Abstract

Conventional learning systems still dominate the learning process at various universities. In general, learning in college lecture reflects patterns that tend in the same direction. Students the opportunity to conduct personal understanding through looping and less enrichment accommodated properly. This research tried to solved the problem. Hence, it is important to develop a teaching medium based on Learning Technology Systems Architecture (LTSA) with multimedia tutorial approach. From the test results of learning can be stated that the learning method PC assembly using multimedia-based teaching tools can support the learning that is interactive, engaging, efficient, effective, and meaningful. In addition test results also showed a significant difference compared to conventional teaching methods . Students using conventional learning systems only obtained an average score of 49.6, while students use learning system using learning tools of animation and visualization obtain an average value of 80 , 09. This suggests that the use of teaching aids by using multimedia (text, audio, video and animation) more easily understood by the students so deserves its place as a major strategy in the laboratory learning.

Abstract

The development of the internet of things (IoT), which functions as servers, device monitors, and controllers of several peripherals inside the smart home, eased workload in many sectors. Most devices are accessible through the internet because they communicate with wired or wireless interfaces. However, this feature makes them prone to the risk of being exposed to the public. The exposed devices are an easy target for the third party to launch a flooding attack through the network. This attack overloads the system due to the low processing capability, thereby interrupting any running process and harming the device. Therefore, this study proposed a scalable network capturing model that utilized multiple Raspberry Pi boards in parallel to monitor the network traffics simultaneously. An isolated experiment was used for evaluation by running simultaneous flooding attacks on each device. The result showed that the model consumed 30.44% more memory with 14.66% lower central processing unit (CPU) usage and 3.63% faster execution time. This means that this model is better in terms of performance and effectiveness than the single capture model.

Abstract

Network Monitoring System adalah sistem yang diciptakan untuk memantau jaringan komputer dan mengontrol sistem jaringan seperti router, access point, switch, dan lain sebagainya. Proses pemantauan jaringan komputer yang dilakukan oleh seorang administrator mengakibatkan administrator harus selalu standby di area kantor. Hal ini menjadi masalah karena kompleksitas jaringan dan banyaknya perangkat jaringan yang harus dipantau maka membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menangani gangguan. Dibutuhkan suatu distribusi informasi gangguan kepada administrator jaringan untuk mempercepat penanganan gangguan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, pada penelitian ini akan diimplementasikan Network Monitoring System (NMS) dengan menggunakan kombinasi Sistem Operasi Mikrotik, aplikasi The Dude, dan API Bot Telegram. Mikrotik Router OS akan terkoneksi dengan sistem jaringan yang telah diinstalasi aplikasi The Dude sebagai device management. Sementara itu, sistem notifikasi akan memberikan informasi status gangguan secara real time kepada perangkat dengan memanfaatkan protokol ICMP pada API Bot Telegram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem notifikasi tentang informasi status perangkat dan informasi gangguan pada jaringan komputer yang dapat dibaca oleh administrator melalui aplikasi messenger berbasis Android yaitu Telegram. Dari hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa kecepatan pengiriman informasi jaringan komputer dan dari router ke akun Telegram Administrator dapat berjalan dengan cepat sekitar 4-5 detik jika terjadi gangguan informasi pada jaringan komputer. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat mempermudah pekerjaan administrator jaringan komputer dalam mengelola proses monitoring jaringan komputer.

Abstract

Internet of things is a technology that allows communication between devices within a network. Since this technology depends on a network to communicate, the vulnerability of the exposed devices increased significantly. Furthermore, the use of internet protocol version 6 (IPv6) as the successor to internet protocol version 4 (IPv4) as a communication protocol constituted a significant problem for the network. Hence, this protocol was exploitable for flooding attacks in the IPv6 network. As a countermeasure against the flood, this study designed an IPv6 flood attack detection by using epsilon greedy optimized Q learning algorithm. According to the evaluation, the agent with epsilon 0.1 could reach 98% of accuracy and 11,550 rewards compared to the other agents. When compared to control models, the agent is also the most accurate compared to other algorithms followed by neural network (NN), K-nearest neighbors (KNN), decision tree (DT), naive Bayes (NB), and support vector machine (SVM). Besides that, the agent used more than 99% of a single central processing unit (CPU). Hence, the agent will not hinder internet of things (IoT) devices with multiple processors. Thus, we concluded that the proposed agent has high accuracy and feasibility in a single board computer (SBC).

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) "Increasing the Capability of Management of Healthy Weblogs with Internet Content as a Means of Publication and Information for Students of Semarang 2 High School" involving partners of High School Middle School students in the city of Semarang. Many school students have not used the weblog to provide information and publications about activities related to learning, school organization activities and other activities. In this activity, partners will be given training in making weblogs with healthy internet content by the PKM team tailored to the level of needs and resources of each partner. At the end of this activity, it is expected that all students who take part in the training can create a weblog by filling out healthy internet content for the better so that it will improve  the  ability  of  publications  and  information  to  internet  users  as  a  form  of  community  service. The purpose of this service is to increase the ability of weblogs to share knowledge, publications and information of  students by creating a healthy internet on the weblog.

Abstract

Pada SMP Negeri 26 Semarang, pengolahan data perpustakaannya masih menggunakan cara manual, sehingga pengurus perpustakaan merasa kesulitan untuk mengolah data perpustakaan yang seharusnya dapat dikerjakan dalam waktu yang singkat dan minim terjadinya kesalahan. Pada proses pendataan buku, anggota, peminjaman, pengembalian, kas dan pembuatan rekap laporan, SMP Negeri 26 Semarang masih menggunakan buku catatan sehingga mengalami beberapa masalah seperti terjadi input data ganda, pemberian kode buku yang kurang konsisten, buku yang digunakan untuk mencatat dapat rusak atau hilang, data tidak tersimpan dengan rapi. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi (pengamatan) dan interview (wawancara). Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) dan pembuatan program dengan Sublime Text, XAMPP, Chrome Browser. Tujuan dalam pembuatan sistem perpustakaan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah program yang nantiya dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam mengelola data-data perpustakaanOn 26 Semarang Public Junior High School, library data processing still using manual procedure, so the library management feels trouble for processing data library which should be done in a short time and have minimum mistake. In the process of collecting books data, user data, loan data, data return, treasury data, 26 Semarang Public Junior High School still using notebook so they experiencing problems like multiple data input, not consistent when processing books code, notebook damaged, and data is not stored neatly. In making this system, method of collecting data done by observation and interview. Using Extreme Programming (XP) in this system development, and using Sublime Text, XAMPP, Chrome Browser for creting this system. the purpose of making this system is expected to produce a program that later on can help the school in processing data library

Abstract

Dalam proses pengelolaan barang inventory produk admin gudang mendata data produk, transaksi penerimaan dan transaksi pengeluaran pada sebuah sistem inventory lama. Sistem inventory harus ada pembaruan karena sistem inventory saat ini belum bisa diakses secara online, selain itu belum tersedia juga fitur QR Code yang penting digunakan untuk mengetahui langsung sisa stok yang tersedia digudang tanpa melihat ke sistem terlebih dahulu. Masalah tersebut yang melatarbelakangi pembuatan aplikasi inventory yang dapat diakses secara online. Aplikasi ini menggunakan CodeIgniter 4 dengan MySQL sebagai database. Pembuatan sistem menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem dan pengujian sistem bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) dan Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya aplikasi inventory yang dapat diakses admin gudang, kepala gudang dan sales untuk melihat stok yang tersedia di Toko Bangunan Baja 88 secara online. Semua menu dan fitur dapat dijalankan tanpa kendala yang dibuktikan dengan pengujian blackbox testing.In the process of managing product inventory, the warehouse admin records product data, receipt transactions and expenditure transactions in an old inventory system. According to the author, the inventory system needs to be updated because the current inventory system cannot be accessed online, apart from that, the QR Code feature is not yet available, which is important to use to find out directly the remaining stock available in the warehouse without looking at the system first. This problem is the background for the author to create an inventory application that can be accessed online. This application uses CodeIgniter 4 with MySQL as the database. The system was created using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The steps taken in this case are system requirements analysis, system design and system testing. The programming language used is Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP). The aim of this research is to create an inventory application that can be accessed by warehouse admins, warehouse heads and sales to see the stock available at the 88 Steel Building Store online. All menus and features can be run without problems as proven by black box testing

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin tinggi menyebabkan kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat dalam dunia pendidikan menjadi sangat di butuhkan. Maka dengan suatu sistem terkomputerisasi akan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Perpustakaan SMP Kebon Dalem adalah salah satu sekolah dengan pengelolaan transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku yang masih menggunakan cara manual. dimana setiap terjadi peminjaman atau pengembalian buku dengan siswa ataupun guru dan karyawan, petugas membuatkan bukti peminjaman atau pengembalian sebanyak dua rangkap dengan mencatat setiap buku yang telah dipinjam oleh siswa atau guru. Rangkap pertama diberikan kepada siswa atau guru sedangkan rangkap kedua ditulis pada buku perpus sebagai arsip oleh petugas untuk pencatatan data peminjaman atau pengembalian sebagai bentuk laporan. Laporan tersebut kemudian disimpan sebagai dasar nantinya jika ada audit dari yayasan terkait. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang sudah cukup pesat masalah ini dapat diatasi menggunakan aplikasi.   Penelitian ini menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter dan untuk Bahasa pemrogramannya menggunakan PHP serta database menggunakan MySQL. Perancangan dan pembuatan sistem yang di buat pada Perpustakaan Kebon Dalem bukan untuk menggantikan sistem yang lama tapi merupakan penambahan sistem menjadi lebih terstruktur dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis web. Dalam proses pembangunan website ini menggunakan waterfall. Terbentuknya sebuah sistem dari aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis web ini memudahkan petugas perpustakaan dalam peminjaman dan pengembalian buku pada Perpustakaan SMP Kebon Dalem.The development of increasingly high technology causes the need for fast, precise and accurate information in the world of education to be very much needed. So with a computerized system will be able to solve the existing problems. The Kebon Dalem Junior High School library is one of the schools with the management of book lending and return transactions that still use the manual method. where every time there is a borrowing or returning of books with students or teachers and employees, the officer makes proof of borrowing or returning in two copies by recording every book that has been borrowed by the student or teacher. The first copy is given to students or teachers while the second copy is written in the library book as an archive by the officer for recording borrowing or returning data as a form of report. The report is then stored as a basis for later if there is an audit from the related foundation. With the rapid development of technology, this problem can be solved using an application. This research uses the CodeIgniter Framework and the programming language uses PHP and the database uses MySQL. The design and manufacture of the system made at the Kebon Dalem Library is not to replace the old system but is an addition to a more structured system using a web-based system. In the process of building this website using the waterfall. The establishment of a web-based library application system makes it easier for librarians to borrow and return books at the Kebon Dalem Junior High School Library.

Abstract

Pada SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Semarang, pengolahan data perpustakaannya masih menggunakan sistem yang masih manual, sehingga petugas perpustakaan mengalami beberapa kesulitan dalam mengerjakan pengolahan data buku.Pendataan buku, anggota, transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian maupun rekap laporannya juga masih didata secara manual dengan buku catatan, ,sehingga banyak mengalami kesalahan dari petugas perpustakaan. Didalam pembuatan sistem ini, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan caraobservasi, interview dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan metode pengembangannya menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) dan pembuatan program menggunakan code editorVisual Studio Code, XAMPP. Tujuan pembuatan sistem perpustakaan ini diharapakan dapat menghasilkan program yang kedepannya dapat membantu dari pihak sekolah dalam mengelola data di perpustakaanya.At SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Semarang, library data processing is still using a manual system, so that librarians experience some difficulties in processing book data. Data collection of books, members, borrowing and returning transactions as well as report recap are still being recorded manually with notebooks, so that many errors from librarians are encountered. In making this system, data collection methods are carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. While the development method uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method and programming uses the Visual Studio Code editor, XAMPP. The purpose of making this library system is expected to be able to produce programs that in the future can assist the school in managing data in its library.

Abstract

Aplikasi perpustakaan secara manual masih diterapakan di MTs Miftahul Ulum Jragung yaitu semua alur kerja masih dicatat dalam buku, mulai dari kehadiran, pendaftaran untuk kartu anggota, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Hal tersebut membuat proses dalam mencari sebuah informasi perpustakaan menjadi lama. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sebuah aplikasi perpustakaan yang handal untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah proses informasi perpustakaan. Dalam merancang dan membangaun aplikasi perpustakaan MTs Miftahul Ulum Jragung digunakan metode waterfall, bahasa pemprograman Microsoft Visual Basic 2010, database Microsoft Access 2007 dan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Aplikasi perpustakaan terbukti mampu dalam proses kerjanya, mulai dari memberikan kemudahan bagi para pustakawan dan para pemustaka. Proses pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis komputer membuat para pustakawan semakin mudah dalam memonitoring proses transaksi mulai dari pendataan anggota, pendataan buku, pencarian buku, peminjaman, pengembalian, dan pelaporan-pelaporan yang lian.Manual library applications are still being applied at MTs Miftahul Ulum Jragung, namely, all workflows are still recorded in books, starting from attendance, registration for membership cards, borrowing and returning books. This makes the process of searching for library information a long one. Therefore it is necessary to have a reliable library application to speed up and simplify the library information process. The waterfall method, Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 programming language, Microsoft Access 2007 database, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) were used in designing and building the library application for MTs Miftahul 'Ulum Jragung. The library application is proven to be able in its work process, starting from making it easy for librarians and visitors. The library management process computer-based librarians make it easier for librarians to monitor the transaction process starting from member data collection, book data collection, book search, borrowing, return, and other reports.
