Abstract

At the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, almost all activities in this country weredisrupted and economic activity was no exception. Indonesia's current economic growth is down2.07% in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has caused it to be reduced to a low and middleincome country. Based on the gross domestic product (GDP), most sectors of the Indonesian economyexperienced a decline in growth in 2020. Only 5 economic sectors showed positive growth. The sectorwith the largest positive growth was the health services sector and social activities, which amountedto 11.60%. This growth affects the stock price of health sector companies. Grounded on the IDXIndustry category (IDXHEALTH) from 2018-2022, there was an increase of 41.28%. The HealthSector which continues to grow is driven by the payment of Covid- 19 incentives. This study wasconducted to identify the Difference in Stock prices of Health Sector Companies before and afterCovid- 19 with the supposition that the Covid- 19 pandemic occurred in March 2020 by observingstock price fluctuations two years before and after the Covid- 19 Pandemic. Based on the PairedSample T-test, the stock prices of 3 companies from 6 companies have significant differences in thespecified sample period, namely DVLA, PRDA, and MERK companies where the stock prices ofDVLA and PRDA have increased. In addition, PRDA's stock price has the largest stock price amongother health sector companies, meaning that PRDA companies have good performance.

Abstract

The Investor merupakan perusahaan rintisan yang didirikan di kota Solo pada tahun 2018. Bisnis dari The Investor adalah platform edukasi investasi saham yang bergerak melalui website dan social media seperti youtube, instagram dan telegram. Produk yang dijual The Investor merupakan produk digital belajar saham seperti, e-book, mini course, kelas webinar, online course dan The Investor’s Portfolio. Dalam menjalankan bisnis, pendapatan The Investor belum optimal dan belum memenuhi target pemilik bisnis, adapun beberapa penyebab permasalahannya, seperti pada blok channels, key resources, key partnership, customer relationship, key activities dan revenue stream. Untuk itu pada penelitian kali ini penulis melakukan Perancangan Model Bisnis dengan kerangka Business Model Canvas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis perusahaan. Dalam melakukan penelitian kali ini, penulis memetakan model bisnis eksisting yang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara terhadap founder, kemudian penulis melakukan customer profile yang didapatkan dari kuesioner kepada konsumen The Investor sebanyak 30 orang, dilakukan juga value map untuk menggambarkan model bisnis secara terstruktur dan terperinci, penulis melakukan analisis lingkungan bisnis dengan menggunakan studi literatur, kemudian melakukan analisis strength, weakness, opportunity dan threat dari setiap blok yang bertujuan sebagai pertimbangan serta usulan untuk model bisnis yang baru. Setelah itu pada tahap terakhir penulis merancang usulan model bisnis The Investor sesuai hasil yang didapatkan Hasil rancangan tersebut dapat dipertimbangan The Investor untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis pelayanan edukasi belajar investasi saham

Abstract

Pager Kaos is a conventional enterprise that provides services in the manufacture of clothes and templates. The business process in the business at Pager Kaos is still not optimal, mainly the activity carried out on the ordering process, which still takes quite a long Time and results in repeated activity. Problems arise because my resources of people, facilities, and technology that have not been optimally utilized. So there's a need for improvement, which is to make improvements to the business process. Improvement of business processes on the Chaos Pager Convention is done using Business Process Improvements (BPI). Focus methods to help companies improve business processes to be more effective and efficient. The main business processes observed are the ordering process, production process, packaging and delivery process, and financial recording. From these processes, each activity is analyzed so that it can be grouped according to RVA, BVA, and NVA, and cycle Time efficiency calculations and streamlining are performed to obtain business process improvements. To support the improvement of business processes, a Google form and spreadsheet-based application were designed to help in the process of recording incoming orders and recording order data, as well as in storing photos and videos of customer order documentation to be more organized. The result of the improvement affects the number of previous activities, which were reduced to 30. The cycle Time has been reduced from the previous 178,66 minutes to 149,49 minutes. The previous business process efficiency of 72,61% increased to 80,47%.

Abstract

This study aims to design strategic recommendations based on financial ratios at PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk before and after Covid-19. This research is motivated by a decline in global paper demand and production as well as a decline in the value of stock prices in the manufacturing sector. Particularly at PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. In this study, data was collected using the financial reports and stock prices of PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk 12 quarters before the emergence of Covid-19 (April 2017–March 2020) and 12 quarters after the emergence of Covid-19 (April 2020 – March 2023). The data processing method used is the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test in the form of 9 financial ratio variables found a significant difference between the values before and after Covid-19. Meanwhile, for the 6 other financial ratio variables and stock prices, there is no significant difference between the values before and after Covid-19. After that, strategic recommendations are given based on test results, and a mapping is carried out on the Strengths and Weaknesses quadrants to get recommendations for strategies that are suitable for the company. In this study the authors provide recommendations on strategies that can be implemented by companies to improve financial performance.

Abstract

Investment has played a crucial role in driving Indonesia's economic growth post Covid-19 pandemic, notably contributing to the IDX30 index and witnessing a rise in investor numbers. The aim of this study was to uncover trends and the influence of financial and market ratios on stock prices, both concurrently and partially. Another aim also offers recommendations for investors and companies to optimize investment benefits and enhance future corporate performance. The sample for this research comprises 9 companies listed in the IDX30 index for the years 2016-2022. The data utilized encompasses secondary data, processed using panel data regression, and primary data collected through an AHP questionnaire. The findings of this study revealed that trends of ROE, CR, PBV, and HS show a decreasing trend, while DER and EPS indicate an increasing trend. ROE, CR, DER, EPS, and PBV collectively exert a significant impact on stock prices. Furthermore, partial effects showed that ROE, EPS, and PBV significantly affect stock prices. Enhanced performance strategies for companies, both internally and externally, are formulated using IFAS and EFAS, followed by their integration into a SWOT matrix. These results are used to recommend strategies for investors and companies to optimize investments and overall corporate performance.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in Business Training & Consulting located in the city of Bandung. PT. XYZ was established in 2012. Currently, the company cannot achieve its annual revenue target. This is due to problems in terms of marketing such as the absence of employer partners and limited marketing activities, limited employees, to increasingly fierce business competition in similar fields. Solutions to the problems experienced by PT. XYZ can be overcome through evaluation of the current business model so that the best solution can be found from the existing problems with the role of the proposed business model. Business model design is carried out using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. Currently there is one customer segment served by PT. XYZ is a company located in the West Java area with revenues of more than Rp 4,000,000.00 per month and has Islamic value. Data collection was obtained from interviews with customers to find out customer profile and business model environment and questionnaires were distributed to determine SWOT by utilizing internal company resources. From the results of the data analysis obtained, a business model canvas was then designed and verification and validation were carried out. Verification is carried out with research supervisors and owners of PT. XYZ. Furthermore, the proposed business model will be designed a mockup that will be used for the validation process to the owner of PT. XYZ. The design results obtained in this study are making improvements to the customer segment block by expanding the customer segment in Indonesia, the customer relationship block by providing service guarantees, feedback facilities and service incentives, channel blocks by participating in MSME events, value proposition blocks by adding service bundling packages, service variations, services through the website so that they are easily accessible and create product substitutions, and in the key partner block of PT. XYZ can collaborate with INKINDO, the organizer of MSME events to develop their business. By implementing this proposed business model, PT. Abstract

Abstract—Telkom Indonesia company's digital business directorate was developing digital solution applications. Among the tribes utilized as research objects is the smart city, which are solutions for the government named E-LPPD particularly in the implementation of government at the district, city, and provincial levels. E-LPPD aims to digitize the process to improvement. However, designing this business necessitates the study of various factors, including market factors, technical factors, and financial factors, which are covered in the business feasibility analysis and sensitivity analysis. The market analysis determines the estimated market demand for new, existing, and target markets. Business processes, company procedures, human resources, platform design in the form of prototype dashboards and mockups, and other components of information system design require technical considerations. In the financial element, which covers business feasibility study and sensitivity analysis, the net present value (NPV), payback period (PBP), and internal rate of return (IRR) are calculated (IRR). The company received an estimated market demand of 198 target markets throughout Indonesia. Based on the results, the business was viable, with a net present value (NPV) of Rp 216,231,494, an internal rate of return (IRR) of 18,8 percent, and a payback period (PBP) of 3 years and three months. Abstract

Abstrak—Tengah Kota Coffee and Resto adalah suatu nama cafe dan resto yang terletak di Jl. Cempaka Putih Tengah, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Menu makanan dan minuman yang ada pada tempat ini tidak jauh berbeda dengan cafe dan resto lainnya. Dengan data yang didapatkan, dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan terhadap minat orang untuk datang ke cafe dan resto dari tahun ke tahun termasuk di Kota Bandung. Hal ini merupakan suatu peluang yang besar untuk memperluas pasar dengan cara membuka cabang baru di Kota Bandung. Pembukaan cabang baru tentunya akan membutuhkan investasi yang besar sehingga diperlukan perancangan bisnis terlebih dahulu. Penelitian ini melakukan perancangan bisnis untuk pembangunan Tengah Kota Coffee and Resto dari aspek pasar, aspek teknik, dan aspek finansial di Kota Bandung. Dari perhitungan yang didapatkan, dengan MARR 10%, rencana pembukaan cabang baru di Kota Bandung dikatakan layak untuk dilakukan dengan PBP pada 4.28 tahun, NPV sebesar Rp35,122,673, dan IRR sebesar 18%. Selain itu, analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa investasi ini tidak terlalu sensitif terhadap peningkatan harga bahan baku karena peningkatan bahan baku sebesar 19.28% baru dapat mempengaruhi kelayakan investasi. Kemudian, investasi ini juga relatif sensitif terhadap penurunan harga jual. Penurunan harga jual sebesar 2.51% dapat mempengaruhi kelayakan investasi. Abstract

Abstrak— Perkembangan sektor fashion akan terus meningkat mengikuti arus modernisasi. Serta dengan adanya aktivitas belanja online atau E-commerce yang merupakan salah satu teknologi yang berkembang pesat di bidang jual beli barang dan jasa melalui jaringan elektronik seperti internet. Salah satu usaha yang menggunakan kedua faktor tersebut adalah Avaros. Avaros bergerak dibidang fashion khususnya dompet dan tas. Segmen pelanggan pada Avaros adalah pelajar, mahasiswa serta pekerja kantoran yang tergolong aktif dalam mengikuti tren fashion. Saat ini Avaros menghadapi sejumlah masalah, mulai dari kurangnya SDM, pemasaran yang buruk, belum memiliki mitra, hingga keuangan yang tidak stabil. Dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi model bisnis pada Avaros. Untuk mengevaluasi model bisnis diperlukan data tentang keadaan model bisnis eksisting. Hal ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pemilik Avaros, data customer profile melalui wawancara dengan pelanggan, serta data analisis dengan menggunakan studi literatur. Selanjutnya melakukan analisis SWOT yang akan menjadi pertimbangan strategi usulan, dilanjutkan dengan fit Customer profile dengan Value proposition map yang digunakan untuk menentukan apakah usulan tersebut memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Abstract

Abstrak— Optik Cicendo merupakan sebuah gerai kacamata yang berdiri sejak Agustus tahun 1971. Produk dari usaha ini, yaitu Frame dan lensa kacamata. Proses bisnis usaha ini masih tergolong belum optimal. Adapun cara dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu memperbaiki proses bisnisnya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam perbaikan proses bisnis ini adalah Business Process Improvement (BPI). Metode BPI berfokus untuk membantu suatu usaha menciptakan inovasi atau inisiatif baru demi meningkatkan performansi suatu proses bisnis eksisting. Tahapan dilakukan mulai dari pengumpulan data. Selanjutnya tahapan perancangan yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan understanding about the process, dengan cara meneliti waktu siklus eksistingnya lalu mengelompokkan aktivitasnya berdasarkan RVA, BVA, dan NVA, yang disertai dengan menghitung EWS (Efisiensi Waktu Siklus) proses bisnis eksisting. Selanjutnya menyederhanakan aktivitas proses bisnis eksisting dengan streamlining. Selanjutnya, melakukan validasi untuk memastikan rancangan usulan tersebut sesuai dengan requirement usaha ini. Dilanjutkan dengan melakukan tahapan measurements and controls dengan menghitung EWS usulan. Didapatkan pengurangan aktivitas yang terjadi dari 12 aktivitas menjadi 10 aktivitas. Terjadi juga pengurangan total waktu siklus yang awalnya sebesar 118 menit berkurang menjadi sebesar 74,5 menit dengan peningkatan persentase EWS dari 65.25% menjadi sebesar 67.79%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses bisnis usulan layak untuk diterapkan karena terbukti lebih cepat dan efisien.Kata kunci— proses bisnis, business process improvement, waktu siklus
