Abstract

This study aims to find out MSMEs actors in Palu City in understanding Instagram followers as digital assets. The qualitative research method was carried out through a phenomenological approach, used to examine more closely and in detail understanding and explanation of individuals based on their experiences. Sources of data applied in this study are primary data and secondary data. Through the study of phenomenological awareness, the researcher has explored the awareness of informants regarding the meaning of Instagram followers. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out and synergize the meanings found in several meanings through reflection. How do the informants understand the meaning of Instagram followers as an asset starting with making it a necessity that can bring profits, posting freely, sacrifices, digital assets, and a sense of loss. It means that the informant has reached the point of awareness in interpreting Instagram followers as digital assets. Keywords: Followers, Instagram, Digital Assets, and UMKM

Abstract

This research intends to analyze the effect of training, competence and work motivation toward employees performance at PT. Central Sulawesi Bank. This is descriptive-verificative research. The data obtained were analyzed through Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Respondents involved were 65 permanent employees who have attended training. The results show that training, competence and motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at Head Office PT. Bank Sulteng with an Adjusted R Square value of 34.2%. Partially, training has a positive effect but not significant to employee performance at PT. Bank Sulteng Head Office, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Head Office PT. Central Sulawesi Bank and motivation have a positive effect but not significant on employee performance at Head Office PT. Bank Sulteng. Abstract

Consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions made by consumers have always been a concern of marketers, taking into account these two aspects can encourage businesses to develop. Digital marketing is one of the factors that can shape consumer satisfaction and purchase decisions. For this reason, this study aims to prove whether there is an influence between digital marketing on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction, the influence of purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction, and to prove whether purchasing decisions can mediate the relationship between digital marketing and customer satisfaction. This study, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to test the hypothesis. This study also using a non-probability sampling method through a judgmental sampling technique. The minimum number of samples in using SEM is 100-200 samples, and this study uses a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that digital marketing influences purchasing decisions and also influences consumer satisfaction. Other findings show that purchasing decisions have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The research findings also show that purchasing decisions can positively mediate the relationship between digital marketing and consumer satisfaction. The findings of this study have practical implications especially transformations in digital-based marketing strategies. The use of various digital marketing strategies such as email marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, etc., can help companies or marketers to increase consumer decisions in making purchases which at the last can build their satisfaction.

Abstract

The proliferation of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has emerged as a pivotal catalyst for economic proliferation. Discussions concerning MSMEs encompass a wide scope, as they pertain to the economic well-being of numerous small communities. The present study aspires to ascertain the impact of attitudes and digital financial literacy on performance, as evidenced by the actions of MSMEs in Palu City. This research was conducted employing a survey method, targeting MSMEs operating within the food and beverage sector in Palu City. This study utilizes a quantitative approach, collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. The population and sample consist of 92 MSMEs in Palu City. The hypotheses were tested using Smart-PLS analysis. The results indicate that financial attitude and digital financial literacy do not significantly influence the performance of MSMEs in Palu City. However, financial management behavior moderates the influence of financial attitude and digital financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Palu City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel Return On Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap return saham. Jenis penelitian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang berupa data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan indeks LQ45 pada tahun 2018-2022 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022 sebanyak 36 perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROE secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t, dimana nilai thitung 0,0400,05. DER secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t, dimana nilai thitung 0,1940,05. Sementara itu, secara simultan ROE dan DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan hasil uji f, dengan nilai sebesar 0,0450,05. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,030. Artinya bahwa variabel ROE dan DER dapat menjelaskan variabel return saham sebesar 3% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti.Kata Kunci: Return Saham, Return On Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan selama 6 bulan di SMP Negeri 11 Mimika. Jumlah peserta yang mengikutinya yaitu 46 orang yang dibagi kedalm dua kelompok. Kegiatan ini dilakukan 3 kali dalam seminggu. Dari hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan di SMP 11 Mimika selam 6 bulan bahwa kegiatan ini disambut positif oleh peserta. Penggunaan aplikasi mobile dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan minat, antusias serta motivasi siswa di SMP 11 Mimika dalam belajar bahasa Inggris. adapun peningkatan kemampuan bahasa inggris setelah mengikuti pelatihan memperlihatkan hasil yang positif. Ada perbedaan nilai rata-rata yang cukup jauh sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti latihan dari lima aspek yang dinilai. Nilai kosakata meningkat dari nilai rata sebelum pelatihan yaitu 30 meningkat menjadi 83,3 setalah mengikuti pelatihan, Speaking juga mengalami peningkatan dari 36,6 menjadi 86,6, kemudian nilai grammar dari 23,3 meningkat menjadi 80, sementara nilai reading 30 meningkat menjadi 80.

Abstract

Pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) sebagai prioritas nasional menimbulkan dampak signifikan bagi masyarakat lokal, khususnya terkait penguasaan hak atas tanah. Penolakan dari masyarakat terhadap pengalihan hak tanah untuk kepentingan umum sering kali tidak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum yang memadai, sehingga menyebabkan perasaan terdiskriminasi dan tersingkir dari tanah leluhur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat lokal yang menolak penguasaan tanahnya serta untuk mengkaji mekanisme yang ada dalam proses tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis-deskriptif dengan analisis terhadap regulasi dan kasus-kasus penolakan yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan penguasaan tanah yang diterapkan oleh Kepala Otorita IKN seringkali tidak berpihak kepada masyarakat lokal, dan proses pengambilalihan hak tanah dilakukan secara tidak transparan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perlu adanya kebijakan yang lebih adil dan perlindungan hukum yang kuat untuk memastikan hak-hak masyarakat lokal diakui dan dilindungi, sehingga mereka tidak terpinggirkan dalam proses pembangunan IKN.

Abstract

The era of Globalization 5.0 drives technological innovation across various sectors, including financial services, with the emergence of Financial Technology (FinTech). Peer-to-peer lending (P2P Lending), one of the FinTech products, has become a popular alternative for financing in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the growth of P2P Lending users, credit performance by region, and the causes of credit defaults. A quantitative descriptive method is employed with a population of 98 P2P Lending platforms registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as of July 2024. Data are analyzed using growth ratio and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio, with findings categorized across six archipelagic regions in Indonesia. The results indicate significant growth in the number of P2P Lending users, particularly in Java. However, this growth raises a high risk of credit defaults, mainly due to the use of loans for consumptive purposes. This study underscores the importance of public financial literacy in managing credit risks to optimize the sustainable benefits of P2P Lending.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the local original income management, as well as an improved formulation of the local original income to ensure the adequacy and efficiency of local fiscal capacity in the new autonomous region in West Sulawesi. Based on these objectives, we used analysis of effectiveness and efficiency ratio source revenue targets by local governments and real potential. The results of the analysis indicate effectiveness ratio based on the target area of tax management effective while the analysis is based on the potential showed opposite results not effective. This suggests that the target of the government's tax revenue is small in area or not adapted to the existing potential. In addition, the local government budget spent compared to the amount of revenues classified as ery efficient. If connected with the analysis of the effectiveness of taxes and levies based on the potential that are not effective, then this indicates that the low budget/expenses incurred Northern Mamuju Government result in low tax revenues and levies.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of financial literacy and financial attitudes on MSME income in South Palu using a quantitative approach. Primary data was collected directly from respondents through questionnaires, with data sources coming from MSME owners in the South Palu region. SPSS was used for data analysis. The findings reveal that both financial literacy and financial attitudes significantly contribute to increasing MSME income. MSME owners with strong financial literacy can allocate budgets efficiently, cut unnecessary expenses, and optimize business potential. Positive financial attitudes, such as discipline, financial commitment, and prioritizing decision-making, form the core of business success. Financial attitudes play a more substantial role than financial literacy, as they are more directly applicable in decision-making. Financial literacy offers the knowledge, but without the right attitude, it remains theoretical and ineffective in practice. Keywords: Financial Literacy; Financial Attitude; MSME Income; MSME
