Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, namely a company program whose implementation has influence or benefits, social and environmental responsibility for the community around the company to stakeholders. Research on community service aims to identify optimization of one of PT Petrokimia Gresik's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Community Development unit programs, namely, the distribution of donations to mosques, prayer rooms, Islamic boarding schools, and orphanages to empower the community around the company. Assistance was provided in Gresik, Kebomas and Manyar sub-districts. The total funding assistance for 134 houses of worship and social institutions reached IDR 632,500,000. By using a qualitative descriptive method, because the research focus is to describe and provide an overview of the information on the object being studied. The research that has been done has shown that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, namely, the distribution of donations to mosques, prayer rooms, Islamic boarding schools and orphanages has been running effectively. Because the beneficiary community feels helped and useful for their needs. This program is also aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 9, namely Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.

Abstract

All agencies want to get maximum results to achieve company targets and goals. Therefore, many companies must make efforts, one of which is by making improvements to human resources. In the current era of globalization, competition between human resources is increasing and competitive. This study discusses the analysis of employee performance. Analysis of the existence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance is the purpose of this research. The population in this study were all employees totaling 30 employees. Sampling is carried out on all members of the population that is used as a sample, which is called the saturated sampling technique. The number of 30 respondents who are employees. The data collection methods is questionnaires and observation. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS 3.3.9 with the Partial Least Square method. In this study, the R-Square value was 60.2%. It has been concluded that in this study organizational culture has a positive influence and job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Riset ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, serta melakukan pengujian pengaruh dari profitabilitas, likuiditas, risiko bisnis, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal perusahaan properti dan real estate. Pemilihan sektor pada riset ini yaitu perusahaan sub-sektor property dan real estate yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2020. Terdapat 77 perusahaan sebagai populasi dari riset ini, sebanyak 29 perusahaan tidak tercatat dan 3 perusahaan tidak melaporkan keuangan di BEI selama periode yang dipilih. Dengan demikian, 45 perusahaan dipilih sebagai sampel secara purposive sampling. Model regresi menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan pengolahan data dibantu melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 25.00. Hasil dari riset ini menunjukkan profitabilitas, likuiditas, risiko bisnis masing-masing berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian negara dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kelurahan Keputih memiliki cukup banyak UMKM yang aktif dan variatif. Hasil survei menemukan beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh UMKM di wilayah Kelurahan Keputih, salah satunya ada pengenalan produk dan ketatnya persaingan untuk melakukan pemasaran di era digital. Solusi kegiatan diprioritaskan untuk UMKM yang memiliki potensi yaitu “Bebek Mesra Surabaya” dilakukan pendampimpangan dengan strategi rebranding dan digital marketing. Pendampingan yang dilakukan diantaranya: a. Pembuatan foto produk dan video konten; b. Pembaruan design banner; c. Pembuatan menu dengan Quick Response (QR) Code untuk menu digital UMKM “Bebek Mesra”. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pendampingan adalah UMKM “Bebek Mesra Surabaya memiliki lebih banyak konten dan mengetahui cara membuat konten yang menarik untuk melakukan pemasaran digital, design banner baru yang sudah tercantum logo halal MUI, dan daftar menu baru disertai Quick Responses (QR).

Abstract

The interest in investing in Indonesia in recent years has tended to be dominated by young people aged 30 years and under. This can be seen from the increasing number of investment galleries located on several campuses throughout Indonesia as one of the programs from the IDX to provide education about investment to students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimal capital on interest in stock investment in UNIPA Maumere students. This study is a quantitative study using primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to students Faculty of Economics using a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were students of the 2018 and 2019 Faculty of Economics. The analytical technique used in this study was PLS (Smart Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and investment motivation affect student interest in stock investment, while minimum capital does not affect student stock investment interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dengan transformasi digital mampu meningkatkan keefektifan dalam pengelolaan permasalahan berkas tagihan kesehatan di PLN Unit Distribusi Induk Jawa Timur. Permasalahan yang terjadi berkas atau laporan yang hilang atau terselip. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penerapan kinerja pada berkas yang hilang atau terselip. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan untuk melakukan monitoring. Implementasi pada penyelesaian permasalahan yang terjadi meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisa, proses, dan implementasi Proses pengelolaan berkas tagihan kesehatan yang terdiri dari pengecekkan, penginputan, dan pemrosesan yang dioptimalkan dengan Transformasi Digital dapat dideskripsikan memiliki nilai keefektifan yang tinggi. Proses yang terjadi memiliki nilai efisien dan efektif tinggi, karena hal tersebut mengurangi waktu pencarian. Penginputan berkas tagihan menjadikan sistem input mudah karena memiliki user interface yang mudah dipahami. Faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah berkas terselip, data tagihan tidak terdaftar, tidak akurat, data yang duplikat, penyimpanan berkas yang dapat dikatakan kurang terbaharui, dan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kurang teliti .

Abstract

Recording of financial reports is a form of bookkeeping both manually and digitally for all financial activities in every business that is being carried out. Bookkeeping is the recording of financial transactions carried out during the business. Recording of financial reports is very important for MSME actors. One of the benefits of recording financial statements through simple bookkeeping for MSMEs is being able to find out the progress of the business or business being run so that they can control the costs incurred in operating the business and can find out the profit or loss earned while the business is running. The method used in this activity is the counseling method which is contained in socialization activities regarding procedures for recording financial reports through simple bookkeeping for MSMEs. The result of this activity is to provide new insights and knowledge for MSME actors in the Blitar Village regarding the importance of recording financial reports through simple bookkeeping and the stages in carrying out simple bookkeeping. After holding this socialization activity, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for MSME actors in the Blitar Village to make financial recording reports so that they can minimize losses in the businesses they run.

Abstract

MSMEs are seen as a driving force in domestic economic development. However, there are still some problems encountered, namely marketing strategies that are less than optimal and unattractive. Keysha's kitchen is one of them. After observing, the packaging still looks ancient and does not have a label. Thus, it is necessary to provide assistance regarding packaging innovation from Dapur Keysha according to the aesthetic standards of current trends and their uses. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and understanding to MSME actors regarding the urgency of product packaging and increase the added value of the products produced. There are three methods used, namely observation, socialization, and mentoring. At the end of this activity, modern packaging and labeling were obtained. The latest packaging is modified from a standing pouch to a jar packaging which can be made as hampers. Then there is the making of labels that include product types, brands, expiration dates, MSME social media, and other information.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of the secretarial department in increasing operational effectiveness in companies engaged in sea transportation, focusing on a case study of PT PELNI (Persero) Surabaya Branch. The issue discussed is how the secretarial role can overcome the problem of competition with other types of transportation and to improve company performance. The method applied in this study is qualitative with a library research approach, which serves to collect and analyze information from various sources, including books, scientific journals, articles, and research reports that are in line. The findings of this study confirm that secretarial functions as a key element in time management, information flow, communication, and coordination arrangements. The implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training in technology, as well as the System of Office Automation (SOK) by the secretarial office has a major impact on the company's operational efficiency. In addition, secretarial plays an important role in conveying critical information to management to assist in strategic decision-making and improving service quality.

Abstract

The grade level of Holding Period had been importantly noticed by the stock exchange practicians, both the stock holders and the members of the stock exchange, as one of the company success indicators. Te aim of the research is to find out the influence of Bid-Ask Spread, Market Value and Risk of Return partially and simultaneously to the Holding Period of the cigarette manufacturers that had carried out "Go Public" at Jakarta Stock Exchange. Research uses Secondary Data as in the shape of monthly transaction data of the listed companies stocks at Jakarta stock Exchange for the period of 2005. Besides, data can also be received from http://www.jsx.co.id and Capital Market Directory. Applying classical assumption test while, in the same time, using least multiple regressions in data analysis. In order to examine the proposed hypothesis for the early research, both simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test) were applied. The result of the research simultaneously showed that the weighty of Bid-Ask Spread, Market Value, and Risk of Return influenced Holding Period with the significance level of 5%. On the other hand, the result of the research partially showed that only Risk of Return variable influenced Holding Period variable. However, neither Bid-Ask Spread nor Market Value influenced Holding Period. It summarizes that investors need 10 pay attention to Risk of Return in the decision making to determine the length of possession for the stocks wit significance level of 0,022 or less than 5%.
