Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pendidikan keluarga dalam memerangi narkoba di Desa Sukamekar, Kecamatan Sukawangi, Kabupaten Bekasi, dimana adanya permasalahan mengenai penyalahgunaan narkoba dikalangan remaja. Perekonomian menjadi faktor utama dari penyalahgunaan narkoba selain itu juga dikarenakan faktor pendidikan. Pendidikan bisa menjadi pilar atau benteng dalam kehidupan warga kurang mampu untuk terhindar dari bahaya narkoba. Pendidikan yang rendah membuat orang cepat tergiur bujuk rayu untuk mengkonsumsi narkoba dikarenakan ketidak pahaman mengenai bahaya narkoba seperti yang dialami beberapa remaja di Desa Sukamekar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan abdimas ini dengan cara ceramah/sosialisasi dan diskusi mengenai bahaya narkoba bagi remaja. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan pada hari jumat dan sabtu, 24 – 25 Juni 2022 yang diikuti oleh 20 orang warga desa sukamekar dan lokasi di aula kantor desa sukamekar. Hasil dari kegiatan abdimas ini meningkatnya pengetahuan dari peserta berdasarkan dari hasil kuisioner yang menyatakan bahwa peserta sangat puas dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi ini sebesar 54%. Harapan dari peserta kegiatan seperti ini dapat diberikan secara berkelanjutan agar peserta dan masyarakat desa sukamekar mendapatkan informasi dan pelatihan lainnya guna menciptakan manusia yang kompeten.

Abstract

Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Toska Fashion Dalam Meningkatkan Customer Engagement Melalui Media Sosial Instagram”. Persaingan bisnis di jaman sekarang ini semakin berat, penyebab awalnya karena setiap tahun perusahaan mengadakan strategi-strategi komunikasinya dan keunggulan produk yang dimiliki. Toska Fashion salah satu brand pakaian lokal yang masih berkembang memiliki kendala dalam pemasaran secara daring. Hal ini tentu menjadi kendala yang harus dipecahkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran berkerja khususnya pada media sosial Instagram. Hasil metode tersebut diharapkan dapat membangun Customer Engagement pada produk Toska Fashion. Proses membangun Customer Engagement Toksa Fashion dilakukan dengan beberapa poin, yaitu Pemanfaatan Instagram Ads,pengaplikasian Fitur Instagram Shopping, pengadaan Campaign berhadiah, pemantauan After ales, interaksi dengan fitur-fitur Instastory. Dengan poin-poin tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu peningkatan Customer Engagement Toska Fashion yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan Jumlah transaksi penjualan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teknik komunikasi persuasif yang digunakan oleh pengurus dalam mengajak anak jalanan untuk melalui sanggar KABASA di Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa teknik komunikasi persuasif dapat digunakan sebagai metode untuk mengajak anak jalanan untuk kembali belajar. Teknik komunikasi persuasif meliputi: teknik asosiasi, teknik integrasi, teknik ganjaran, teknik tataan dan teknik red herring. Semua teknik komunikasi dapat digunakan. Teknik komunikasi yang sering digunakan adalah: teknik integrasi yaitu antara pengurus Sanggar dengan anak jalanan. Pengurus menyatukan diri secara komunikaitif dan merasa lebih dekat dengan anak jalanan sehingga terjalin ikatan emosional dalam diri mereka. Salah satu teknik komunikasi yang jarang digunakan untuk mengajak anak jalanan adalah teknik ganjaran, pengurus jarang menggunakan teknik tersebut karena pengurus tidak ingin anak tersebut kembali belajar dan mengubah hidup mereka karena iming-iming, bukan dari keinginan diri sendiri.

Abstract

Personal branding is a way to describe yourself briefly and is easy to remember. With Muklay's personal branding in the arts as a visual artist, Muklay needs a public relations strategy to build personal branding to make it easier to get closer to the public. Then this research will explain how the public relations strategy in terms of PENCILS strategy to build personal branding. This research uses a qualitative method with a narrative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with key informants namely Muklay and additional informants namely from Gardu House, Detik.com, and one of Muklay's clients. The results of this research indicate that Muklay has built personal branding as a visual artist through publications, events, news, dealing with the community, dealing with the media, lobbying and negotiating, and participating in social activities. The PENCILS strategy proved to be successful with the breadth of Muklay's relations with many people who had different backgrounds, not just in the arts

Abstract

The purpose of the PKM activity is to be able to strengthen the personality of students which will add a plus value to the educational process that has been carried out by the school by introducing anti-corruption education. In accordance with the problems experienced by the partners of SMKS Harapan Baru, Bekasi, namely the problems experienced by partners namely 1) There is no understanding from students related to the insights of religious norms contained in learning. 2) Partners do not yet have an independent learning teaching curriculum related to anti-corruption education. 3) The need to provide information regarding anti-corruption education to students to produce quality human resources. The method of carrying out the activity was by providing counseling in the form of lectures and FGD which was held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 in the Harapan Baru Vocational High School hall, Bekasi, with 30 student representatives participating. The results of the activity are increasing participants' knowledge about corruption, increasing the patriotic spirit of students/wis, helping partners in adding anti-corruption education as one of the MBKM curricula and as motivation for partners to be able to carry out activities that can create quality human resources for the world of education.

Abstract

Social media has become a huge phenomenon in today's digital age. This phenomenon has changed the way customers interact with brands and products. In this context, this research aims to investigate the role played by social media in enhancing customer interaction and brand loyalty. This research is a literature review that adopts a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that in an increasingly competitive business world, the role of social media in increasing customer interaction and brand loyalty is very significant. Social media has opened up new opportunities for companies to communicate with customers, build emotional connections, provide better customer service, and measure the effectiveness of their strategies. All of these contribute to the creation of strong customer loyalty, which is a valuable asset in the long run for a brand.

Abstract

One of the communication strategies that implants a positive perception of a person in the public is personal branding. The presence of Instagram has a function, which is to create a social media marketing strategy and build a brand. With the presence of Instagram, it can influence the behaviour of its followers. One of them is the Instgarm Akbar Maulana selebgram, known as the famous Personal Ajudan because his personality is considered pleasant and entertaining. This research method is qualitative descriptive, with a focus on the case study of the research, which is to find out the form of personal branding Akbar Maulana uses through his social media account Instagram. Supported by Peter Montoya’s eight core personal branding concepts, his research shows that Akbar Maulana’s personal branding meets eight key concepts: specialisation, leadership, personality, difference, appearance, unity, firmness and good name. With a distinctive and strong character in shaping personal branding as a smart, vigorous, and entertaining teenager. Not only that, using the Instagram app that has supplemented a variety of special features with various decorations when making videos, then uploading them to the Instagram media account

Abstract

Electronics are widely used by business people to market the products they sell and are often known as e-commerce. Apart from that, on the other hand, in assisting government programs in the creative economy sector, there are many MSMEs that have grown in several regions in Indonesia, one of which is MSMEs under Sukamekar Village, Kab. Bekasi. As many MSMEs grow, there are many obstacles experienced by MSME players, one of which is product sales strategy. The product sales strategy carried out by MSME players in Sukamekar Village, Kab. Bekasi, is still traditional, and the packaging of the goods sold does not attract buyers' interest, so the solutions provided in community service activities are: 1) providing counseling regarding online media literacy for MSMEs; 2) providing entrepreneurship training for MSMEs to increase product sales. The objectives of community service activities are: 1) increasing knowledge and understanding of social media literacy for MSMEs; 2) improving MSME sales strategies in the era of digitalization; and 3) increasing knowledge and understanding of MSME players in product packaging. The method for implementing community service activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage (counseling and training), and the evaluation stage. Participants were representatives of MSME actors under the auspices of the Sukamekar Village office, Kab. Bekasi, as many as 20 people. The results of the activity showed that there was interest from the participants, as evidenced by the enthusiastic attitude of the participants when taking part in the activity and also proven by the results of the pre- and post-tests, which showed an increase in the participants' knowledge and skills.

Abstract

The SEO strategy for news content is characterized by employing mass media around an issue and then creating it frequently by writing as much as possible. Current event keywords are constantly incorporated into news content. Finally, the news will appear near the top of search engine results. Writing adapts to culture, particularly by observing text dynamics. Remember to evaluate editorial efforts in order to maintain journalistic quality. Data gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. According to the findings of this study, all four media surveyed believe that SEO is a method of increasing traffic so that advertisements can develop. Doing SEO and then showing politically on the top page of Google search also puts other leading media's excellent reputation at danger. Publishers also develop regional content and implement target page view policies to ensure that the editorial staff adheres to the SEO algorithm. Surprisingly, there are limits on how SEO publishers may provide great information.
