Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa disabilitas intelektual menggunakan teknik time-out , yang tujuanya adalah untuk membuktikan bahwa Teknik Time Out  Efektif untuk menurunkan Perilaku agresif yaitu memukul dan berkata kasar pada anak disabilitas intelektual kelas VII SMPLB Negeri 1 Solok.  Pada penelitianini digunakan dalam jenis penelitian yaitu eksperimen denga single subjct reasearch(SSR) berbentuk desainA-B-A. subjek dalam penelitianini adalah satu subjek siswa disabilitas intelektual kelas VII SMPLB. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Time Out sebagai variabel bebas, dan variabel terikatnya yaitu mengurangi perilaku agresif. Teknikpengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik tes dengan alatpengumpulan databerupa instrumen. Teknik analisisdata yang di gunakan analisis visualgrafik. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan perilaku agresif yaitu memukul dan berkata kasar pada siswa disabilitas intelektual menurun setelah diberikan modifikasi perilaku menggunakan teknik time-out. Dibuktikan Dengan Adanya penurunanperilaku agresif Memukul dan berkata kasar pada anak sama  dengan dalam  hasil analisis Data Dalam Kondisi Dan Antar Kondisi

Abstract

Abstract: In changing learning from conventional to online there are many obstacles faced by both teachers and students, the obstacles are internet network problems, quota, and tools such as laptops and cellphones as tools for conducting online learning. The population in this study was students from classes VIII and IX, 60 respondents were taken using the Stratified Sampling technique. This technique is used when the population consists of different levels, while selecting samples from each level in the population uses the Proportional Ramdom Sampling technique. Based on the results of the research that the author has carried out, it can be seen that the online learning carried out by SMP Negeri 5 Banjarbaru has the '"Medium" category. This can be seen from the questionnaire distributed with the highest score being 75% and in the interval range of 66 - 85. Then for Student learning achievement is categorized as "Medium" this is obtained from the analysis obtained from the report card grades with the highest score being 65% and it is in the interval range of 77-83. And from the results of the analysis that online learning has an influence on student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 5 Banjarbaru, it is found that r calculated from r table is 0.284 0.254. And online learning contributes to student learning achievement, namely 8.30%. Keywords: Influence, Learning Achievement, Online Learning. Abstrak: Pergantian pembelajaran dari konvensional ke daring ada banyak kendala yang di hadapi baik bagi guru maupun bagi siswa, adapun  kendalanya yaitu dimasalah jaringan internet, kouta, dan alat seperti laptop dan handpone sebagai alat untuk melakukan pembelajaran daring. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIII dan IX yang diambil berjumlah 60 respoden dengan menggunakan teknik Stratified Sampling teknik ini digunakan apabila populasi terdiri dari tingkatan yang berbeda, adapun untuk memilih sampel dari masing tingkatan pada populasi menggunakan teknik Proporsional Ramdom Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan SMP Negeri 5 Banjarbaru memiliki kategori ‘”Sedang” hal ini dapat diketahui dari angket yang dibagikan dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 75% dan berada pada kisaran interval 66 – 85. Kemudian untuk prestasi belajar siswa dikategorikan “Sedang” hal ini didapat dari analisa yang didapat dari nilai rapot dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 65% dan itu berada pada kisaran interval 77-83. Dan dari hasil analisa bahwa pembelajaran daring memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 5 Banjarbaru hal ini didapat bahwa r hitung dari r table sebesar 0,2840,254. Dan pembelajaran daring memiliki kontribusi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa yaitu sebesar 8,30%. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Daring, Pengaruh, Prestasi Belajar.

Abstract

Pemecahan masalah adalah diantara bentuk kemampuan kognitif yang penting dikembangkan sejak usia dini. Banyak metode untuk mengembangkan kemampuan ini, satu diantaranya adalah melalui metode problem solving. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas penggunaan metode problem solving dengan dukungan media rumah matematika dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini. Pendekatan penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu anak usia dini yang ada di kelas B1 dan B2 TK Islamiyah Pontianak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, teknik tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa, perkembangan kognitif anak di kelas kontrol sebelum menggunakan metode problem solving berbantuan media rumah matematika belum berkembang dengan baik, dengan perolehan nilai total skor sebesar 1130. Sementara, pada kelas eksperimen, kemampuan kognitif anak mengalami peningkatan yaitu dengan total perolehan skor sebesar 1205. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka, penggunaan metode problem solving berbantuan media Rumah Matematika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini. Problem solving is one of the forms of cognitive ability that is important to develop from an early age. There are many methods to develop this ability, one of which is through the problem-solving method. This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the use of problem-solving methods with the support of mathematics-based home media in developing early childhood cognitive abilities. The research approach used by the researcher is a quantitative type of experiment. The sample in this study is early childhood in grades B1 and B2 of Pontianak Islamiyah Kindergarten. Sampling was carried out using the total sampling technique, while data was collected through observation techniques, test techniques, and documentation. The results of the research show that the cognitive development of children in the control class before using the problem-solving method assisted by mathematics home media has not developed well, with a total score of 1130. Meanwhile, in the experimental class, the child’s cognitive ability has increased, with a total score of 1205. Based on this, the use of the problem-solving method assisted by the mathematics home medium can improve the cognitive abilities of early childhood.

Abstract

Firm performance is one of the measurement to measure how effective the management in a company. This study wants to examine whether female involvement and family power can effect firm performance. The purpose of the study is to analyze whether family power can moderate female involvement to firm performance. The sample of this study is all of the family business which listed in the Bursa Efek Indonesia from 2016 until 2020. Total data being used which fits the requirements are 940 data which includes 188 companies each year. This study uses linear regression analysis and for the program being used to test the variables are Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) dan E-views. The result shows that family power doesn’t moderate female involvement to firm performance.

Abstract

Tomatoes are a vital horticultural commodity with significant economic importance in many countries. This study aims to investigate the demand for tomatoes, analyze the flow patterns within the tomato supply chain, and examine the mechanisms of supply chain management and assess its efficiency in Sidera Village, Biromaru Subdistrict, Sigi District, in the post-Covid-19 period. The research employed both qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The findings indicate that post-Covid-19 tomato supply chain management is a complex system that requires coordination and integration of product flow, information flow, and financial flow throughout the distribution process.

Abstract

Introduction of the research is to determine the role of husband's assistance on anxiety among primigravida mothers facing childbirth at the Pattopakang Community Health Center, Takalar Regency in 2023. The research is descriptive correlational research. This research was conducted in the Pattoppakang Community Health Center, Takalar Regency with a population of 30 people and a sample of 30 people. The sample collection technique used was total sampling. The independent variable is husband's assistance. The dependent variable is anxiety in post partum mothers. Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet. Data processing uses Editing, Coding, Scoring, Tabulating and statistical tests use the chi-square statistical test. Results are presented in the form of tables and narratives. The results of this study show that of the 30 respondents, there were 10 respondents who were accompanied and 20 respondents who were not accompanied, with the level of anxiety of the 10 respondents there was 1 respondent who experienced anxiety and 9 of them were not anxious, while of the 20 respondents who were not accompanied there were 8 respondents who did not feel anxious. while 12 others experienced anxiety. The chi square statistical test shows that the p value = 0.015<a (0.05) so that H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between husband's assistance and anxiety in primigravida mothers facing childbirth. It is recommended that the management of the health center provide counseling or direction to husbands whose wives are pregnant about the importance of the husband's role in accompanying his wife during the birth process.

Abstract

Background: Antenatal care is a procedure that is routinely carried out by health workers to build good relationships in the service process for pregnant women for early detection, supervision during pregnancy and preparation for childbirth. One of the factors that is underutilized in antenatal care services is the low level of knowledge and understanding of pregnant women. The aim is to determine the relationship between knowledge of antenatal care and compliance with visits for pregnant women during pregnancy. The research objective is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia and compliance with antenatal care visits in Panrannuangku sub-district in 2023. The research method uses a cross-sectional approach, sample selection using total sampling. Sample of 30 respondents. All data was collected by filling out a questionnaire that had been created by data processing researchers using Chi Square test analysis. Results: Respondents with good knowledge were 17 respondents (54.8%), 16 respondents (51.6%) had complete ANC visit compliance and 1 respondent (3.2%) did not comply with ANC visits. Respondents with sufficient knowledge were 9 respondents (29%) where 5 respondents (16.1%) had complete ANC visit compliance and 4 respondents (12.9%) did not comply with ANC visits, respondents with less knowledge were 5 respondents (16, 1%) where 1 respondent (3.2%) had complete ANC visit compliance and 4 respondents (12.9%) did not comply with ANC visits. The results of the statistical test α = 0.05 resulted in p = 0.003 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia and compliance with ANC visits.

Abstract

Pada era sekarang, pihak pengusaha tidak hanya fokus pada manajemen keuangan semata tetapi juga pada manajemen pemasaran, khususnya dalam perumusan dan eksekusi strategi bersaing. Usaha ini diperlukan untuk meningkatkan hasil penjualan produk dengan melakukan penerapan strategi pengembangan UMKM yang tepat dan akurat. Strategi yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan usaha kerupuk kemplang di Desa Meranjat II Kecamatan Indralaya Selatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir adalah Peningkatan Akses kepada aset produktif. Adanya peningkatan akses pasar. Peningkatan SDM. Memperluas Jaringan. Sedangkan untuk analisis SWOT pada usaha kerupuk kemplang di desa Meranjat II yang masih berada di bawah pesaing pesaingnya seperti di tempat lainnya hal ini dapat dilihat dari strategi strategi yang digunakan oleh pengusaha kerupuk kemplang terhadap situasi atau faktor eksternal dan internal pengusaha kerupuk kemplang. UMKM dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan menurut perspektif ekonomi islam. Dapat dilihat bahwa Islam telah menganjurkan manusia untuk bekerja, dengan adanya UMKM kerupuk kemplang ini telah membuka lapangan kerja baru. Seperti halnya yang telah dijelaskan dalam islam kesejahteraan dapat terwujud dilihat dari indikator kesejahteraan.Masyarakat yang bekerja pada UMKM kerupuk kemplang telah memenuhi indikator tersebut dengan kata lain bahwa masyarakat Desa Meranjat II telah mencapai kesejahteraan menurut pandangan Islam. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the Citizenship Education (PKN) subject by using an interactive learning model for fourth grade students at SDN Kadudampit 3, Saketi District, Banten Province. This research is a class action research model by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The research was carried out in an odd semester or at the beginning of the 2023/2024 school year in three cycles, each cycle consisting of one meeting. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SDN Kadudampit 3, Saketi District, Banten Province, totaling 36 students. Data collection techniques used are tests, observations, and documentation. While the data collection instrument used test questions, observation sheets and documents. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes on civics education material in class IV SDN Kadudampit 3 Saketi District, Banten Province. Learning outcomes in pre-cycle, the class average is 55.33 for completeness is 4 students or 11% and there are 32 students or 89% incomplete. .66, for completeness is 22 students or 61%, and those who have not completed are 14 students or 39%, which means there is an increase in the average pre-cycle to cycle I of 18.5, while the results of cycle II have increased again, i.e. the class average increased to 80.47 with completeness reaching 31 students or 86.87% and those who had not completed were 5 students or 14%, thus there was an average increase from cycle I to cycle II of 6.98. Whereas for cycle III it increased again so that the average value reached 85.44, with 33 students or 92% completeness and 3 students or 8% who had not completed, thus there was an average increase from cycle II to cycle III of 5 In addition, the activeness of students in following the lessons also increased, this was indicated by the increased activity of students in asking questions, answering questions, and expressing opinions. This illustrates that learning with an interactive learning model has been going well and can support an increase in student learning outcomes on the subject of the diversity of Indonesian students. Therefore it is suggested that teachers in teaching subject matter should prioritize interactive learning models. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Citizenship Education, Interactive Learning

Abstract

emocratic parenting is the right parenting to establish independence of student learning. This is done by realizing the existence of deliberations in the family, controlled freedom, exercise responsibility, guidance and direction from parents, parents listen to children's complaints, mutual respect between family members, and two-way communication. In addition, independence of student learning is also influenced by teacher reinforcement, both verbal and nonverbal reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to prove (1) the relationship between parents' democratic parenting and independence of student learning, (2) the relationship between teacher reinforcement and independence of student learning, and (3) the relationship between parents' democratic parenting and teacher reinforcement with independence of student learning. This research was conducted in the School Group 1, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency with the population is 187 people. The approach of this research is quantitative, while the type of this research is the ex post facto correlative research. The research data were obtained using a questionnaire given to the study sample, namely 127 fifth grade students in Cluster 1 Pule District. The statistical analysis used to process data in this study is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded (1) there is a relationship between parents' democratic parenting with independence of student learning with a correlation coefficient 0,474 and a regression equation , (2) there is a relationship between teachers reinforcement with independence of student learning with a correlation coefficient 0,546 and the regression equation , and (3) there is a relationship between parents' democratic parenting and teachers reinforcement with independence of student learning with a correlation coefficient 0,618 and the regression equation . Based on the results of research and conclusions, it is recommended that parents apply democratic parenting so that independence of student learning increases. In addition, the teacher should provide reinforcement to encourage independence of student learning. Schools should create environmental conditions that support increased independence of student learning.
