Abstract

A rental house is a type of rental that is rented out (contracted) for a certain period of time at a price agreed upon by the owner of the room. Lhokseumawe City as a district that has several State Universities and the presence of large companies, such as Perta Arun Gas and PIM made many other residents from other cities look for a place to live in Lhokseumawe City. The difficulty and lack of information about a rental house for new residents makes it difficult for them to find a rental house that is comfortable for them, some are even far from where they are studying. The difficulty of newcomers in getting information about rental houses in Lhokseumawe City provides an overview by researchers to research a system for searching for rental houses in Lhokseumawe City based on mobile. The system development method to build this application uses the SLDC principle, namely the waterfall, where this method uses the concept of a waterfall, performs sequential development that is dynamic and structured in building a software, with a system requirements analysis process, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. Based on the trials that have been carried out, using the Floid Warshall and Djikstra algorithms in determining the shortest route to the rental house, Flyod Warshall is the most optimal search algorithm in the results of determining the shortest distance, with the smallest optimal number of distances compared to Djikstra. It is hoped that in the future this application can be updated with the concept of other shortest distance comparison methods, so as to get more optimal results in implementing the system.

Abstract

Information is data that is presented in a more useful form that is used to make decisions. In the Information Systems Study Program, information is very important to improve the performance of the Study Program, but the problem that often occurs is the lack of services to obtain and convey information, this makes it difficult for students and lecturers to find out the latest information and information about academics. Therefore, we need an application that can be used by students and lecturers to obtain and convey information. The information displayed is in the form of student and lecturer profile information, information about final project students, practical work students, real work college students, lecture schedule information and teaching schedules as well as information that can be added by lecturers in the application which can later be seen by all users. This android-based mobile programming application was built using the programming language dart. The design tool used is a unified modeling language (UML) with the system development method using the method waterfall. With this application, the Study Program has more effective information media and can assist students and lecturers in obtaining and conveying information easily anytime and anywhere

Abstract

Health is the most important thing that must always be considered because if health deteriorates then every activity will definitely be difficult to do, but not infrequently due to some conditions we have to fall sick and even have to get intensive care so that it requires further supervision from the hospital or hospital. Puskesmas, especially for elderly family members who require special care and attention. Health monitoring applications in the elderly provide convenience for families in caring for the health of family members who are elderly and also make it easier for the hospital to see progress data from patients. This research is in the stage of making the availability of real-time monitoring features from the puskesmas or hospital in the future and some features are available and there are some real-time medical record features so that the hospital can find out the health history of the patient in real time. The purpose of this research is to implement and build an application for Health Monitoring in the Elderly at High Risk with an Android-Based Genetic Algorithm. then apply the genetic algorithm method in determining health in high-risk elderly. The menu on the application includes patient data, consultation page, examination results page, doctor data, patient data, type of disease, medical records, handling, complaints page, patient profile page, healthy food page. Furthermore, it makes it easier for families and hospitals to treat patients because there are medical record features and Android-based high-risk elderly patient monitoring features. Then the results of this study are smartphone-based health application technology for health surveillance applications in the elderly based on Android. The last is to make it easier for family members and the puskesmas in conducting health surveillance of the elderly

Abstract

Cultivation of food crops has a significant role in the lives of Indonesian citizens, especially to fulfill their daily food needs. Efforts to cultivate rice plants often face obstacles, one of which is in ensuring the suitability of the soil, therefore the determination of the land at the planting stage or the land to be selected is not suitable land (unproductive), so that agricultural yields will not be maximum and will cause losses (financial). which is pretty big. The goal to be obtained in the concept of a classification system for the level of feasibility of rice plant land is to make it easier for farmers, residents and governments to make decisions by determining the feasibility of rice plant land. The method used in the classification system for decision support is the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor testing methods for comparison in efficient decision making. In rice, it is adjusted by calculating the value of criteria such as land characteristics, namely air temperature, rainfall, humidity, soil texture, pH, drainage and soil height. The results help farmers to make it easier to analyze land conditions for rice plants and increase rice production yields in North Aceh Regency

Abstract

The audit at the SIPD Bappeda of Lokseumawe City must be reviewed to see the efficiency and integrity of the company, for that it is necessary to audit the Capability level of the SIPD Bappeda of Lokseumawe City. The SIPD Capability Level audit was conducted with the aim of mapping the Capability Level of the I&T service and support process at the Lokseumawe City Bappeda. This SIPD Capability Level audit uses the Cobit 2019 Domain APO (Align, Plan and Organize) framework with a capability level calculation so that based on the results, recommendations for strategic goals will be found for the company for further development. Based on the current capability level obtained, the overall value is 2.527 and is at level 2 capability, namely Managed Process, meaning that the Lokseumawe City Bappeda has reached the implementation process and will later be determined according to the implementation process that has been implemented in this process in accordance with the Align, Plan and Domain processes. Organized at COBIT 2019. The 2019 COBIT model is also considered to be able to handle changes in governance and I&T Management in the company well.
