Abstract

The education of Sharia financial literacy is becoming increasingly important in the context of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) in Indonesia as an effort to strengthen the understanding of teachers about the principles of Sharia finance and how to apply them in daily life. In Pesantren Mizanul Ulum Sanrobone Takalar, attention to Sharia financial literacy education requires special consideration. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to explore a community service program conducted to enhance the understanding of teachers in the pesantren regarding Sharia financial literacy. The research method used is a combination of observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to teachers in the pesantren. The research results indicate an urgent need for a better understanding of Sharia financial concepts and how to apply them in daily life. The implemented PkM program successfully improved the understanding of teachers regarding Sharia financial literacy and increased their confidence in viewing finances from a Sharia perspective.

Abstract

Purpose: The main purpose of the Community Service Activity (PKM) is to make a significant contribution to strengthening the character of teachers in the environment of Mizanul Ulum Sanrobone Islamic Boarding School, Takalar. The specific focus on "Strengthening Character Education" indicates that the activity aims to enhance the understanding and application of character values among boarding school teachers. Methodology: The implementation of this Community Service Activity (PkM) is carried out in several stages. First, a deep identification is conducted on the core values of character education that are the focus of improvement in the learning environment of Pesantren Mizanul Ulum Sanrobone Takalar. Results: The results of this Community Service Activity (PkM) not only serve as a starting point in improving teachers' understanding of character education concepts but also create a foundation for the implementation of character values in everyday learning. Through a quantitative approach, we can clearly observe positive changes in the understanding, attitudes, and willingness of the teachers. Limitations: The scope of this activity is limited to Mizanul Ulum Sanrobone Islamic Boarding School, Takalar. Therefore, the results may not be directly applicable to other boarding schools or different educational contexts. The research was conducted within a specific time frame, potentially limiting the ability to fully capture long-term changes. Contribution: This activity makes a significant contribution to strengthening the character of boarding school teachers, establishing a foundation for the implementation of character values in the curriculum and daily activities. The implementation plan derived from this activity serves as a guideline for teachers, providing practical guidance for integrating character education within the boarding school context.

Abstract

This research aims to gain a deep understanding of character education management and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Character Education Management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Mizanul Ulum. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection is conducted through in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including the school principal, teachers, and parents. Participatory observation is also carried out to understand the daily dynamics in the madrasah. Thematic analysis is applied to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in character education implementation. The results reveal that full involvement of the pesantren community such as regular meetings with parents and open classes for parents, integrated curriculum such as material development and collaborative projects in class, and active character guidance are the main supporting factors. Conversely, challenges from external environments, resource limitations, and technological impacts emerge as inhibiting factors. Wise and creative management steps in overcoming resource limitations, coupled with a prudent technological approach, have proven effective in maintaining focus on shaping students' characters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of students' character through Islamic Religious Education learning with the da'wah method in class VIII.1 of SMP Negeri 7 Makassar, teacher efforts in developing character, inhibiting factors, and out-of-class programs that support character development. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that students' characters experience positive changes, such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility, with discipline having the highest percentage (81.81%) and hard work the lowest (51.51%). Teachers try to instill character through the habituation of positive values. Inhibiting factors include lack of awareness, motivation to learn, and student responsibility. The supporting programs outside the classroom include Scouts, OSIS, RPM, English, Paskibra, and Football. This study concludes that the da'wah method is effective in shaping students' character gradually

Abstract

Examining how the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning paradigm might increase students' motivation to learn is the goal of this study. TGT is a cooperative learning approach that creates an engaging and dynamic learning environment by fusing group projects, instructional games, and competition activities. Classroom action research, or CAR, is the methodology used in this study. Students who had taken part in learning utilizing the TGT model were given learning motivation questionnaires as part of the data collection process. The data analysis's findings demonstrate that applying the TGT approach helps raise students' motivation for studying. This is demonstrated by the rise in motivation scores derived from the examined questionnaire data. As a result, the TGT model can be applied as a substitute for traditional teaching methods to boost students' willingness to learn, particularly in junior high school Islamic Religious Education courses.

Abstract

Mikroalga merupakan penghasil lipid yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai salah satu alternatif bahan baku pembuatan biodiesel. Mikroalga yang ada diperairan negara kita beragam jenisnya dan setiap jenis mikroalgaitu mempunyai karakteristik dinding sel yang berbeda sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitianyang berkelanjutan untuk mendapatkanekstrak lipid maksimal. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui effektifitas teknik pemecahan dinding sel dengan metode sonikasi pada ekstraksi asam lemak dari mikroalga nannochloropsis.

Abstract

The Background: Hormonal changes that occur in women during perimenopause and menopause can have various impacts on physical and psychological health. A lack of understanding of these changes can lead to unpreparedness in dealing with the symptoms that arise. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide education to premenopausal and menopausal women to better understand the hormonal changes that occur and strategies for managing them. The method used in this activity was direct counseling through seminars and interactive discussions. The material presented covered hormonal changes, their impact on health, and steps that can be taken to address the symptoms that arise. Evaluation was conducted using questionnaires before and after the activity to measure participants' understanding. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge of the hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause. Participants were also better prepared to deal with the symptoms that arise and understood the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In conclusion, education about hormonal changes in premenopause and menopause is crucial for increasing women's awareness and preparedness in facing this phase. Similar activities need to be continued to have a broader impact on improving the well-being of older women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran guru dan proses pembinaan karakter, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Al Amin Putra Gowa, Kelurahan Somba Opu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di pesantren Al Amin Putra Gowa telah menjalankan peranannya sebagai mursyid (uswah hasanah), orang tua, pembimbing, dan motivator dalam pembinaan karakter santri. Proses pembinaan karakter dilakukan melalui pendekatan taklim hayatussohabah, pembiasaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung dalam pembinaan karakter santri meliputi lingkungan pesantren yang kondusif, kualitas guru yang mumpuni, dan dukungan keluarga. Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya adalah kondisi santri yang beragam, terutama jika berasal dari latar belakang keluarga yang kurang mendukung, memiliki trauma psikologis, atau motivasi belajar yang rendah. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, pesantren perlu mengembangkan sistem asesmen awal yang komprehensif terhadap kondisi santri, mencakup aspek psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual. Dengan asesmen yang baik, pesantren dapat merancang program pembinaan karakter yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu santri.

Abstract

Untuk memperluas penggunaan teknologi dalam media pembelajaran pada matakuliah teknologi desain busana, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa video tutorial mendesain busana berbasis aplikasi ibis paint x. Dengan metode Research & Development (R&D) dan dipadukan dengan model pengembangan sistem pembelajaran Dick & Carey, penelitian ini mengembangan media yang layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai sumber belajar untuk tutorial mendesain busana pesta melalui aplikasi Ibis Paint X. Dengan subjek tes yang terdiri dari 5 mahasiswa tes individu, 10 mahasiswa tes kelompok kecil, dan 26 mahasiswa tes kelompok besar, serta 6 ahli sebagai validator materi, media dan desain pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) menghasilkan produk video tutorial mendesain busana pesta berbasis aplikasi Ibis Pain X yang layak digunakan dengan rata-rata persentase 89,08% dengan kategori “sangat baik”, kemudian pada uji coba kelompok memperoleh persentase 91,51% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. (2) keefektifan penggunaan produk yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar sebelum menggunakan dengan setelah menggunakan produk, hal ini berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari t^hitung>t^tabel atau 2,27>1,71088 dengan df= n-2 =24 diketahui bahwa hasil setelah menggunakan produk media pembelajaran berupa video tutorial yang dikembangkan efektif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi experiential learning sebagai metode pembelajaran yang berfokus pada pengalaman langsung dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas, yang melibatkan siswa sebagai subjek utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning  di sekolah alam mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif, keterampilan pemecahan masalah, serta pemahaman konseptual siswa. Proses pembelajaran yang melibatkan pengalaman langsung memberikan dampak positif pada motivasi belajar dan kemampuan refleksi siswa. Studi ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang pentingnya penerapan experiential learning dalam konteks pendidikan, terutama dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pendidik dalam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman yang efektif.Siswa dapat mengembangkan kesadaran tentang keberadaan dan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Mereka akan belajar tentang pentingnya keberlanjutan, pelestarian alam, dan tanggung jawab mereka sebagai bagian dari ekosistem. Beberapa alasan mengapa mengenalkan lingkungan sekitar itu penting meningkatkan kecerdasan dan pengetahuan,Membangun Rasa Cinta dan Peduli terhadap Alam, Meningkatkan Kesehatan Fisik dan Mental, Pengalaman Belajar yang Menyenangkan, Mengembangkan Keterampilan Sosial dan Emosional. Pendekatan berbasis experiental learning ini berperan penting dalam Pendidikan Lingkungan.
