Investment interest is the desire to invest, which is followed by a lot of information seeking. Everyone, including a lecturer, may be interested in investing in any form, either real assets or financial assets. Investments are made to obtain a benefit in the future. This research aims to determine how a lecturer's behavior in fostering interest in investing in financial assets, especially stocks, considers the factors that influence it. Participants in this study were lecturers in Surabaya who were certified lecturers and were permanent lecturers at public and private universities. This study uses three exogenous latent variables consisting of financial literacy, attitude, and motivation. One endogenous latent variable, namely investment interest and one moderating variable, namely family. Of the five variables used measured by a total of 21 indicators. The participants in this study were 103 participants. The participants in this study were 103 participants. This study indicates that the variables of financial literacy and motivation have a significant influence on the interest in investing in financial assets. This study suggests that financial literacy and inspiration variables have a considerable impact on the interest in investing in financial assets.

This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach that aims to test the mediation of digital financial literacy on the influence of herding, money attitude, and financial experience on spending behavior in generation Z students in Surabaya. The research material is based on the problem of spending behavior which is increasing every year while the percentage of growth is unstable or tends to decline. Data were collected through a survey with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The study population included all generation Z students in Surabaya City, with a sample of 400 students selected using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS.From this study, the results show that herding behavior, money attitude, and financial experience contribute to spending behavior. Herding behavior and money attitude contribute to spending behavior through digital financial literacy. While digital financial literacy does not provide a significant contribution to financial experience on spending behavior.

This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control on consumer online shopping behavior among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, East Java Veteran Development University. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study consisted of 4231 active students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Veteran Development University, East Java, using a stratified random sampling technique with the Slovin formula, which produced a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used SEM PLS with Smart PLS software. The results of this research show that financial literacy and self-control have a negative and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at the economics and business faculty at East Java Veteran Development University. This shows that financial literacy and good self-control will create moderate consumptive behavior. The results of this research also prove that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the consumer behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, East Java Veteran Development University. This shows that a high lifestyle will also create high consumer behavior.

This study uses the foreign exchange rate to investigate how the Indonesia Stock Exchange's Composite Stock Price Index is affected by growing oil prices and economic growth. The study's population consists of all data on the Indonesia Stock currency's Composite Stock Price Index (JCI), as well as all data on foreign exchange rates, GDP, and worldwide oil prices from Bank Indonesia for the quarters ending in 2010 and 2020. The analysis technique uses path analysis which is an extension of multiple linear analysis, or path analysis is the use of regression analysis to estimate the causal relationship between variables (causal model), the population used is all composite stock price index data and the sample used is a saturated sample of all combined stock price index data. The results of the study show that the Composite Stock Price Index is influenced by the World Oil Price. There is no contribution from Economic Growth to the Composite Stock Price Index. Foreign exchange rates have an effect on the Composite Stock Price Index based on the price of oil globally. Through foreign exchange rates, economic progress affects the composite stock price index.

Work motivation is one of the key aspects that influences individual performance within an organization, including in research projects with limited timeframes. PT Regional Economic Development Institute (REDI) is an independent research institution that conducts data collection with the assistance of contract workers (enumerators). Enumerators play a crucial role in collecting data, which can determine the success of a research project; therefore, high work motivation among enumerators is essential. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and training on the work motivation of enumerators at PT REDI. A quantitative approach was employed in this research, using a survey method through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to enumerators at PT REDI who were actively involved in research projects during the period January–May 2025. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression as one of the statistical methods to explain the influence of organizational culture and training on work motivation. The results of the study show that, partially, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, while training has a positive direction but does not show a significant effect on the work motivation of enumerators. ABSTRAKMotivasi kerja ialah salah satu aspek penting yang memengaruhi kinerja individu pada suatu organisasi, termasuk dalam proyek penelitian dengan durasi waktu terbatas. PT Regional Economic Development Institute (REDI) merupakan lembaga penelitian independen yang melakukan pengumpulan data dengan bantuan tenaga kerja kontrak (enumerator). Enumerator memiliki peran utama dalam pengumpulan data yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan suatu proyek penelitian, sehingga motivasi kerja yang tinggi pada enumerator sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh budaya organisasi serta pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja enumerator di PT REDI. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner berskala likert yang diberikan kepada enumerator di PT REDI yang aktif terlibat pada proyek penelitian pada periode Januari–Mei 2025. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda sebagai salah satu metode statistik yang dapat menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, sedangkan pelatihan memiliki arah positif namun tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja enumerator.

Employee loyalty is a crucial factor in maintaining the stability and effectiveness of organizational performance, particularly in project-based institutions such as the Regional Economic Development Institute (REDI), which relies on contract-based workers, commonly referred to as enumerators. Enumerators play a key role in the successful completion of REDI's projects, as they are responsible for the data collection process. Therefore, high enumerator loyalty is essential to ensure smooth project implementation at PT REDI. This study aims to analyze the influence of remuneration and work environment on the loyalty of REDI enumerators during the period of January to May 2025. The research uses primary data collected through a Likert-scale-based survey questionnaire completed by all enumerators who were actively working during the study period. A quantitative approach was employed, with multiple linear regression used to examine the effects of the independent variables on enumerator loyalty. The findings indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant partial effect on enumerator loyalty, while remuneration does not have a significant partial effect. ABSTRAKLoyalitas karyawan merupakan faktor dalam menjaga stabilitas dan efektivitas kinerja organisasi, terutama pada institusi berbasis proyek seperti Regional Economic Development Institute (REDI) yang mengandalkan tenaga kerja kontrak, atau biasa disebut enumerator. Enumerator merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan PT REDI dalam menyelesaikan proyek pekerjaan yang memiliki peran penting dalam proses pengumpulan data, sehingga loyalitas enumerator yang tinggi sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjaga kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek PT REDI. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh remunerasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas enumerator PT REDI periode bulan Januari–Mei 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner survei berbasis skala likert, dan diisi oleh seluruh enumerator yang bertugas selama periode tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis data berupa regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh faktor-faktor yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas enumerator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas enumerator, sedangkan remunerasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas enumerator.

Corporate image can have an impact on the sustainability of a company's business. In today's increasingly competitive digital era, maintaining a company's image through social media is one of the challenges faced. PT. Regional Economic Development Institute is one of the research institutions that uses Instagram as a means of two-way communication with users through content marketing in increasing brand awareness and increasing the existence of the company's image. This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and perceived value on REDI's corporate image mediated by brand awareness. This study uses quantitative data collection techniques by distributing online questionnaires based on a Likert scale filled out by REDI's Instagram followers. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze the causal relationship between unmeasured variables. The results of the study show that content marketing and perceived value have a positive and significant direct effect on corporate image. Brand awareness can be a mediating variable in the perceived value variable in influencing corporate image positively and significantly. ABSTRAKCitra perusahaan mampu memberikan dampak pada kelangsungan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Pada era digital yang semakin ketat saat ini mempertahankan citra perusahaan melalui media sosial menjadi salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi. PT. Regional Economic Development Institute merupakan salah satu lembaga penelitian yang menggunakan instagram sebagai sarana komunikasi dua arah dengan pengguna melalui pemasaran konten dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan meningkatkan eksistensi citra perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh content marketing dan perceived value terhadap citra perusahaan REDI yang dimediasi oleh brand awareness. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online berbasis skala likert yang diisi oleh pengikut instagram REDI. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar konstruk laten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa content marketing dan perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap citra perusahaan. Brand awareness mampu menjadi variabel mediasi pada variabel perceived value dalam memengaruhi citra perusahaan secara positif dan signifikan.

inancial satisfaction is one of the goals that individuals want to achieve to obtain well-being in life, as a result of decisions in financial behavior. This is influenced by individual behavior in managing finances, which is also shaped by an individual's financial literacy and their use of financial technology. This research aims to investigate the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial satisfaction, with financial behavior acting as an intervening variable, in Management students of UPN "Veteran" East Java. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 95 active students of the Management study program at the Veteran National Development University of East Java who were selected using non-provbability sampling with a purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Movdeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. Data acquisition was obtained from a survey method questionnaire through the distribution of questionnaires, which contained several statements related to the research. The data in this study were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with thev assistance of SmartPLS sovftware. The findings indicate that both financial literacy and financial technology positively influence financial satisfaction. Moreover, financial management behavior effectively mediates the relationship between financial literacy, financial technology, and financial satisfaction

Kebijakan hutang merupakan keputusan yang sangat penting dalam perusahaan. Hutang merupakan salah satu bagian dari pendanaan perusahaan yang akan mengurangi konflik agensi dan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Free Cash Flow, Keputusan Investasi, Profitabilitas dan Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang secara konsisten masuk dalam Indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI) selama 2015-2018 dengan jumlah 132 sampel perusahaan. Teknis analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefesien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa free cash flow tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang, Keputusan Investasi dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang, sedangkan Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang.

This research aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Market Value, Capital, Asset Quality to the stock price at the commercial banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2019. The population has been selected by using purposive sampling method at commercial banks which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019 periods and based on the predetermined criteria, 17 commercial banks have been selected as samples, while the number of years used are five years, so the sample size is 85 data. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application tool. The result of the research shows that Profitability and Market Value give positive and significant influence on the stock price, Capital gives negative and significant influence on the stock price, and then Asset Quality does not give any significant and positive influence to the stock price.
