Abstract

The food and beverage sector, such as SME restaurants, is one of the most influential sectors in the development of the tourism sector in Badung Regency. Kuta District is the area with the largest number of SME restaurants in Badung Regency. During the Covid - 19 pandemic, the food and beverage industry sector experienced a decline as indicated by the decreasing number of restaurants in Kuta District. During the Covid - 19 pandemic and with the enactment of PPKM regulations in the community, many restaurants in Kuta District switched to trying to utilize marketplace media such as Go - Food, GrabFood, ShopeeFood and so on in maintaining the level of productivity and restaurant income during the Covid - 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, working hours and marketplace utilization on the productivity and income of restaurants in Kuta District. The number of samples in this study were 130 and for the method of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of the study, the variables of capital, working hours and marketplace utilization have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of restaurants in Kuta District. The results of this study also show that the variables of capital and working hours have a positive and significant effect while, for the marketplace utilization variable shows the results have a negative and insignificant effect on the income of restaurants in Kuta District. The results of this study also show that the productivity variable is an intervening variable that mediates the effect of capital, working hours and marketplace utilization on restaurant income in Kuta District.

Abstract

Poverty is a state of not being able to meet basic needs such as clothing, shelter, food, health and education. The relatively large number of poor people in Indonesia proves that the policies that have been implemented have not been able to eradicate poverty. Poverty alleviation needs to be considered from various aspects, one of which is the micro aspect seen from the individual or family point of view. Households that are closely related to poverty have characteristics including a large number of household members, few hours of work, low education, geographical differences between cities and villages, business fields and employment status, access to clean water, adequate housing, utilization electricity and so on.The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the effect of education, number of dependents, and working hours simultaneously on the expenditure of poor households in Denpasar City, and 2) analyze effect of.education, number of dependents, and working hours partially on household expenditure poor households in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a total of 333 observations obtained based on the number of households whose expenditures were below the poverty line. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.This study found the effect of education, number of dependents and working hours that affect simultaneously expenditure of poor households in Denpasar City. Partially, the education, number of dependent and working hour have a significant positive effect on the expenditure of poor households in Denpasar City.

Abstract

qThis study aims to analyze the effecti of iinvestment, education, MSE, and household consumption expenditure simultaneously and partially on the Female Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) in regencies/cities in Bali Province. The data used is secondary data on 9 districts/cities in Bali Province obtained from the Bali Provincial Statistics Agency from 2017 to 2022 (6 years). This study combines time series and cross section data (panel data) with a total of 54 observation points. This research is an associative quantitative research. The data collection method of this research is the non-behavioral observation method.This research uses an associative explanation approach. The data analysis techniqueqused in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously investment, education, MSE, and household consumption expenditure had a significant effect on the TPAK of women in districts/cities in Bali Province. Partially, investment, education, MSE, and household consumption expenditure have a ipositive and isignificant effect on the TPAK of women in regencies/citiesi in Bali Province.

Abstract

Tourism is one sector that has the ability to cause rapid economic change. The progress of the tourism sector has a positive impact on its contribution to regional income. The aim of this research is to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of the number of tourist visits, number of tourist attractions and occupancy levels on local original income (PAD). This research was conducted on PAD in the Denpasar, Badung, Gianyar and Tabanan areas using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The number of observations in this research uses panel data, namely a combination of time series data and cross section data. The time series data used is data for each year starting from 2012-2023 (10 years). Meanwhile, the cross section data used is three districts and one city, namely Denpasar City, Badung Regency, Gianyar and Tabanan. So, the number of observations in this study was 40 observations. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the number of tourist visits, number of tourist attractions and occupancy levels have a partial and simultaneous positive effect on local original income in the Sarbagita region.

Abstract

The city of Denpasar is in first place regarding the number of the workforce, but not all residents have normal working hours so their productivity has not been utilized optimally. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of age , level of education, age of last child, traditional and religious activities simultaneously and partially on the decision of female workers in the informal sector to choose to be underemployed in Denpasar City. The data used in this research is primary data , namely by conducting structured interviews with respondents . The research population is all female informal sector workers who are underemployed in Denpasar City, totaling 13,062 people. The sampling method used is quota sampling . In this research, the number of samples determined to be studied was 100 underemployed female workers . The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that age, level of education, age of last child, traditional activities and religion simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision of female workers in the informal sector to work and become underemployed. Age partially has a positive effect, while education level, age of the last child, and traditional and religious activities partially have a negative effect on the decision of women in the informal sector to choose to be underemployed in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The development of rural tourism requires the participation of local communities in the entire developmentphases starting from the planning, implementation, and supervision. However, in reality, public participationis often completely overlooked. This study aims to examine the involvement of local communities in thedevelopment of rural tourism and formulate the model of tourism development which uphols the participationof local community. The study is conducted in rural tourism Jatiluwih, Tabanan Regency, Bali. The process ofcollecting data through the studi literature, in-depth interviews and non-participant observation. The analyticalmethod used is descriptive analysis. The result of the research indicates that the development of rural tourismin Jatiluwih still does not yet involve the local community. The role of government seems dominant, but whenreferring to the clean and sustainable governance approach, the role of the government is expected to becomea facilitator by providing bigger opportunity to take part as well as the bene????ts from the development to thelocal community. It is required the political will of the government to reduce the dominant role in developingrural tourism, through opening wider space for the community to participate.

Abstract

Circular economy literacy efforts are important considering that the waste awareness index in Indonesia is still worrying. If we look at the data from the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN), food waste dominates the composition of waste based on waste type, namely 40.2 percent. When looking at the source, it is known that households are the largest source of waste (38.3 percent). Considering these data and facts, preventive efforts need to be carried out at the household level, especially regarding food waste. This activity aims to provide education for mothers regarding the circular economy and food waste behavior to minimize food waste, especially in its preparation or better known as food preparation. It is also believed that this effort will have a positive impact on the family's economy. This activity is carried out through the outreach method, and is also accompanied by a pre-test and post-test as a form of evaluation. The locus of the activity will be carried out in Batuan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency, targeting the local village PKK (family welfare empowerment) team. The aim is that information and activity materials can be distributed and implemented widely. After comparing the results of the pre-test and post-test, it was discovered that there had been an increase in service participants' understanding of the circular economy and food preparation. It is certainly important to continue this activity, one of which is through assistance in preparing circular economy programs through the PKK.

This studies objectives to research the simultaneous affect of monetary literacy, use of QRIS, period of commercial enterprise and running hours at the profits of culinary in Jimbaran. The forms of records on this studies are quantitative and qualitative. The outcomes of this studies display that monetary literacy, use of QRIS, period of commercial enterprise and running hours concurrently affect the profits of culinary traders in Jimbaran. The outcomes of this studies display that monetary literacy partly has a effective and full-size impact at the profits of culinary traders in Jimbaran. The outcomes of this studies display that traders who use QRIS have better profits than traders who do now no longer use QRIS in Jimbaran. The outcomes of this studies display that the period of commercial enterprise has a effective and full-size impact at the profits of culinary traders in Jimbaran. Working hours don't have any partial impact at the profits of culinary traders in Jimbaran.

Abstract

Kemiskinan yang menjadi salah satu pokok dari masalah di Indonesia, khususnya di Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pendapatan dari setiap rumah tangga yang tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan harian. Studi ini analisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, jam kerja pada rumah tangga miskin secara bersamaan dan parsial. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah tiga desa dengan jumlah rumah tangga miskin tertinggi di Kec. Marga yaitu Desa Cau Belayu, Desa Kuwum dan Desa Petiga. Metode penentuan sampel yaitu Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan kriteria yaitu rumah tangga sampel pada kategori rumah tangga miskin di tiap desa dan diperoleh sebanyak 83 sampel. Jenis data data kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Data kuantitatif digunakan sumber primer dan sekunder. Untuk mengumpulkan data, observasi non-partisipasi dan wawancara terstruktur digunakan. Daftar pertanyaan atau kuisioner digunakan untuk mengatur wawancara. Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda ialah metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menyatakan tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, dan jam kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga miskin; hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, dan jam kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan sig di tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga miskin; hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, jam kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan sig pada tingkat pendapatan rumah. Saran penelitian ini untuk dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dari para kepala rumah tangga miskin, Pemerintah perlu meningkatkan produktivitas dari para tenaga kerja yang ada untuk dapat diberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan keahlian. Selain itu, para tenaga kerja diharapkan untuk dapat memaksimalkan produktivitasnya melalui peningkatan jam kerja yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan.

Abstract

Perempuan mulai meningkatkan perannya tetapi masih ada beberapa batasan untuk perempuan dapat masuk ke sektor publik dikarenakan adanya beban ganda yang membuat perempuan memiliki kesenjangan dalam menerima upahnya. Kesenjangan perempuan dalam memperoleh upah didasari oleh beberapa faktor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel umur, pendidikan, curahan jam kerja, dan status pekerjaan terhadap pendapatan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap pendapatan perempuan di kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan wawancara mendalam. Penelitian menggunakan rumusus slovin dalam memperoleh populasi dengan metode pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 123 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji f dan uji t. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian adalah variabel umur, pendidikan, curahan jam kerja, dan dukungan keluarga berpengaruh secara simultan, variabel pendidikan, curahan jam kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap pendapatan perempuan. Variabel dukungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan perempuan, perempuan yang mendapatkan dukungan memiliki pendapatan lebih tinggi daripada perempuan yang tidak mendapatkan dukungan keluarga
