Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dan tantangan akuisisi talenta pada franchise burger lokal di Indonesia, serta peran strategisnya dalam mendukung hilirisasi sektor makanan dan minuman (F&B). Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal berbasis kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan seorang HR Manager profesional di bidang F&B. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital dan employer branding menjadi kekuatan utama, sementara tantangan terbesar terletak pada tingginya turnover dan kesenjangan keterampilan kandidat. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti kontribusi langsung akuisisi talenta terhadap peningkatan efisiensi operasional outlet sebagai bagian dari proses hilirisasi industri

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan non-finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada industri food and beverage. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden karyawan yang bekerja di beberapa perusahaan food and beverage di wilayah Jakarta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial dan non-finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya strategi kompensasi yang menyeluruh untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Transisi menuju masa purnakarya merupakan fase kritis bagi karyawan dan tantangan strategis bagi organisasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam strategi purnakarya berkelanjutan di PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur terkemuka di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi program persiapan pensiun yang mencakup aspek finansial, psikologis, dan keterampilan praktis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan motivasi psikologi menjadi fondasi kritis dalam mempersiapkan karyawan menghadapi perubahan identitas dan peran pasca-pensiun. Namun, pelatihan keterampilan praktis menghadapi tantangan implementasi, dengan tingkat keberhasilan hanya 6,7%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya pendekatan holistik dan personalisasi program berdasarkan minat dan potensi individual. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengungkap pentingnya perencanaan jangka panjang dan integrasi persiapan pensiun dalam siklus karier karyawan sejak dini. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur MSDM dengan menawarkan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program purnakarya, serta memperkuat employer branding dan keberlanjutan organisasi.

Abstract

Masa purnakarya merupakan fase penting dalam siklus kerja karyawan yang memerlukan persiapan matang, baik secara psikologis maupun finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh program purnakarya terhadap kesiapan psikologis dan finansial karyawan menjelang pensiun pada sebuah perusahaan di sektor Food and Beverage (F&B). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap karyawan yang berada dalam lima tahun menjelang masa pensiun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program purnakarya yang meliputi pelatihan pra-pensiun, perencanaan keuangan, dan pendampingan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kesiapan karyawan. Program yang dirancang secara sistematis terbukti mampu mengurangi kecemasan, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, serta memperkuat perencanaan keuangan individu. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam merancang strategi pensiun yang komprehensif untuk menjamin transisi yang sehat dan produktif menuju masa purnakarya.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a Decision Support System (SPK) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method (AHP) in selecting employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Djoeragan Ayam Penyet East Jakarta. The AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.

Abstract

Sales Information System (SIP) is an integral part of business operations in the food and beverage industry. This research aims to develop a SIP specifically for Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology was chosen as the framework for the development of this system. This approach allows for structured stages, from planning to maintenance, that are in line with business needs. The research started with the planning stage which involved analyzing user requirements and formulating system objectives. Next, a system analysis stage was conducted to understand the business processes, information flow, and functional requirements of the system. The next system design stage establishes the architecture and technical specifications of the system. System implementation is done after the design is complete, followed by a testing phase to ensure system functionality and reliability. The result of this research is an SIP that is integrated with the sales activities of Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The system includes features such as inventory management, order recording, and sales tracking. Through the application of SDLC, the development of this system can be done in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring business needs are met optimally.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of information systems integration in improving the performance of financial management and human resources (HR) at PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk. Through Literature Research, this research details the information system integration strategy implemented by the company and its impact on financial and HR management. The results show that effective information system integration enables better access to financial information, supports more timely decision making, and improves the company's operational efficiency. In addition, information system integration also contributes to HR management processes, including recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluation. The findings highlight the importance of investment in information technology and HR development as strategies to improve overall company performance. The practical implications of this study provide valuable insights for company management in designing integrated strategies to achieve their business goals.

Abstract

Technology company Apple Inc. is a market leader in IOS-based Smartphone sales. In market control, this company can quickly expand its sales wings with its official distributors to be able to reach several countries, especially buyers. The resulting products have a fairly good strategic power targeting the middle to upper segments. The methodology is exposed that the marketing of the products used leads to premium services and digital media-based distribution. The strategy adopted by Apple Inc. has proven to be very effective because the introduction of products that have an exclusive image makes loyal customers wait for the presence of their products until they reach their official distributors. By conducting good research and development (R&D) on its product line, it makes it challenging to run the market to the global corner. This study provides strategy and understanding of the business perspective of Apple Inc. technology.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the implementation of management information system to improve employee performance in the company. The method used is qualitative descriptive method of analysis. The data sources used are various references or library sources about the study of the implementation of management information systems to improve employee performance. Data collection techniques through documentation techniques, namely by carefully and critically reading various references. The result of this study is that the implementation of management information system provides benefits for employees by providing time efficiency, data accuracy, work effectiveness and group management that it can improve employee performance in the company.

Abstract

This qualitative research examines the optimization of computer-based information systems by examining the important roles of operating systems, server infrastructure, and programmers. The study aims to understand how these three components interact and contribute to the improvement of information system performance. Through an in-depth analysis of literature and related theories, this study presents the findings that an efficient operating system can improve security and performance, a reliable server infrastructure supports scalability and availability, and qualified programmers are essential in system development and maintenance. The results of this study show that the synergy between operating systems, server infrastructure, and programmers is a key factor in achieving information system optimization. The resulting recommendations focus on strategies to effectively integrate these three components, with the aim of supporting managerial decisions in the development of better information systems
