Abstract

Technology is growing with the times, relentlessly and constantly moving forward to make new breakthroughs in all aspects of life. The IEA report in the Study of Reading Literacy states that the ability of elementary school children in Indonesia is very low. Of the 31 countries studied, Indonesia was ranked 30th. Based on the explanation of the background above, the researchers formulated the problem in this study, namely how to design and build an Android-based educational game with unity using the Game development life cycle (GDLC). This research was conducted in August 2021 in 9/10 Ulu Village, Plaju District, Palembang with a sample of 10 children. The research method uses Action Research and application development methods use GDLC. The results of testing the game system with blackbox that can be operated smoothly and for the results of testing the feasibility of games with the results of 84.6% in the appropriate category, the results of development with Unity and GDLC succeeded in creating learning media based on android games quite well.

Abstract

The urge to obtain and transmit information is one of the reasons for current technological developments, such as the need for students to access higher education reporting forums or Forlap Dikti. Forlap Dikti is a website page developed by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education that contains data on student academic activities based on reporting data from universities in Indonesia. Therefore we need a support application to be able to facilitate and expedite the need for access to information on the Forlap Dikti website page using the android application. This study aims to: (1) Help collect student data as material for presenting the required information, (2) Design an application as a medium for finding information on student data at Bina Darma University, (3) With an efficient web scraping function it also helps in data analysis. This application uses puppeteer for scraping data from websites, App Inventor and GraphQL API to display student data.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUniversitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang adalah jenjang pendidikan terakhir bagi siswa untuk belajarilmu sebelum akhirnya melanjutkan diri dalam persaingan kerja.Mahasiswa yang lulus tepat waktu menjadi indikator efektifitas dari sebuah perguruan tinggi baik negeri dan swasta. Program Sarjana (S1) Universitas Islam Negeri raden Fatah Palembang adalah pendidikan akademik setelah pendidikan mengah, yang memiliki benban studi yaitu 8 (Delapan) semester dan dapat ditempuh dalam waktu sekurang- kurang 8 semester dan paling lama 9 semester. Penelitian pada hal memprediksi kelulusan mahasiswa telah banyak dilakukan, C4.5 adalah satu dari sebagian algoritma dalam metode decision tree yang mengubah data menjadi pohon keputusan, kemudian dapat disimpulkan menjadi rule-rule. Sedangkan naïve bayes adalah metode  yang menghitung probabilitas dari tingkat kemunculan data yang satu terhadap data yang lainnya. Dalam penelitian peneliti membandingkan dua metode yaitu metode C4.5 dan Metode Naïve Bayes untuk dipresentasikan dalam kelulusan Mahasiswa yang diambil dari data alumni tahun 2016 sampai 2019. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan mengukur kinerja kedua metode  tersebut menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner dengan Metode Cross Validation maka diketahui bawah C4.5 memiliki nilai akurasi yang lebih baik yakni sebesar 76,69% sedangkan naïve bayes sebesar 72,95%. Kemudian berdasarkan perbandingan kinerja kedua metode tersbut, metode dengan pencapaian nilai akurasi terbaik akan bisa diprestasikan untuk pengujian prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa untuk tahun selanjutnya.    Kata Kunci :C4.5, Naïve Bayes, Aplikasi Rapid Miner, Cross Validation, Kelulusan Mahasiswa

Abstract

Rubber plants have a very important role for the Indonesian economy. Indonesia has a great opportunity to become a major rubber producer because it has very sufficient potential resources to increase production, both through expansion and replanting of plants with superior clones. South Sumatra Province is one of the largest rubber producers in Indonesia. Many farmers want to get the best rubber plants.The problem faced is how to choose the quality of the type of clone or the best rubber plant seeds. With a decision support system in analyzing the quality data of clone types or rubber plant seeds, one of them is by applying the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) method which is expected to produce the best prediction of the quality rank of clones. MOORA calculation method will be implemented in a web using MySQL.

Abstract

The village Fund Diret Cah Assistance (BLT-DD) is a from of financial assistance to poor families in the village sourced from the village found so that it is expected to reduce the impact COVID-19 pandemic. The village  found BLT in Lais village itself does not escape several obstacles, such as the lack of community evaluation to so that delivery of the village found BLT is not on target which usually does not refer to the criteria for poor families. So the problem faced  is how to determine the recipients of the village fund BLT so that is more targeted and accepted by the people who need it more. The criteria used as a reference in making decisions. This SAW calculation will later be implemented into a web using MySQL.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi saat ini yang melanda banyak kota-kota di indonesia menyebabkan timbul masalah baru pada semua aspek Khususnya disektor pendidikan memberlakukan anjuran belajar dari rumah atau dikenal dengan Study from Home (SFH). Untuk siswa SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama) dimana siswa-siwa tersebut jarang bahkan ada yang belum pernah menggunakan media belajar online dan di tuntut untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran online. Menarik untuk dikaji, sejauh mana kualItas media pembelajaran online yang telah di selenggarakan beberapa bulan ini untuk siswa SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama). Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 100 siswa SMP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan menggunakan metode SUS (System Usability Scale) Untuk mengetahui kepuasan penggunaan media belajar online dengan pengujian usabilitas sebuah aplikasi. Dari hasil kuisioner yang telah di sebar dan di analisis oleh peneliti maka di dapat kesimpulan bahwa media yang paling banyak di gunakan siswa SMP di Sumatera Selatan pada masa pandemi covid -19 ini adalah Google Classroom dimana dari 100 sampel yang memilih media google classroom ini sebanyak 73 Siswa dengan penilaian medianya mendapatkan skor 63,6644 dengan grade D. Tetapi Google Classroom ini bukan media yang mendapatkan nilai skor terbaik. Menurut penelitian di atas media yang mendapatkan nilai skor terbaik yaitu media pembelajaran Edmodo mendapatkan nilai SUS sebesar 78,5 dengan grade C (acceptable). Sedangkan untuk media pembelajaran Zoom mendapatkan nilai skor 70,4 dengan grade C dari 7 Responden dan Media Pembelajaran Google Meet mendapatkan nilai Skor SUS 55,3 dengan grade E dari 8 responden.

Abstract

The information system is very important in operational activities at RSIA Hamami. The purpose of evaluating the use of information system resources at RSIA Hamami is to measure the performance of the information system with the services provided by RSIA Hamami. The method used in evaluating is COBIT 5.0, the method used is descriptive quantitative with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The focus in this study uses several COBIT 5.0 domains including EDM04, APO09, DSS02, MEA01. The result of this research is that the overall maturity level of RSIA Hamami is still at level 3. In the EDM04 domain, the maturity level obtained is 3.54. In the APO09 domain, the maturity level obtained is 3.48. In the DSS02 domain, the maturity level obtained was 3.20. In the MEA01 domain, the maturity level obtained is 3.24. From the results of the evaluation obtained, it can make RSIA Hamami more focused on improving the performance of the use of information system resources on the part that needs special attention. Through the COBIT 5.0 method, RSIA Hamami can see which parts of the hospital are still less than optimal, so that they can further develop and be able to provide the best service for patients in accordance with the vision and mission of RSIA Hamami.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengelolaan manajemen layanan telah mencapai Tingkat Kematangan (Maturity Level) dalam mendukung kualitas layanan TI terhadap kinerja dan pencapaian organisasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3. Fokus pada penelitian Subdomain yang digunakan yaitu Event Management (EM), Incident Management (IM), Request Fullfilment (RF), Access Management (AM) dan Information Security Management (ISM). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tingkat kematangan manajemen layanan teknologi informasi berada pada level 4 yaitu Managed. Kemudian disusun rekomendasi perbaikan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan dalam mencapai manajemen layanan yang baik sehingga tujuan organisasi tercapai.

Abstract

IT services are one of the important factors in business operations in the technical document control division. The document control technical division is a division that has a vital role in supporting the construction, production and maintenance processes. This study aims to design a service catalog management using the ITIL V3 framework. The stages in designing this catalog are problem identification, data collection, data analysis, domain mapping based on the ITIL version 3 framework, domain determination, and e-catalog management design. And this research produces an e-catalog management application that contains information about the service descriptions in the technical division of document control and management of incidents that occur.

Abstract

Based on observations of the business process flow at the Siti Fatimah Hospital, the background for this study was the medical record document and ICD-10 code which was carried out manual diagnosis, making it difficult for the medical record section in the proper and fast CHAPTER arrangement of the ICD-10 code. The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) can be used to calculate or record a valid patient history of hospitalization. The Cross-Industry Standard Process For Data Mining (CRISP-DM) method is used in this study to become a strategy to describe the problem in general from the domain or research unit. While the machine learning algorithm for multiclass classification uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression to create a diagnostic model for medical action. This study predicts ICD-10 chapter categories from medical action records from electronic medical records. With this research, it is hoped that machine learning can facilitate the medical record section in predicting the ICD-10 chapter category by analyzing electronic medical record data using the Chapter ICD-10 Decision Support System information system
