout at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari, North Bengkulu. The research results show that the Job Insecurity variable has a significant effect on Burnout at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari, North Bengkulu. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables Job Envinronment, Job Characteristics and Job Insecurity have a significant effect on Burnout at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari, North Bengkulu.

Abstract

Research at PT. Daihatsu Bengkulu with the formulation of the problem How is the influence of Work Life Balance on Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables, the population and sample in this study are all consumers at PT. Daihatsu Bengkulu amounted to 35 respondents. The sampling technique used convenience sampling based on predetermined criteria totaling 35 respondents. Observation data collection techniques, and questionnaires. The processed data was analyzed using SPSS 26. Based on the results of research and analysis of the influence on the variables Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction. the following conclusions can be drawn: Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction have a partial positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Daihatsu Bengkulu, and Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction, have a significant effect simultaneously on Job Satisfaction at PT Daihatsu Bengkulu. Abstract

This research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Nine Main Pillars of Kepahiang totaling 42 people. The data collection method used here includes four types including interviews, observation, literature studies, questionnaires. The data obtained in this study will be processed using SPSS 20 software. The data analysis technique uses quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, there is an influence of the work environment (X1) on employee productivity (Y) PT. The Nine Main Pillars with tsig values ​​<α (0.001<0.05) and tcount > ttable (2.571> 1.68195) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that the variable X1 has an effect on employee productivity (Y). There is an effect of compensation (X3) on employee productivity (Y) PT. The Nine Main Pillars with tsig values ​​<α (0.003<0.05) and tcount > ttable (2.571> 1.68195) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that the variable X3 has an effect on employee productivity (Y). There is an influence that the independent variables jointly affect the dependent variable where the Fsig value <α 0.05 and Fcount > F table (16.373> 2.83) Keywords : Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

Menabung adalah salah satu cara dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang dimana kita menyisihkan sebagian uang untuk disimpan. Yang bertujuan untuk dana persiapan di masa depan. Menumbuhkan kebiasaan menabung dilakukan saat anak masih usia dini, sehingga menabung menjadi kebiasaan sampai dia dewasa. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh anak-anak sekarang ini adalah belum paham betul untuk apa menabung dan kesadaran untuk menabung pun masih minim. Maka dari itu kami Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu tahun 2023 yang berlokasi di Desa Lubuk Gung, Kecamatan Semidang Gumay, Kabupaten Kaur berinisiatif melakukan edukasi melalui Sosialisasi Menabung Sejak Dini Untuk Masa Depan Siswa Kelas IV SD N 8 Kaur, dengan tujuan untuk memberi pemahaman pentingnya menabung pada anak-anak pada usia dini. Adapun materi yang diberikan yaitu definisi menabung, tujuan menabung, manfaat menabung, dan cara menabung yang baik. Dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa : 1) melakukan observasi dan audiensi kepada kepala sekolah dan dewan guru. 2) persiapan Materi yang akan disampaika. 3) Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi Menabung Seak Dini Siswa Kelas IV SD N 8 Kaur. 4) Pemberian reward kepada siswa yang aktif. Hasil dari Program kerja sosialisasi tersebut siswa mampu mempersiapkan diri untuk masa depan dan mampu memahami materi dan bisa di implementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
