Abstract

Perlindungan data pribadi menjadi isu penting di era digital yang semakin rentan terhadap penyalahgunaan informasi. Minimnya literasi masyarakat terkait keamanan data pribadi menimbulkan risiko kebocoran informasi yang dapat berdampak negatif secara sosial maupun hukum. PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga keamanan data pribadi serta mengenalkan aspek regulatif yang melindungi informasi individu. Metode yang digunakan berupa kegiatan PKM dalam bentuk penyuluhan interaktif yang disampaikan secara langsung kepada peserta dengan pendekatan edukatif dan praktis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep dasar data pribadi, risiko penyalahgunaan informasi, serta urgensi penerapan perilaku yang aman dalam membagikan data di platform digital. Selain itu, peserta juga memahami keberadaan dan fungsi regulasi hukum seperti Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi dalam memberikan perlindungan secara legal. PKM ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat literasi keamanan digital masyarakat serta membangun fondasi edukatif untuk mitigasi risiko kebocoran data pribadi di masa depan. Nilai praktis dari kegiatan ini terletak pada penerapan langsung pengetahuan dalam kehidupan digital sehari-hari yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of applying blended learning on students' learning motivation in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep. The research method in this research is quantitative method, and the data collection method in this study is through observation, documentation and questionnaires or questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 95 from 129 students majoring in Social Sciences with grade X and grade IX at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep and then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a significant influence in the application of the blended learning on students' learning motivation in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep. The simple linear regression equation shows the effect of the application of the blended learning learning method on students' learning motivation in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep has a positive influence, and the magnitude of the influence of the application blended learning on students' learning motivation in economics subjects in SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep, amounted to 41.1% while 58.4% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and non-physical work environment on employee performance at CV. 88 Bima City so that it can provide thought input to employees. This research is quantitative. This type of research is associative with the population used in this research, namely all employees at CV. 88 Bima City, totaling 47 people. The sample used in this research was all 47 employees. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample. Based on the criteria, the research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 26.0. The results of this research are: 1) There is a partially significant influence between compensation on CV performance. 88 Bima City. 2) There is no partial significant influence between the non-physical work environment on CV performance. 88 Bima City. 3) There is a significant simultaneous influence between compensation and the non-physical work environment on CV performance. 88 Bima City.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong peningkatan efisiensi pengelolaan data, termasuk pada sistem layanan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya pemanfaatan data peminjaman buku sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan koleksi dan layanan perpustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengelompokkan pola peminjaman buku mahasiswa di Perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Bima guna memperoleh informasi yang bernilai bagi peningkatan kualitas layanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah clustering dengan algoritma K-Means yang diterapkan melalui tahapan Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD), meliputi pra-pemrosesan data, seleksi variabel, proses pengelompokan, dan visualisasi hasil. Dataset penelitian terdiri dari 20 data peminjaman yang mencakup variabel nama mahasiswa, jurusan, kategori buku, lama peminjaman, dan denda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya tiga cluster utama, yaitu kelompok mahasiswa dengan durasi peminjaman singkat dan denda rendah, kelompok dengan durasi peminjaman panjang dan denda tinggi, serta kelompok yang meminjam buku berdasarkan kesesuaian jurusan atau kategori tertentu. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berbasis data yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pengelola perpustakaan dalam perencanaan koleksi, pengelolaan kebijakan peminjaman, serta peningkatan layanan yang lebih tepat sasaran.

Abstract

This paper examines the contributions of Herbert Marcuse's thought to the development of the Critical Theory tradition, particularly through his analysis of the relationship between technological rationality, consumer culture, and structures of domination in advanced industrial societies. Marcuse demonstrates that technological progress is not neutral, but rather embedded in the logic of power that shapes patterns of social consciousness and behavior. Through the concept of the "one-dimensional man," he highlights the mechanisms of homogenizing consciousness that lead individuals to accept social conditions without a critical attitude. Furthermore, Marcuse's synthesis of the ideas of Marx and Freud in Eros and Civilization shows that repression occurs not only in the economic realm but also through the regulation of desire and the body. Imagination and aesthetics are positioned as potential spaces for opening up possibilities for liberation, as both present forms of experience that cannot be fully controlled by the system. By highlighting the relationship between material structures, social psychology, and the production of meaning, this paper reexamines the relevance of Marcuse's Critical Theory for the contemporary context marked by the intensification of digital capitalism and consumer culture.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven structural changes in the media system, information production patterns, and the relationship between media, the state, and society. The author presents a descriptive-narrative analysis of the dynamics of the political economy of digital media by utilizing several critical theories: the political economy of media (Mosco, McChesney, Dwyer), the cultural industry (Adorno & Horkheimer), hegemony (Gramsci), framing (Entman), the propaganda model (Herman & Chomsky), and digital capitalism (Fuchs, Srnicek, Zuboff). This study also combines a literary approach with empirical examples in Indonesia, including the phenomenon of buzzers, political influencers, digital polarization, and the role of platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp in shaping public opinion. The findings show that the media structure in Indonesia is now hybrid, combining conventional media ownership oligarchy and global platform oligopoly, and creating a fragmented public sphere. This research emphasizes the need for a new theoretical model capable of explaining the interaction of the state, capital, and platforms within the framework of digital capitalism.

Abstract

TThe Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by Group 3 ITB Ahmad Dahlan in Waru Village, Parung District, Bogor Regency, West Java aims to address several issues faced by the local community. The main issues identified include the lack of public knowledge regarding digital branding for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the unavailability of clear directional signs towards village facilities, and the low awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness. To achieve these objectives, this program was designed with several intervention methods. The results of this KKN activity show an increase in community understanding of digital branding, the creation of creativity in arts, as well as the installation of 9 sign systems that were successfully carried out in Waru Village. This activity not only provides direct benefits to the community but also offers valuable experience for students in applying the knowledge they have learned in college. It is hoped that this initiative can continue and create a lasting positive impact for the community of Waru Village
