Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pengaruh pendekatan kontekstual terhadap kemampuan penalaran ditinjau dari gaya kognitif peserta didik. Jenis penelitian Quasi Experiment dengan desain Faktorial  menggunakan uji analisis dua jalur dan uji Tukey. Metode pengumpulan data melalui pemberian tes kemampuan penalaran dan Group Embedded Figures Test (GEFT). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pembelajaran kontekstual subjek bergaya kognitif Field Independent menguasi lebih tiga dari empat indikator pemampuan penalaran matematis dengan nilai . Sementara pada pembelajaran langsung, subjek bergaya kognitif Field Independent hanya menguasi kurang tiga dari empat indikator kemampuan penalaran matematis dengan nilai nilai . Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh pendekatan kontekstual terhadap kemampuan penalaran peserta didik yang mempunyai gaya kognitif Field Independent.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang perbandingan model ARCH (1) dan GARCH (1,1) dengan melihat perilaku kurtosis dan fungsi autokorelasi baik secara analitik maupun menggunakan simulasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa secara analitik kedua model memiliki kurtosis lebih dari tiga yang berarti model tersebut merupakan model dengan distribusi ekor tebal serta kedua model tersebut mempunyai fungsi autokorelasi return kuadrat yang turun secara perlahan. Hasil simulasi numerik perbandingan MSE nilai kurtosis data dan kurtosis model menunjukkan bahwa model GARCH (1,1) memiliki MSE terkecil dengan nilai 3,702. Selanjutnya, hasil numerik perbandingan MSE untuk fungsi autokorelasi diperoleh GARCH (1,1) memiliki MSE terkecil pada dua data yaitu SMGR.JK dan JMSR.JK masing masing memiliki nilai 0,0025 dan 0,0015, sedangkan untuk data MNCN.JK MSE terkecilnya adalah model ARCH (1) dengan distribusi  dengan nilai 0,0048.

Abstract

Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) adalah salah satu penanda tingkat kesejahteraan petani. NTP yang tinggi akan mendorong kegairahan petani dalam berusaha tani sehingga dibutuhkan suatu peramalan dari NTP yang akan memberikan manfaat buat pemerintah daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan peramalan NTP dengan menggunakan hybrid model yaitu hybrid ARIMA-GARCH dan hybrid ARIMA-NN. Masing – masing model tersebut ditentukan model terbaik. Untuk model hybrid ARIMA-GARCH terbaik adalah model ARIMA (2,0,0)-GARCH (1,1). Sedangkan untuk model ARIMA-NN Terbaik adalah model ARIMA (2,0,0) dengan arsitektur NN (2-4-1). Dari Kedua model tersebut, diperoleh model ARIMA (2,0,0) - NN(2-4-1) merupakan model paling baik dengan nilai MAPE dan RMSE berturut-turut adalah untuk peramalan data NTP adalah 0.043831dan 4.651419.

Abstract

Media memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran khusus pelajaran matematika, dimana matematika membutuhkan pemahaman konsep , oleh karena itu media adalah solusinya, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi objektif media pembelajaran matematika yang ada di sekolah dasar negeri kecamatan luwuk utara. Dengan penelitian kualitatif deskriftif yaitu mendeskripsikan hasil yang diperoleh dari obeservasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata guru-guru yang mengajar di sekolah dasar khususnya SDN inpres Bunga, SDN Inpres Leoknyo, dan SDN salodik dalam pembelajaran matematika hanya menggunakan buku ajar dan papan tulis sebagai media pembelajaran, sehingga hasil yang ingin dicapai belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal yang telah ditetapkan di sekolah. Harapan dengan penelitian ini guru-guru mampu mengembangkan media sendiri sesuai materi yang diajarkan dan pemerintah dapat memberikan bantuan berupa media atau alat peraga yang dibutuhkan oleh sekolah

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pengembangan modul dan video pembelajaran matematika pada materi Dimensi Tiga. Pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ASSURE, yaitu Analyzer learner, State standards and objectives, Select strategies, Technology media and materials, Utilize technology, Require learner participation, dan Evaluate and revise. Kualitas modul dan video dalam pengembangan ini dilihat dari dua aspek yaitu validitas dan kepraktisan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi modul dan video, lembar angket respon peserta didik dan lembar angket respon guru. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan penilaian dari validator terhadap modul dan video memperoleh kriteria valid. Selanjutnya, penerapan modul dan video dalam pembelajaran mendapatkan respon positif dari guru dengan rata-rata persentase 86.08% dan respon positif dari peserta didik dengan rata-rata persentase 77.56%. Nilai rata-rata respon guru dan peserta didik ini menunjukkan kategori sangat baik, sehingga modul dan video dapat dikatakan memenuhi kriteria kepraktisan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa modul dan video pembelajaran memenuhi aspek valid dan praktis sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Social media is a means to interact with other people through sentences, pictures and videos online. Excessive use of social media has a negative impact on mental health. The grouping process in this study was carried out to see the level of social media use in Bone Bolango Regency. Before grouping, data pre-processing is carried out and the optimal number of clusters is determined using the Silhoutte index. The optimal cluster results obtained are two clusters for all methods. After that, grouping is done using Hierarchical Clustering and Non-Hierarchical Clustering Algorithms. The Hierarchical Clustering algorithm consists of two methods, namely the single linkage method and the complete linkage method. The Non-Hierarchical Clustering Algorithm consists of two methods, namely the K-Means and K-Medoids methods. The next step is to determine the best method using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). The smaller the DBI value, the better the method used. The smallest DBI value is obtained in the complete linkage method. The grouping results for cluster 1 consisted of 70 respondents and cluster 2 consisted of 80 respondents.

Abstract

People's welfare is the goal of the State of Indonesia which is contained in the official state document, namely the opening of the 1945 Constitution paragraph IV, this can be interpreted to enjoy an affluent life, free from poverty and is a human right for every citizen in Indonesia. The grouping process is carried out to see the level of people's welfare for each Regency/City in East Java. In this study, before grouping, the number of clusters was selected using the Elbow method. After that do the grouping with the K-Prototype Algorithm. Furthermore, using Kruskal Wallis and Chi-Square, the test was carried out to determine the variables that influence grouping. The results of the study obtained the 3 best clusters using the Elbow method, grouping with the K-Prototype Algorithm where cluster 1 consisted of 4 Regencies/Cities, Cluster 2 consisted of 18 Regencies/Cities and cluster 3 consisted of 16 Regencies/Cities. Furthermore, the results of Kruskal Wallis and Chi-Square get 4 influential variables in the grouping, the 4 variables are the Number of Poor Population, Expenditures Per Capita, Open Unemployment Rate and Sources of Water for Drinking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the professional competency of certified and non-certified junior high school math teachers in Gorontalo City and District regarding teaching motivation. This research is an ex post facto study using a treatment by level 2 x 2 research design. The research was conducted in junior high schools throughout the City and District of Gorontalo in the odd semester of the 2022-2023 school year. Research data were obtained from teacher professional competency test instruments in multiple choice and teaching motivation questionnaires. Data analysis used Two Way Analysis of Variance to test the research hypothesis and further tests were carried out using the Scheffe test. The study results show that: (1) The professional competence of certified teachers is higher than uncertified teachers. (2) There is an interaction effect between certification status and teaching motivation on the professional competence of teachers. (3) In the group of teachers who have high motivation to teach, the professional competence of certified teachers is higher than teachers who are not certified. (4) In the group of teachers who have low motivation to teach, the professional competence of certified teachers is lower than teachers who are not certified. This condition is influenced by several factors such as self-awareness, training activities that are more oriented towards increasing pedagogical competence, and the absence of evaluation activities for post-certification teachers.

Abstract

In the contemporary period, it is imperative for individuals to possess a repertoire of abilities encompassing problem-solving, critical thinking, and computational thinking. In contexts where challenges exhibit a growing level of intricacy and unpredictability. Efforts were made to improve these capabilities. Among them is the integration of learning in this modern curriculum. Mathematics is a branch of science that is expected to be a means for students to hone their abilities. The purpose of this study is to identify trends and research patterns published on the relationship between computational thinking and critical thinking dispositions in solving mathematical problems using bibliometric analysis. In addition, this article also encourages further research to explore various aspects related to the development of sustainable critical thinking and computational thinking in the context of problem-solving in mathematics learning. Data obtained from the Google Scholar database which has been refined with 4 stages (identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion). The results of the study show that 2020 is the year with the highest and most influential publications because it has the highest h-index value. The research focus related to this topic from 2013-2023 is divided into 4, namely, 1) problem, student, and critical thinking; 2) computational thinking, teacher; 3) mathematics and projects; 4) disposition and science. Project and critical thinking skills are novelty on this research topic.

Abstract

Business activities are mostly dominated by the community through the frame of Creative Economy and Micro, Small, and Menengan Enterprises. The choice of this frame is because the concept is simple and affordable, especially for the lower middle class. Home industry products in the framework of MSMEs play a major role in economic growth and employment. Problems for the creative economy and MSMEs include a lack of knowledge about the establishment of MSMEs, no permits, no branding, and the most important problem is digital marketing strategies. This is also found in Pelehu Village, Bilato District, with small household industries (MSMEs) starting to be developed but not yet using a digital business system, the appearance side of both Labeling, Packaging, and marketing is still relatively traditional and does not have a business license. To improve the economic self-sufficiency of business actors in Pelehu Village, Bilato District, Gorontalo Regency, the Thematic KKN implementation team by involving lecturers and students conducted socialization and training for MSME actors, housewives, and MSME observers. The main objectives of this Thematic KKN program are to assist MSMEs related to business licensing to obtain a Business Identification Number (BIN) to be legally legal; foster business actors to design MSME products and digital marketing systems; and involve students in guiding and motivating MSME actors. With the hope that it can independently encourage the economy in the Pelehu village area, Bilato District, Gorontalo Regency.
