<![CDATA[An employee gathering, known as one of the effective methods in human resource management, can strengthen relationships among employees, boost motivation, and celebrate shared achievements. This study focuses on the Employee Gathering at Soekarno-Hatta Airport as a form of appreciation for the Main Branch Office employees at Soekarno-Hatta Airport for their achievements in 2022, as well as a tool to enhance performance. This research explores the crucial role of organizers in managing employee gathering activities to achieve desired goals. The research methodology involves direct observation of the Employee Gathering activities at Soekarno-Hatta Airport and interviews with relevant parties. The research findings indicate that the role of organizers has a significant impact on the successful implementation of employee gathering activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of work experience and motivation on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Makassar. The population in this study was 37 permanent employees at PT. Telkom Witel Makassar. And this research uses a saturated sample, the entire population is sampled. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary data). The research results from data processed using SPSS Version 25 statistical calculations, based on partial SPSS output results, research results show that partially the variables of work experience and work motivation have an influence on employee performance. Other results found that the variables work experience and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value for work experience of 0.001 < 0.05 and a significant value for work motivation of 0.000 < 0.05. Work experience and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, the two independent variables, namely work experience and work motivation, need to be maintained and maximized so that employee performance can be further improved.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the effect of the Implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) on the Quality of the Financial Reports of Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Gowa Regency. The population in this study were 30 employees who were at the Gowa Regency Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Office. The sample used is saturated sampling, saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all populations are sampled. The data used in this study is primary data. Primary data is data in the form of information directly obtained from the results of a questionnaire using a Liker scale. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, simple regression test, T test and R test. The results of the study show data using statistical calculations through the application of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 regarding the Effect of Application of Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) on the Quality of Financial Reports of Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Gowa Regency which has been discussed from the previous chapter, the authors draw conclusions namely the Implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of the Gowa Regency Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Financial Reports.]]>

The purpose of this research is a quantitative study aimed at analyzing the impact of capital structure and sticky costs on the financial performance of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample for this study was drawn from the financial reports of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from the financial reports of companies from 2018 to 2022, sourced from the respective websites of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange or from the website www.idx.co.id. This study employs secondary data. The research instruments used in this study include descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using F-test (Chiw Test) and Hausman Test. From the analysis of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), it appears that companies may need to consider strategies to manage and reduce their dependence on debt in order to improve their financial structure and reduce long-term financial risks. Additionally, the analysis of Sticky Costs indicates that these costs are becoming increasingly unresponsive to fluctuations in production and sales volume. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow and leverage on sticky cost behavior in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from financial statements. Data collection is carried out by accessing the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the data source used is secondary data. The research instruments used in this study use the documentation method. The results of the study using statistical calculations through the eviews version 12 application regarding the influence of free cash flow and leverage on sticky cost behavior, the author draws the conclusion that free cash flow has an effect on sticky cost behavior while leverage has no effect on sticky cost behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is a qualitative research aimed at understanding the financial management strategies applied by online shops in South Sulawesi. The type and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and documentation with a total of five research subjects. The results indicate that all research informants, as online shop owners, still apply relatively simple financial management practices, but there has been improvement as they now detail every transaction conducted. Although they are fairly good at reporting finances, there is still room for improvement. Therefore, it is recommended that online shop owners deepen their understanding of financial management more comprehensively.]]>

<![CDATA[This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, which aims to determine the influence of financial literacy on financial management of MSMEs in South Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. This research was carried out in South Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency, which took place from 7 May 2024 to 7 July 2024. The sample used in this research was 75 MSME actors in South Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Furthermore, the data obtained was then processed using a simple linear regression data analysis method and processed using the Statistical Package For The Social Science {SPSS} Version 23 application. The research results showed that financial literacy (X) was obtained by t-count 11,929 > t-table 1.666 and the sig value is 0.000<0.05, thus the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on the financial management variable. So the results of hypothesis testing show that H1: Financial Literacy has a positive and significant influence on the financial management of MSMEs in South Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency, is accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the impact of traditional market revitalization on increasing traders' income, focusing on the case of Pekkae Modern Market in Barru Regency. The market revitalization was initiated by the government to enhance the competitiveness of traditional markets in response to the growing dominance of modern markets. This study using a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with traders and market managers, as well as direct observations of the physical changes and market management post-revitalization. The findings indicate that the market revitalization has positively affected traders' income due to the increased consumer visits and improved market facilities, which have become more comfortable and orderly. Additionally, changes in stall arrangement, parking area expansion, and improvements in market cleanliness and security have also contributed to enhancing the market's appeal to consumers. Thus, traditional market revitalization can be considered an effective strategy in supporting the sustainability and development of traditional markets in the modern era.]]>

<![CDATA[The tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a source of regional income. As one of the sources of income, tourism is influenced by the number of tourists. The progress of the tourism sector in an area is highly dependent on the number of tourists who visit. The number of tourists will bring income to the area they visit. This study aims to determine the influence of the number of domestic tourist visits on the original income of Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. The result of the study is that the number of domestic tourist visits has a significant positive influence on the PAD of Bogor City. The number of domestic tourist visits has a significant influence of 87% on the PAD of Bogor City. One of the government effort is to expand tourism activities such as entertainment, sports, camps, and competitions to increase the number of tourist visits so that it will increase the PAD of Bogor City.]]>

<![CDATA[Praktik Destructive Fishing menggunakan bom ikan oleh beberapa nelayan masih marak dilakukan di kawasan perairan Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Oleh karena itu, beberapa ekosistem terumbu karang di perairan Buton Tengah telah mengalami kerusakan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk melakukan transplantasi dan pelepasan media penempelan karang melalui pendekatan berbasis kelompok nelayan di Perairan Teluk Lianabanggai, Desa Lanto, Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Transplantasi menggunakan media kubus beton, dan media penempelan larva karang berupa bioreeftek. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan bahaya dan dampak destructive fishing bagi keberlanjutan sumberdaya perikanan dan meningkatkan kapasitas mitra dalam upaya rehabilitasi terumbu karang. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan penguatan kapasitas mitra dilakukan secara langsung dengan metode ceramah. Pembuatan media transplantasi menggunakan media beton berbentuk kubus dan bioreeftek menggunakan batok kelapa. Pelepasan media dilakukan secara partisipatif, yaitu masyarakat kelompok nelayan terlibat secara aktif. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap bahaya dan dampak destructive fishing, peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat mengenai rehabilitasi terumbu karang. Masyarakat sangat antusias mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan ini mengingat kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan yang pertama kali dilakukan di Desa Lanto, Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Diperlukan adanya upaya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai status kondisi terumbu karang di perairan Selat Lianabanggai, Kabupaten Buton Tengah.]]>
