Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah; (1) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasibelajar IPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar, (2) mengetahuipengaruh kelas terhadap prestasi belajar IPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1Denpasar, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kelas terhadap prestasi belajarIPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar. Penelitan ini merupakanpenelitan kuantiatif ex post facto, dengan populasi yaitu seluruh siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP(SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar dan teknik sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan instrumenkuisioner motivasi belajar, dokumentasi pribadi siswa serta nilai prestasi belajar IPA siswayang diperoleh dari guru IPA dan wali kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan telah diuji validitasProduct Moment Pearson, validitas internal, dan reliabiltas. Teknik analisis data yangdigunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPS 19 forWindows. Adapun hasil dari penelitan ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruhyang signifikan (p=0,989>0,05) motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPA Siswa KelasBilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar. (2) Terdapat/ada pengaruh yang signifikan(p=0,034<0,05) kelas terhadap prestasi belajar IPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB)Saraswati 1 Denpasar. (3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan (p=0,72>0,05) motivasibelajar dan kelas terhadap prestasi belajar IPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati1 Denpasar. Kata Kunci 1 Denpasar. Abstract

Abstrak   Proses pembelajaran IPA dengan sumber yang konkrit mampu menyajikan kondisi belajar lebih alami sehingga lebih menjamin keberhasilan daripada secara abstrak. Subak merupakan sistem pengelolaan air irigasi dan pola tanam padi atau pertanian yang mampu menyajikan laboratorium alam yang dapat digunakan sebagai tempat eksplorasi obyek, gejala alam dan pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik. Subak merupakan kekayaan budaya yang mencerminkan berbagai nilai kehidupan yang dapat dikaji dari segala bidang ilmu, seperti; IPA, IPS, matematika, lingkungan, hukum, dan bahasa. Penanaman pendidikan karakter juga dapat diperoleh dalam pembelajaran melalui warisan budaya dunia ini. Hal ini sejalan dengan tuntutan kurikulum 2013 yang menitikberatkan penyajian materi secara terpadu guna meningkatkan sumber daya manusia Indonesia.

Abstract

Biokultur adalah integrasi antara keanekaragaman hayati dan budaya dengan berbagai ragam bahasa sebagai mediatornya. Karena itu pendekatan biokultur membuka peluang untuk memperluas perspektif tentang biologi yang kontektual dengan budaya dan lingkungan lokal bagi kalangan di luar bidang ilmu biologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penilaian mahasiswa terhadap aspek keanerakagaman biokultur kuliner kantin sekolah melalui pendekatan photovoice. Partisipan penelitian adalah mahasiswa dari Program Studi Manajemen, Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia dan Pendidikan Matematika. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain riset partisipatif berbasis komunitas. Intstrumen penelitian meliputi foto kuliner, wawancara semi struktur, dan rekaman dari diskusi kelompok terarah (DKT). Analisis fenomena interpretatif digunakan dalam menganalisis data dan menginterpretasikan fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan perspektif mahasiswa tentang biokultur setelah mengikuti dua kali DKT. Jika pada DKT pertama partisipan hanya mampu menunjukkan tema yang hanya terlihat dalam foto, sebaliknya pada DKT kedua mereka memperluas dengan tema yang berhubungan dengan berbagai aspek kehidupan nyata. Hal tersebut menunjukkan effektivitas photovoice berbasis kuliner lokal dalam meningkatkan perpspektif biokultur bagi mahasiswa di luar bidang ilmu biologi.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are; (1) to prove whether there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on the science learning achievement of bilingual class student SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar, (2) to prove whether there is positive and significant gender effect on the science learning achievement of bilingual class student SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar, and (3) to prove whether there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation and gender together on science learning achievement of bilingual class student SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar. This is an ex post facto research. The population were all bilingual class students of SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar. The sample was determined by saturated sampling technique. The data were obtained by questionnaire instrument of learning motivation, documentation of student's personal data and student's learning achievement score from their teachers. Instruments tested by the validity of Product Moment Pearson, internal validity of expert judgement, and reliability with Alpha Cronbach Test. Data of learning motivation, gender and science learning achievement in this research were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 19 for Windows software. The results of this study are as follows. (1) There is no significant effect (p> 0,05) learning motivation on science learning achievement of bilingual class student SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar. (2) There is no significant (p> 0,05) gender effect on science learning achievement of bilingual class student SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar. (3) There is no significant effect (p> 0,05) learning motivation and gender simultaneously on the science learning achievement of bilingual class student SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar.

Abstract

Lesson study merupakan suatu bentuk upaya pembinaan untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok pengajar secara kolaboratif dan berkesinambungan dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengobservasi, dan melaporkan hasil pembelajaran. Lesson study dapat diterapkan pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan, dari dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Pelaksanaan lesson study mendukung UU No. 14 Tahun 2005 tentang guru dan dosen untuk meningkatkan kompetensi-kompetensi, yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial. Lesson study pada mata kuliah genetika dilaksanakan pada semester gasal 2017/2018, di mana tahap pembelajaran yang dilakukan meliputi; perencanaan pembelajaran (plan), pelaksanaan pembelajaran (do), dan refleksi (see). Pelaksanaannya juga terdiri dari tiga siklus, di antaranya; siklus 1 dengan topik perubahan jumlah kromosom, siklus 2 dengan topik analisis pedigri dan siklus 3 dengan topik perubahan struktur kromosom. Implementasi ketiga siklus tersebut melalui model problem based learning, sehingga menampilkan topik permasalahan yang sesuai dengan model pembelajaran tersebut, yaitu siklus 1 dengan mengangkat permasalahan Sindrom Down, siklus 2 dengan mengangkat permasalahan pewarisan sifat rambut gimbal, dan siklus 3 dengan mengangkat permasalahan Sindrom Cri-Du-Chat. Hasil lesson study menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran pada mata kuliah genetika, yaitu meliputi; variasi metode pembelajaran, variasi media, interaksi komponen pembelajaran, serta evaluasi. Dengan implementasi lesson study, pengajar menjadi lebih terbuka menerima masukan agar pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik, karena sesungguhnya tidak ada pembelajaran yang sempurna. Implementasinya secara berkelanjutan akan dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme dosen pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada mata kuliah masing-masing sehingga nantinya akan berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The implementation of the Community Service Program (PkM) at SD Saraswati 4 Denpasar in Renon Village which involved 20 teachers from class I to class VI at SD Saraswati 4 Denpasar aims to improve the quality of education in terms of optimizing online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. All of these activities has implemented through training and simulations, methods in the form of training and assistance on the use of media in the distance learning process / in the network (online). After carrying out the training, an online media application simulation assistance was carried out in learning practice. The results of this activity indicate that partner teachers have been able to use online media in distance learning. These teachers have been able to apply online learning media such as Whatsapp (WA), Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Zoom. The teacher showed an enthusiastic attitude in receiving the material in this program. This can be observed through several indicators such as; the level of attendance during the activity, enthusiasm in participating in learning, attitude in practicing, asking questions related to the material that has been submitted and responding to questions asked properly. The results of the learning evaluation show that partner teachers who previously could not use online media in learning have been able to apply online learning media such as Whatsapp (WA), Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Zoom. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola perubahan konseptual dalam pembelajaran melalui penerapan laboratorium virtual dan kajian Weda serta untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan terhadap perubahan konseptual. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena rendahnya hasil belajar IPA yang diakibatkan oleh kurangnya penguasaan konsep ilmiah mahasiswa. Variatifnya respon jawaban uraian menunjukkan mahasiswa cenderung mengalami miskonsepsi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah 45 orang mahasiswa semester IV pada Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) UHN I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa Denpasar. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perubahan konseptual pada sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan berupa tes tertulis berbentuk pilihan ganda beralasan dan dipadukan dengan metode Certainty of Response Index (CRI). Data berupa jawaban dari tes tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan Model Miles & Huberman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan konseptual pada mahasiswa. Pola perubahan konseptual mahasiswa yaitu berubah positif, berubah negatif, bertahan positif dan bertahan negatif. Rata-rata tertinggi terdapat pada pola konsepsi IV yaitu sebesar 60,85%. Selain itu, miskonsepsi mengalami penurunan sebesar 43,75%. Penerapan laboratorium virtual dan kajian Weda merupakan suatu inovasi proses pembelajaran yang memberikan dampak positif bagi perubahan konseptual.

Abstract

The function of the forest is very important. Apart from being a source of storage and regulation of water, forests have other functions, namely sources of plant and animal germplasm, soil reserves, energy sources, sources of production materials and human needs, and aspects of the biosphere that cannot be replaced. The importance function of the forest causes the forest to never escape from its use and management, and efforts are always made to maintain its sustainability. Behind the rampant forest destruction, in Bali there are several forest areas that are still being preserved, known as alas duwe. This study aims to describe alas duwe as a form of local wisdom of the Balinese people. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection in the form of journal documentation, articles and books, data analysis is used through stages, including; data reduction, data presentation, triangulation and drawing conclusions. Based on the study, it was found that the existence of alas duwe is a social control mechanism that controls the behavior of the surrounding community, thus enabling alas duwe to remain sustainable. Local wisdom in the form of forests in Bali can be used as a learning source.

Abstract

Learning success can be seen through the learning process obtained by students. Choosing the right learning model greatly influences students' learning success. Based on the results of observations, teachers as educators at Tulangampiang State Elementary School still predominantly use conventional learning models. Choosing a group investigation learning model based on the surrounding environment can be used as an alternative to achieve learning success. This research aims to describe the application of the group investigation learning model based on the surrounding environment at Tulangampiang State Elementary School, Denpasar. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research took place for approximately six months in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at Tulangampiang State Elementary School, Denpasar. The research subjects were educators and 41 students in the VA class who were determined using a purposive sampling technique. This research uses human instruments, or researchers as key instruments which are also equipped with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research procedure follows the flow of qualitative research procedures with data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman Model, as well as testing the validity of the data through credibility, transferability, dependability and conformability tests. The research results show that the application of the environment-based group investigation learning model can be described through the implementation of syntax during learning, which consists of; selecting topics, cooperative planning, implementation, analysis and synthesis, presenting final results and evaluation. Even though the observation results vary in percentage, they have shown the phenomenon of teacher and student activity in each syntax. The science learning undertaken by students has been provided in a real and concrete way through a group investigation model based on the surrounding environment so that it is in accordance with the role of teachers in teaching science in elementary schools. The group investigation learning model based on the surrounding environment can be used by teachers to ensure the quality of the learning process is better and meets expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Quick on The Draw learning model based on Tri Kaya Parisudha on the Natural Science Learning Outcomes of Students in Class V SD Negeri 13 Sesetan, Denpasar City. This study used a quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The research sample was determined by random sampling technique, in order to obtain 36 students in class VA as the experimental group and 37 students in class VB as the control group. The data collection method uses the test method, with multiple choice tests totaling 30 validated questions. The collected data was normalized using the gain score and then analyzed using the t-test inferential statistics. Based on the results of data analysis, tcount = 5.507 and ttable at a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05) = 1.994. This means tcount > ttable, so that there is a significant difference between groups of students who are taught using the Quick on The Draw learning model based on Tri Kaya Parisudha and groups who are taught using conventional learning. Thus it can be concluded that the Quick on The Draw learning model based on Tri Kaya Parisudha influences the natural science learning outcomes of students in class V SD Negeri 13 Sesetan.
