Abstract

This study aims to improve the reading comprehension of explanatory texts in Indonesian subjects, fifth grade elementary school students through a problem based learning model based on RADEC. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SD Gemala Ananda as many as 16 people. The method of data collection was done through test techniques in the form of multiple choice test questions and non-tests in the form of observation sheets and interviews. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle having systematic steps consisting of action planning, implementation, and observation and reflection. The results of this study indicate that the use of the RADEC-based problem-based learning model can improve the reading comprehension of the fifth grade elementary school explanatory text. In addition, student activities in learning are increasing and more interactive. Students are also more critical and dare to express their ideas, and can find answers to the problems presented by the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Macromedia Flash-based learning media to improve the numeracy ability of grade 1 students. The population in this study were 30 students of Class 1 at SDN Bina Harapan as an experimental group and 30 students at Class 1 at SDN 1 Sudimampir as a control group. This research is an experimental research using Quasi Experiment design. The technique in collecting data uses the method of observation, tests, and documentation. The analysis used is a non-parametric test using the man Whitney test. The results of the Mann Whitney analysis on the pretest data obtained the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.532 > significance level a = 0.05 so that the initial abilities of students to count in the experimental class and the control class is the same while the results of the Mann Whitney analysis on posttest data obtained Asymp values. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.005 < of the significance level a = 0.05 so that the final abilities of students are different. So, Macromedia Flash 8 based learning media significant influence on elementary students' numeracy skills

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia proclamation of Indonesian independence assisted by power point class V elementary school. This type of research is development (Research and Development) following the steps of Borg and Gall.  The subjects used in this study were grade V students at Setiawarga Elementary School, with a limited number of tests of 8 students and an extensive test of 34 students. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of this development research show that interactive multimedia assisted by power points is feasible to be used as a learning medium after carrying out material validation tests and media with results of 3.6 are included in the "very feasible" category, media experts the score obtained is 3.5 included in the "very feasible" category, and the validation results of limited trial practitioners are 37 included in the "feasible" category. The broad trial got an average score of 33.4 and fell into the "decent" category.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru sekolah dasar dalam menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran deep learning yang terintegrasi dengan media teknologi informasi (TI). Melalui pelatihan dalam bentuk workshop yang diikuti oleh 30 guru SD di Kota Bandung, kegiatan ini memfokuskan pada penguatan kapasitas pedagogis guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang mendorong pemikiran kritis, reflektif, dan kolaboratif peserta didik. Materi workshop mencakup konsep dasar deep learning, strategi implementasi dalam konteks pembelajaran abad 21, serta penggunaan berbagai media TI interaktif yang mendukung proses pembelajaran bermakna. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan antusiasme peserta terhadap penerapan pembelajaran deep learning berbasis IT di kelas. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung transformasi pendidikan dasar menuju pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.
