Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial performance as represented by four variables, namely: Current ratio, Return on Equity, Earning per Share, and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices. The population in this study are transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria obtained a sample of 9 companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data with multiple regression methods and using SPSS for windows. The results of this study indicate that the Current ratio has a negative and no significant effect on stock prices, Return on Equity has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Earning per Share has a negative and no significant effect on stock prices, and the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2021, by looking at financial reports using analytical tools, namely liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. This study uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods, focusing on the company's financial performance. The type and source of data used are secondary data in the form of balance reports, income statements and the required data from 2017-2021, the data is taken from the telecommunications company's financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The company's sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is quantitative analysis consisting of liquidity ratios (current ratio, Quick ratio), solvency ratios (Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability ratios (Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity), activity ratios (Total Assets Turn Over, Inventory Turn Over)

Abstract

International meetings (either conferences or other forms of meetings) that are held certainly have implications for the image of the host. The organization of the event represents the destination/country that acts as the host. The potential to organize international meetings can come from several market segments, one of which is the association market segment, especially professional associations affiliated with international or world-class associations. The main reason for preparing the Ambassador Program is that the majority of international association meetings that occur periodically and alternate between countries require a kind of competitive bidding process involving local or national contacts to submit proposals or invitations (ICCA, 2012). This research was conducted to increase the number of international association conferences held in order to improve Indonesia's competitiveness as a MICE Destination. The method that will be used is the exploratory method by conducting desk research and respondent surveys to professional associations affiliated with international associations. Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of determining the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction in Transactions at the Sharia Bank (BTN Syariah) of the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. This sample was taken from the BTN Syariah Bank branch in Makassar City with a population of 5400 customers from September to the end of November 2024 and a sample of 98 customers. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations regarding the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in transactions at the Sharia Bank (BTN Syariah) of the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar, the author concludes that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Good service quality will increase customer satisfaction in transactions at the BTN Syariah Sharia Bank because it can be seen from the calculation results, namely a coefficient value of 0.638 and a significant value of less than 0.05, which is 0.001

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media on changes in local cultural values of Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, and Sipakainge' in the lives of Bulukumba urban communities in the digital era. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing a five-point Likert scale questionnaire to 25 respondents who live in urban areas and actively use social media. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively based on the score and percentage of each indicator. The results showed that the use of social media is high, with most respondents using it daily. Despite this, local cultural values are still relatively strongly maintained. The Sipakatau value scored 88%, indicating that respondents still respect differences of opinion and maintain communication ethics on social media. The value of Sipakalebbi scored the highest (average 95.2%), indicating strong respect for elders in the digital context. The value of Sipakainge' is also high with an average of 80.2%, which means that social media is still used as a means of reminding each other in kindness. However, the aspect of changing cultural values shows a tendency to shift, with scores of 73.6% and 78.4% on indicators related to the fading of manners. Thus, it can be concluded that social media has a significant influence on the preservation as well as the shift of local cultural values of the Perk community.

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical determinant of organizational success and is strongly influenced by the extent of organizational support. Perceived Organizational Support (POS) has received significant attention in organizational behavior research, as it represents employees’ perceptions of the extent to which the organization values their contributions and cares about their well-being. This study aims to investigate the effect of POS on employee performance at PT Astra Daihatsu Alauddin. A quantitative research design was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. Responses were measured using a Likert scale and analyzed with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21 to examine the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that organizational support has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Employees who perceive higher levels of support from the organization demonstrate greater job achievement, stronger commitment, and increased productivity. These results highlight the importance of organizational strategies that cultivate supportive environments, including recognition, fair treatment, and adequate resource provision. Enhancing POS not only improves individual performance but also strengthens long-term organizational effectiveness. Therefore, managerial attention to employee needs and well-being is essential for maintaining competitiveness and achieving organizational objectives.

Abstract

Village tourism destinations are currently a crucial pillar in community-based economic development. Furthermore, Indonesia boasts extraordinary cultural and natural diversity. Cibuluh Tourism Village, located in Subang Regency, West Java, is a destination that maintains its cultural potential by combining nature and local wisdom as its main attractions. Digitalization here is not only about the application of technology, but also about restructuring governance, community participation, and village image. The purpose of this study is to implement technology for promotional activities in Cibuluh Tourism Village and explain the promotions implemented in Cibuluh Tourism Village. The research type chosen is quantitative with numerical data analysis to explain, predict, and control the phenomena of interest, processed using statistical methods. The results of the research from the implementation of technology for promotional activities that can be implemented in Cibuluh Tourism Village in order to attract tourists while maintaining local wisdom are utilizing the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure that are highly dependent on the readiness of the local community (Pokdarwis) and the role of the local government, as well as budgetary assistance. Meanwhile, promotional activities in Cibuluh Tourism Village include several hardware and software-based promotional tools, including laptops, mobile phones, drones, and GPS. There's also a website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of erosion in various planting patterns of agroforestry systems implemented by the community in Lupia Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency. The background of this research is based on the issue of land degradation due to population pressure on forest areas, which prompts the need for alternative approaches such as agroforestry. The research was conducted from June to July 2012 using field study and laboratory analysis methods. The collected data includes information on rainfall, slope, soil texture and structure, as well as the types of planting patterns used. The calculation of erosion rates was done using the USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) method. The research results show that the agroforestry planting pattern consisting of a combination of Teak-Banana-Papaya (with an 8% slope) produced the lowest erosion rate of 17.40 tons/ha/year, while the combination of Teak-Long Beans-Cocoa (with a 12% slope) showed the highest erosion rate of 34.31 tons/ha/year. All observed planting patterns resulted in erosion levels exceeding the tolerance threshold, thus not reflecting a sustainable system. Therefore, it is necessary to apply soil conservation techniques to support the sustainability of the agroforestry system in the area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pengelolaan pajak bumi dan bangunan (PBB) di badan keuangan daerah (BKD) kota Parepare, mengidentifikasi upaya dalam pemungutan PBB BKD kota Parepare, dan menganalisis manajemen keuangan syariah terhadap pengelolaan PBB di BKD kota Parepare. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) di BKD Kota Parepare secara formal belum berbasis sistem keuangan syariah, namun praktiknya mencerminkan prinsip manajemen keuangan syariah seperti saling rida; keadilan; kasih sayang; hindari investasi haram; larangan riba; gharar, tadlis, dan maysir; dan tidak boleh lalai dari ibadah. Upaya pemungutan dilakukan secara terstruktur dengan mempermudah akses informasi dan prosedur pembayaran, menyelenggarakan penyuluhan rutin, serta menugaskan kolektor di kelurahan untuk pendekatan persuasif kepada wajib pajak. Pengelolaan PBB di BKD Kota Parepare selaras dengan enam prinsip manajemen keuangan syariah yaitu saling rida hadir melalui transparansi dan komunikasi terbuka. Keadilan tampak pada penetapan pajak yang proporsional. Pelayanan ramah mencerminkan kasih sayang. Dana dikelola amanah untuk sektor halal. Riba dan maysir tidak masuk objek penelitian karena pengelolaan pajak bukan transaksi pinjaman ataupun perjudian, hindari gharar dan tadlis lewat informasi jelas. Serta tidak lalai dari ibadah terlihat dari fasilitas salat dan penghormatan waktu ibadah.
