Abstract

Ginger as a herbal plant is widely used as a drink and a cooking ingredient, Wedang Senja Padam and Sedayu Manja are drinks served to Covid 19 patients at the Surabaya Islamic Hospital. To increase production capacity as an additional source of income, it is necessary to calculate a feasibility study on the manufacture of Senja Padam and Sedayu Manja drinks. This service begins with conducting a study of the materials to be used in the literature, the amount, and the composition of the ingredients following the drink. Conduct market research related to the results of testing the composition of ingredients on customers. From this service, produce a composition of beverage ingredients following customer desires and produce a feasibility study that provides a positive value of the initial investment value of 2,500,000 resulting in a net cash flow of 6,187,500 with an IRR value of 21% and a B/C of 1.3 showing fit for production.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is one indicator of the success of food delivery in the hospital. In the condition of the Covid-19 patient, there are several symptoms which will affect the length of stay in the hospital so that the patient’s nutrition greatly affects the patient’s improvement. This study aims to determine the relationship between food serving satisfaction and length of stay on leftover food in Covid-19 patients. This study used a quantitative method with observational and cross-sectional research method in the isolation room of RSI Surabaya in July-September. The data were processed using chi square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the satisfaction of serving food and leftovers (P= 0,000), while the length of stay in Covid-19 patients had no relationship with food waste (P= 0,517). There is a relationship between the satisfaction of the patient’s food presentation and the food waste, this shows that the better the patient’s assessment of the assessment of the food presentation, the are no food waste. Meanwhile, the length of stay of patient in the Covid-19 isolation room did not have a relationship with food waste so that the length of stay did not affect the food waste.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes is caused by several etiology resulting in the body not using glucose into the cells, so glucose accumulates in the blood. The pancreas cannot produce the particular hormone in type 1 diabetes. Meanwhile, type 2 diabetes is caused by the inefficient use or deficiency of certain hormones relative to blood glucose levels.  Purpose: This study analyzes the correlation between dietary regulation and physical activity and blood sugar levels in outpatients Methods: This paper was a cross-sectional analytic study. The population was all outpatients who checked their blood sugar levels at the Internal Medicine Specialist Clinic of Islamic Hospital Surabaya from January to February 2021. Meanwhile, there were 115 respondents with total random sampling. The independent variable was random blood sugar (RBS) levels, while the dependent variables were dietary habits and physical activity. Data collection used medical records at the Internal Medicine Specialist Clinic of Islamic Hospital Surabaya. Then, data analysis utilized Fisher's Exact Test with a significance of 0.05  Results: Most respondents had regular dietary habits (53%) and normal random blood sugar levels (54%). In addition, they had regular physical activity (80%), with frequency once a week (34.8%), and most types of physical activity were gymnastics (34.8%). The Fisher's Exact Test obtained p=0.000 in analyzing between dietary habits and RBG levels. In addition, p=0.000 in evaluating between physical activity and RBG levels. Conclusion: Dietary habits and physical exercise affect random blood sugar levels in outpatients. Further study should evaluate other factors associated with blood sugar levels.

Abstract

Based on Riskesdas in 2018, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia based on interviews showed an increase from 1.1 percent (2007) to 2.1 percent in 2019. The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) estimates that DM sufferers in Indonesia in 2020 will amount to 178 million people aged over 20 years and assuming a DM prevalence of 4.6%, 8.2 million DM patients will be obtained. The most data on visits from internal medicine policymakers at the outpatient clinic of Islamic Hospital in Surabaya were diabetes militus. One of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus is diabetic foot, which can manifest as ulcers, infections and gangrene and Charcot's arthropathy. The method used in this community service activity is carried out to increase knowledge and understanding of public awareness by doing foot exercises to reduce sugar levels. This community service activity is carried out by educating patients with diabetes at the Internal Medicine Department of the Islamic Hospital Surabaya. Diabetes exercise carried out by the GLC group which was carried out independently by the participants showed an average decrease in sugar levels with an average of 12.5 points with participants who routinely did regular exercise 4 times a week showing the largest number of points of decline. Sig. (2-tailed): Probability value / p value Paired T test: Result = 0.000 shows that there is a difference between before and after treatment. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Budaya organisasi merupakan salah satu tata nilai dalam membangun organisasi yang efektif. Budaya organisasi menjadi kewajiban yang perlu tumbuh dalam membentuk ciri khas perilaku organisasi serta perilaku individu di dalamnya yang membentuk citra organisasi di masyarakat selaku pemakai produk yang dihasilkan oleh organisasi tersebut.Tujuan: Memetakan budaya organisasi pada pejabat struktural di Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya.Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan melibatkan seluruh pejabat struktural di RS Islam Surabaya sebagai responden yang berjumlah 63 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengukuran terhadap rerata antara pelaksanaan budaya organisasi yang telah terlaksana dengan kondisi ideal yang diharapkan oleh pejabat struktural. Penilaian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Organization Culture Asessement Instrument (OCAI).Hasil: Budaya Organizational Culture Assesment Instrument (OCAI) pejabat struktural, telah sesuai antara harapan dan kenyataan. Perbedaan antara harapan dan kenyataan budaya Clan dan Hierarchy adalah 1,95 dan 1,26. Budaya Pejabat Struktural RS Islam Surabaya saat ini didominasi dengan budaya Hierarchy dan budaya Clan.Kesimpulan: Kunci sukses keberhasilan budaya organisasi ditunjukkan dengan tidak adanya gap antara harapan dan kenyataan. Budaya Hierarchy menunjukkan bahwa organisasi sudah memiliki tatanan dan mengharuskan seluruh pejabat melakukan kebijakan tersebut, sedangkan budaya Clan menandakan bahwa RS Islam Surabaya merupakan tempat bekerja yang hangat, memiliki susana kekeluargaan, dan setiap individu saling mengisi satu sama lain.

Abstract

Layanan pengobatan rawat jalan di masa pandemic selama ini dibutuhkan terobosan dalam memberikan layanan konsultasi dokter secara online, layanan ini dapat membantu karena meminimalisasi  kontak antara dokter dengan pasien  Layanan Telemedicine bertujuan untuk membeikan layanan konsultasi online sehingga pasien dapat melakukan konsultansi tanpa tatap muka dengan pasien. Membuat layanan tekait Telemedicine sehingga dapat diakses oleh semua pasien yang akan berobat di rawat jalan Layanan Telemedicine yang dilakukan oleh rumasakit merupakan upaya dalam menurunkan kasus covid-19. Berdasarkan 4 faktor yang ada, terdapat 3 faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan penggunaan layanan telemedicine di masa pandemi COVID-19 di pulau Jawa yaitu pengetahuan, sikap dan persepsi manfaat sedangkan faktor yang tidak memiliki hubungan yaitu persepsi hambatan.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a subjective value to the quality of services provided. Although subjective, there is still an objective basis, especially the patient's assessment which is based on past experience, education, psychological situation at that time, and the existing reality. The type and design of this research is a descriptive observational research that analyzes the patient's assessment of the service quality of the Outpatient Installation of the Islamic Hospital in Surabaya. Judging from the time of the study, this study included a cross sectional study. The population in this study were all patients at the Islamic Hospital Surabaya Outpatient Installation from an average of January, February and March 2020. The total population in this study was 14,000 patients based on the number of visits per month. during the first Quarter, starting from January to March 2020 with the slofin formula, 113 respondents were found. The five dimensions are: (1) Responsiveness, (2) Assurance, (3) Tangible, (4) Empathy and (5) Reliable is good and exceeds the standard than expected. The average satisfaction of all respondents is 8.56 / 85.6% this is close to the standard set by SPM customer satisfaction, which is 90%. Based on the demographics and characteristics of the following respondents, respondents who have satisfaction with service quality are as follows (1) Age 36-45 (2) Gender is Female (3) who has a residence distance of > 10 Km (4) with an insurance guarantor/ Institutions (5) with master's education served in the old building using the relationship test obtained sig < 0.005 so that it can be concluded that there is a relationship between perceived service quality and patient satisfaction, the higher the service quality felt by the patient, the higher the satisfaction felt by the patient.

Abstract

 Koperasi karyawan merupakan salah satu penggerak perekonomian di sebuah intitusi, dari jasa simpan pinjam, pengadaan barang took dan jasa merupakan salah satu aspek usaha dalam membangun koperasi karyawan.untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perlu dilakukan pelatihan terkait perkoperasian sehingga dapat menambah keilmuan pengurus, pengawas dan penjaga toko dalam mengembakan usaha perkoperasian. Semua kegiatan pengurus dapat dipertanggungjawabkan  dalam acara Rapat Anggota Tahunan. Guna meningkatkan pengetahuan maka diadakan pelatihan yang diikuti oleh Pembina, pengurus, pengawas dan pengelola took terkait pengelolaan koperasi. Sedangkan kegiatan berikutnya adalah mengadakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan untuk mempertanggungjawabkan kegiatan selama tahun berjalan. Dua kegiatan tersebut menggunakan zoom meeting dengan protocol kesehatan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa KOPKARSIS memberikan peran dan kontribusi yang positif kepada anggotanya dan peran dari pengurus dan pengawas berperan secara optimal dalam kepengurusan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Diabetes merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang sangat berbahaya, peyakit ini merupaj ibu dari seluruh penyakit. Kasus diabetes menduduki kunjungan tertinggi di Poli Rawat Jalan RS Islam Surabaya terutama di poli penyakit dalam. Perlu diadakan edukasi terkait pentingnya menjaga kadar gula darah dan tekanan darah kapada seluru penderita diabetes. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki dua kegiatan adalah edukasi melalui siaran radio yang diadakan di radio suara muslim Surabaya 93,8 dan edukasi secara one on one kepada setiap pasien yang berobat di RS Islam Surabaya. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Siaran radio yang dilaksanakan sangat memeberikan manfaat kepada seluruh pendengar terkait pentingnya memeriksa kadar gula darah acak dan mengukur tekanan darah pada penderita diabetes setiap bulan, sehingga bias terkontrol dan terpantau secara rutin dan Pemantauan tekanan darah dan kadar gula sangat memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien yang berobat di Poli Penyakit Dalam RS Islam Surabaya dan edukasi yang diberikan oleh dokter maupun perawat sangat memberikan manfaat. Kata Kunci : Gula Darah Acak, Tekanan Darah, Pemeriksaan,Poli Penyakit Dalam

Abstract

ABSTRAK World Health Organization (WHO)  menjelaskan  466 Juta Orang mengalami gangguan pendengaran, Salah satu dampak gangguan pendengaran selain pada fungsi telinga, juga berdampak pada sosial, emosional dan ekonomi, karena tidak jarang orang yang memiliki gangguan pendengaran mendapat perlakukan kurang baik dari orang sekitar. Hari pendengaran sedunia yang di peringati pada Tanggal 03 Maret, merupakan salah satu wadah yang perlu dilestarikan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran terkait fungsi pendengaran. Kegiatan yang di lakukan dalam meningkatkatkan kesadaran tersebut adalah dengan melakukan kampanye dengan berbagai media baik off line dan online, dari kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat  lebih peduli terhadap kesehatan telinga. WHO telah menyiapkan platform media untuk memperingati  Hari pendengaran  Dunia dengan berbagai  materi menarik yang setiap tahunnya berganti, kegiatan ini penting untuk dilestarikan dan di peringati untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakatu untuk menjaga kesehatan telinga dan mencegah gangguan pendengaran secak dini Kata kunci: Kampanye,  Hari Pendengaran, Kesehatan Telinga  ABSTRACT Quoted from data submitted by the World Health Organization (WHO), it was found that 466 million people experienced hearing loss. less good than people around.
