Pembuatan masker difungsikan sebagai salah satu bentuk pencegahan dalam penularan virus, karena virus dapat tertular melalui mulut, hidung dan mata. Ide pembuatan masker kain ini bermula dari minimnya ketersediaan masker serta melonjaknya harga masker dipasaran. Berbekal dari salah satu anggota keluarga yang mempunyai keahlian dibidang menjahit lalu muncullah ide untuk memproduksi masker kain sendiri dengan bahan-bahan kain yang ada pada awalnya lalu mencoba untuk memasarkannya dengan harga yang sesuai untuk mengoptimalkan pendapatan di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini. Bahan masker kain yang digunakan yaitu bahan katun dengan berbagai macam motif yang menarik, selain fungsi untuk kesehatan adapula fungsi estetika untuk menambah minat masyarakat dalam memakai masker kain

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of the current ratio, total assets turn over and firm size on the dividend payout ratio in cash with return on investment as an intervening variable. In this study, the object of this research is the retail sub-sector companies in Southeast Asia for the period 2012-2019. The sample method used in this study is a purposive sampling technique where the data obtained are 17 companies from 136 populations. The analytical technique used is the r2 test, multiple linear regression analysis, t & f test, path analysis and Sobel test. The results of the study partially conclude that the current ratio has a significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, while tattoos and firm size have no significant effect on dividend payout. ratio. Simultaneous test results also show that the current ratio, tattoo and firm size simultaneously have no significant effect on dividend payout ratio and current ratio, tattoo and firm size also have no effect on return on investment. The relationship between variables for return on investment has a significant effect on the dividend payout ratio and return on investment is unable to mediate the effect of the current ratio, tattoo and size on the dividend payout ratio. The results of this study can be used as a consideration in determining dividend payments and can be expected to assist financial managers in making a decision to determine the amount of dividends that can be paid, especially in the form of cash dividends

Online business in Indonesia is growing very rapidly nowadays. Repurchase intention in online business becomes the variable that determines the continuity of online business even to win the competition. Various scientific literature shows several factors that determine the high level of repurchase intentions such as service quality, customer satisfaction and trust.The purpose of this study was to examine the indirect effect of service quality on repurchase intentions mediated by customer satisfaction and brand trust.Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling.The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to Tokopedia online store customers in Banten. The number of samples 202 customers.Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with LISREL software.The SEM estimation results show that the research model used is in accordance with the empirical data that has been collected. The results of this study proves that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on brand trust. Brand trust has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions. This shows the quality of service affecting repurchase intention with double mediation of customer satisfaction, and brand trust.Thus, in order to survive and even win the competition in the online marketplace, every online store should ensure the quality of service, satisfaction and trust of customers in order to encourage or strengthen the intention of repurchasing their customers.Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Brand Trust, Repurchase intention, Online Store.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri untuk konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2017.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 37 perusahaan dan diambil sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri untuk konsumsi tahun 2012-2017. Data di kumpulkan dan analisisi dengan SPSS 20.0.Pengujian statistik menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Koefisien korelasi parsial antara debt to equity ratio dan deviden payout ratio dengan nilai perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis secara parsial antara debt to equity ratioberlawanan arah dengan nilai perusahaan (Price to book value), berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial antara dividen payout ratio terhadap nilai perusahaantidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The purpose of this risetto determine the effect on each dependent variable Effect of CSR Internal(X₁) and Physical Work Environment (X₂) on the dependent variable Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). In this study data was collected through a questionnaire method for 39 respondents who worked at PT. Alex Putra Group Cilegon. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis using data analysis techniques that have fulfilled the validity, reliability test and classical assumption test, so as to produce the regression equation as follows:Y = 16,736 + 0,406 X₁ + 0,731 X₂ + e, The results of the analysis found that both the Internal Corporate Social Responsibility Program variables and the Physical Work Environment had a significant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. The adjusted R Square figure of 0.150 shows that 15 percent variation in Employee Job Satisfaction can be explained by the two dependent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 85 percent is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in this study. Objective This study aims to determine the Effect of Financial Pressure and Market Capitalization on the Market Value of Companies in the transportation. The population used in this study is the transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2013 to 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 10 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www. .idx.com is the company's annual report. The analytical tool used to test hypotheses is SPSS23. Penduduk Desa Mancak berjumlah 4278 jiwa, yang terdiri dari laki-laki 2168 jiwa dan perempuan 2110 jiwa, umumnya penduduk bekerja di ladang dan buruh kasar serta pedagang, sedangkan untuk Ibu rumah tangga hanya membantu pekerjaan rumah.Luas Wilayah Desa Mancak 538.8 Ha dimana 64% nya adalah Pertanian dan perkebunan. Hasil utama alam dan ciri khas dari Desa Mancak adalah melinjo, kelapa dan bambu, pada pengabdian ini difokuskan pada optimalisasi pengembangan produk hasil olahan emping melinjo disebabkan sangat potensial untuk ditingkatkan nilai daya guna serta nilai tambah atas produk hasil olahan melinjo tersebut sehingga hasil produk olahan tidak semata hanya emping melinjo alami saja, namun mempunyai alternatif variasi produk hasil olahan emping melinjo dengan berbagai aneka macam tersebut.Tujuan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah menjalankan fungsi Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan supervisi dan tahapan dalam membuat inovasi produk sampai dengan siap jual sesuai dengan beberapa segment pasar dan pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada satu kampung yaitu kampung Cipanas Baru Desa Mancak Kecamatan Mancak Kabupaten Serang.Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat bagi penduduk di Kampung Cipanas baru Desa Mancak guna meningkatakan nilai tambah produk dan menambah pendapatan bagi keluarga. Dan bagi pengabdi dalam menjalankan fungsi Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi.

AbstrakPengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dari masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat dusun Nanggulan, Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman. Masalah yang ada di dusun ini adalah kurangnya kompetensi kewirusahaan yang dimiliki oleh para Ibu rumah tangga. Kompetensi ini semakin diperlukan di masa sekarang karena selain jumlah Ibu rumah tangga di dusun Nanggulan cukup tinggi, organisasi kewanitaan (PKK) tersedia, juga kurang sejahteranya keluarga di dusun tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kami mengadakan penyuluhan kewirausahaan mulai dari memunculkan ide produk, mengolah produk, pengemasan, pemerekan, dan distribusi. Hasilnya adalah banyak peserta yang merasa mendapat pencerahan terkait ide kewirausahaan, selain ilmu untuk mengolah produk, mengemas, mendistribusi dan mendaftarkan merek juga mereka dapatkan. AbstractCommunity service is aimed at providing a solution to the problems faced by the hamlet communities of Nanggulan, Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman. The problem in this hamlet is the lack of entrepreneurial competence possessed by housewives. This competency is increasingly needed in the present because besides the number of housewives in the hamlet of Nanggulan is quite high, women's organizations (PKK) are available, as well as less prosperous families in the hamlet. Therefore, we hold entrepreneurial counseling starting from generating product ideas, processing products, packaging, branding, and distribution. The result is that many participants feel enlightened about the idea of entrepreneurship, in addition to the knowledge of processing products, packaging, distributing and registering brands they also get. Stingray Skin Crackers As An Alternative To Increase Household Income In Karundang Serang CityDeni SunaryoJurusan Manajemen, Universitas Serang Raya Email: denisunaryomm@gmail.comAbstractOne of the potentials of the Karundang sub-district in Cipocok Jaya District, Serang City, is processing stingrays, while the processing of stingrays is only taken from the meat while the skin of stingrays and stingray bones is used as waste. The nutritional value of larger stingray waste so that it is able to produce added value from that value becomes a useful value and added value for both the residents and the surrounding environment.The service program carried out on March 15, 2019, at one of the posts of the Karundang Village community activity in the Cipocok Jaya sub-district, Serang City. The number of participants who participated in this activity were 16 local residents. The training process is carried out by introducing stingray skin raw material that is still fresh (not yet rotten), fire resistant or not easily torn, has a thickness of at least 0.5 mm, left and right easily damaged. As well as simple processing materials for cooking and packaging. In this activity the servant asked for information related to the service activities of the processing of stingray skin into crackers both in terms of activities and presenters in expressing activities.This service program supports residents with enthusiasm and respect for this activity and provides advice for the next service activity, which is making abon from stingray skin.Keywords: stingray skin waste, income.

The purpose of this research was analyzing the effect of Earnings per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on Stock Price because of the gap in previous studies. The population in this study were 19 automotive and spare parts industrial companies listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The method used is purposive sampling so that 11 companies that present complete financial reports according to the variables studied and obtained as many as 55 company samples. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that partially EPS had a significant effect on stock prices while DPS had no significant effect on stock prices. But simultaneously EPS and DPS have a significant influence on the stock prices of the automotive and spare parts subsector companies in Southeast Asia. The company should be able to manage your income properly. For further research can expand the variables and dimensions, examine with the observation period of data is long and the latest as well as using testing methods different stats so that can give research results a more accurate and different.
