Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan bagian dari sistem pendidikan tinggi, termasuk perguruan tinggi Islam yang tertuang dalam Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang meliputi Pendidikan, Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat dan merupakan bagian dari Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dengan tetap mempertahankan pemberdayaan masyarakat, mahasiswa diharapkan menjadi lebih dewasa dalam bidang akademiknya. Kaum muda mempengaruhi keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat karena kaum muda menjadi tolak ukur kemajuan dari masyarakat. Gerakan Nasional Revolusi Rohani (GNRM) merupakan upaya kolektif masyarakat Indonesia, baik dalam pemerintahan nasional, dunia usaha maupun masyarakat, untuk mewujudkan langkah-langkah baru menuju kemajuan melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai strategis sarana. Salah satu sasaran pengabdian masyarakat ini yakni di Riak Siabun, Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Seluma. Dengan waktu pelaksanaan kurang lebih 30 hari terhitung dari tanggal 26 Agustus - 26 September 2021. metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan masyarakat yakni metode Pelatihan, sosialisas, penyuluhan dan pendampingan.  Kegiatan yang dilakukan yakni berupa kegiatan bidang keilmuan, bidang keagamaan dan tematik & non tematik berbasis GNRM.  Kata Kunci: pengabdian, masyarakat, kegiatan

Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan struktur pasar yang menyebabkan pasar operator begitu besar akan menimbulkan efek terhadap loyalitas dimana switching cost akan rendah, jika ada alternatif dan switching cost rendah maka pelanggan yang tidak puas akan pindah ke competitor. Industri telekomunikasi seluler saat ini dihadapkan pada persaingan yang sangat tajam dan perubahan bisnis yang sangat cepat. Oleh karena itu tidak ada alternatif lain bagi para pengelola telekomunikasi selular untuk memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelayanannya. PT. Telkomsel Tbk, Cabang Bengkulu sebagai market leader tetap harus menjaga loyalitas para pelanggannya agar tidak berpindah ke provider lainnya. Operator berlomba untuk menghadirkan layanan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, salah satunya paket data unlimited dengan harga yang terjangkau. Dampak dari pendapatan yang rendah adalah turunnya kualitas layanan operator seluler. Dalam beberapa hal dikhawatirkan operator tersebut tidak dapat bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, perceived value, dan perceived switching cost terhadap loyalitas pelanggan PT. Telkomsel, Tbk Cabang Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan metode survei dan teknik korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Telkomsel yang mengunjungi PT. Telkomsel yang beralamat di simpang lima Kota Bengkulu. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 175 orang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik yang digunakan dalam teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t, uji-f, regresi liner berganda dan uji koefisien determinan dengan mengunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan SPSS bahwa ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, percerved value, dan perceived swithing cost, terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of leadership effectiveness and work ethic on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Regional Financial Management Board Either partially or simultaneously. Sempel in this study were 42 employees at the Regional Financial Management Board of Bengkulu Province. In this study the researcher used quantitative methods. The data in this study were analyzed using a multiple linear regression method using IBM SPSS. simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the two variables have a significant effect on employee performance. It is better if the leadership of the Bengkulu Province Financial Management Board can continue to maintain and even improve employee performance so that the goals and targets of the board can be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees of Grage Hotel Horizon Bengkulu which was assessed based on employee perceptions with the aspects assessed were quality of work, quantity of work, attendance, responsibility, punctuality, and cooperation. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Respondents in this study were 47 employees (as questionnaire fillers), 2 hotel managers, and 2 hotel guests (as interview samples). Data analysis method used descriptive analysis with the help of frequency distribution tables, averages and percentages. From the results of field research and data analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) In general, employee performance, quality of employee work, quantity of employee work, employee attendance rate, employee responsibility level, employee work punctuality, Grage Horizon Hotel employee cooperation ability Bengkulu has good criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professionalism, organizational commitment and career development on employee morale at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office.Every organization wants employees in their company to have good work loyalty so that organizational goals can be achieved properly. Formulation of the problem 1) Does professionalism affect the performance of PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office? 2) Does organizational commitment affect the performance of employees of PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office? 3) Does career development affect the performance of employees of PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office? 4) Do professionalism, organizational commitment and career development affect the morale of PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office? This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Cilitink Bengkulu branch, totaling 35 employees. a sample of 35 people. Based on the research results, professionalism has a positive effect on morale, thus the higher the professionalism, the higher the morale of employees at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee morale at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office thus the higher the organizational commitment it will increase the morale of employees at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office. Career development has a positive effect on employee morale at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office thus the higher the career development it will increase the morale of employees at PT. Citilink Indonesia Bengkulu Branch Office. Professionalism, organizational commitment and career development together show a positive influence on morale. The test results show a significance value of <0.05.

Abstract

An organization often ignores other supporting factors for Employee Job Satisfaction, such as Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics which must be considered in order to increase Employee Job Satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of individual characteristics, job characteristics, and organizational characteristics on the performance of employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Bengkulu City,This research was conducted at PT. Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were 50 permanent employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Bengkulu City. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive quantitative.The results show that Individual Characteristics individually affect Employee Job Satisfaction. Job Characteristics individually affect Employee Job Satisfaction. Organizational Characteristics individually affect Employee Job Satisfaction. Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics simultaneously affect Employee Job

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Personality and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Bengkulu. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of Personality and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Bengkulu. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personality and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Bengkulu. This type of research uses a quantitative data design with primary data. The population is the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of the City of Bengkulu. The sampling technique used the random sampling method so that 40 respondents were selected as samples in this study. The method used in this research is explanatory research. Data analysis technique using SmartPLS. The results of the study show that the Personality variable (X1) has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a p-value of 0.001 <0.05. The Employee Engagement variable (X2) has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a p-value of 0.015 > 0.05. Keywords: Personality, Employee Engagement, OCB

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction and Affective Commitment on the Turnover Intention of Employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Bengkulu Branch. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Bengkulu Branch. With a sample of 60 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, multiple termination coefficient test, classical assumption test and t and f tests. with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that seen from the multiple linear regression equation using the SPSS program, namely Y = -0.900 - 0.218 (X1) - 0.189 (X2) + 0.607 (X3). The results of the analysis found that the variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction and Affective Commitment had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that the 3 independent variables studied were proven to significantly affect the dependent variable Turnover Intention. Then through the F test, it can be seen that the variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction and Affective Commitment have a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The R Square number of 0.830 indicates that 83% of the Turnover Intention variable can be explained by the three independent variables used. in the regression equation. While the remaining 17% is explained by other variables outside the three variables studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, product innovation and trust on customer satisfaction (Case Study at McDonald's Bengkulu City). This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all customers at McDonald's Bengkulu. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that (X1) Food quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City, thus the higher the food quality, the higher customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City. (X2) Product innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City, thus the higher product innovation, the higher customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City. (X3) Trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City, thus the higher the trust, the higher the customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Bengkulu City. (X4) Food quality, product innovation and trust together show a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The test results show a significance value <0.05.
