Abstract

Implementing online learning amid the Covid-19 Pandemic has caused problems for teachers and students at the elementary school education unit level. This study aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the implementation of online learning. The approach used is descriptive and qualitative with the case study method. The results of this study are online learning conducted at SDN Harapan Jaya IX by using learning media in the form of videos and social media WhatsApp. The school made efforts to implement online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by providing teachers with training in using and using electronic media in learning. The availability of facilities and infrastructure to support online learning in schools has been fulfilled for teachers and students. The school has provided facilities in the form of Wifi, and an internet quota for teachers, so teachers do not spend their money buying packages. Furthermore, the evaluation of learning is carried out by giving assignments and evaluating the process of student activity during the online learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Berbagai kebijakan untuk menanggulangi pandemi Covid-19 dikeluarkan pemerintah. Sejak diumumkannya pada 2 Maret 2020 adanya warga Indonesia yang terpapaar Covid-19 telah merubah tatanan hidup di masyarakat, hingga saat ini. Tidak hanya pada sektor ekonomi yang berdampak, dalam bidang pendidikan pun telah melahirkan permasalahan baru sehingga mewajibkan proses pembelajaran guru dan siswa untuk sementara waktu dilakukan dari rumah. Hal demikian perlu dilaksanakan untuk meminimalisir kontak fisik secara massal, untuk dapat memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19, namun demikian, pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring rupanya menimbulkan permasalahan tersendiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah guna memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat terkait bagaimana proses pembelajaran selama masa Pandemi melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat serta memberikan solusi permasalahan pembelajaran jarak jauh khususnya bagi guru dan siswa yang mengalami beberapa kendala dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh, melalui media pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan). Metode dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan simulasi kepada guru dan siswa di SDN Harapan Jaya IX Bekasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memecahkan permasalahan pembelajaran jarak jauh selama masa pandemi Covid 19. Kata Kunci: Dinamika, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, Covid 19.  ABSTRACT The government has issued various policies to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. Since it was announced on March 2, 2020, the existence of Indonesian citizens who were exposed to Covid-19 has changed the order of life in society, until now. It is not only the economic sector that has an impact, but also in the education sector, new problems have emerged that require the learning process of teachers and students to be temporarily carried out from home. This needs to be done to minimize mass physical contact, to be able to break the chain of spreading the Covid-19 virus, however, the implementation of online learning seems to cause its own problems. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to the community regarding the learning process during the Pandemic through community service activities and provide solutions to distance learning problems, especially for teachers and students who experience some obstacles in distance learning, through online learning media (on the network). The method is carried out by providing counseling and simulations to teachers and students at SDN Harapan Jaya IX Bekasi. The results of this community service activity are in the form of knowledge and skills in solving distance learning problems during the Covid 19 pandemic. Keywords: Dynamics, Distance Learning, Covid 19

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam upaya menciptakan lingkungan sekolah ramah anak sebagai tempat belajar siswa di mana sekolah dapat memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman, menyenangkan dan sehat, tentu akan membuat anak kerasan di sekolah belajar dengan tenang. Mengingat beberapa waktu belakangan ini, banyak kasus kekerasan baik verbal maupun fisik terjadi pada anak di lingkungan sekolah, hal ini tentu saja menjadi kekhawatiran serius yang perlu segera diselesaikan dengan baik. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah guna memberikan edukasi kepada guru dan masyarakat terkait bagaimana pelaksanaan sekolah ramah anak melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan advokasi pemenuhan hak-hak anak melalui sekolah ramah anak. Metode dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan   simulasi kepada guru dan orang tua di SDN SETIAJAYA 02 Cabang Bungin Bekasi. Hasil dari kegiatan  pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dapat memberikan gambaran konseptual terkait Pemenuhan Hak-Hak Anak Melalui Sekolah Ramah Anak di SDN SETIAJAYA 02 Cabang Bungin Bekasi; memberikan gambaran teknis memahami permasalahan Pemenuhan Hak-Hak Anak Melalui Sekolah Ramah Anak di SDN SETIAJAYA 02 Cabang Bungin Bekasi; serta sebagai upaya solusi permasalahan para guru dalam mengatasi Pemenuhan Hak-Hak Anak Melalui Sekolah Ramah Anak di SDN SETIAJAYA 02 Cabang Bungin Bekasi. Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi, Advokasi, Sekolah Ramah Anak.  ABSTRACT In an effort to create a child-friendly school environment as a place for student learning where schools can provide a sense of security and comfort, fun and health, it will certainly make children feel at home in school to study quietly. Given that recently, many cases of verbal and physical violence have occurred in the school environment, this is of course a serious matter that needs to be resolved immediately. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to teachers and the community regarding how to implement child-friendly schools through socialization and fulfillment of children's rights through child-friendly schools. The method is carried out by providing counseling and simulations to teachers and parents at SDN SETIAJAYA 02 Cabang Bungin Bekasi. The results of this community service activity are able to provide a conceptual picture related to the Fulfillment of Children's Rights through Child Friendly Schools at SDN SETIAJAYA 02 Cabang Bungin Bekasi; Technical description of understanding the problem of Fulfilling Children's Rights Through Child Friendly Schools at SDN SETIAJAYA 02 Cabang Bungin Bekasi, as well as an effort to solve the problems of teachers in overcoming the Fulfillment of Children's Rights through Child Friendly Schools at SDN SETIAJAYA 02 Cabang Bungin Bekasi. Keywords: Socialization, Advocacy, Child Friendly Schools.

Abstract

Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu dari program MBKM yang dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk berinovasi, berkreatifitas, serta mengembangkan kemandirian dalam mencari dan menemukan pengetahuan pada saat praktek langsung. Kondisi literasi dan numerasi yang masih rendah di beberapa sekolah, di perlukan suatu program yang sudah digegas oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan melalui Program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan. Melalui program Kampus Mengajar diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi untuk tantangan yang sedang di hadapi. Hasil dari program ini yaitu Menumbuhkan rasa empati untuk mahasiswa mengenai permasalahan pendidikan di lingkungan sekitar, memberikan peluang untuk mahasiswa dalam memperoleh pengetahuan yang belum diajarkan diperkuliahan. Salah satunya dapat beradaptasi di lingkungan baru, mengetahui karakter setaip siswa, berkomunikasi dengan guru, siswa dan warga sekolah. Meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi di sekolah penempatan baik SD/SMP guna menghasilkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas pada bidang pendidikan. Meningkatkan adaptasi teknologi bagi siswa dan guru agar mampu menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi yang berkembang sangat pesat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keharusan dan kemungkinan pendidikan dalam konteks merdeka belajar serta paradigma pembelajaran abad 21, yang meliputi; keharusan pendidikan, kemungkinan di didik, tut wuri handayani, konsep naturalisme, nativisme, empirisme, konvergensi, merdeka belajar, serta paradigma pembelajaran abad 21 guna memenuhi ketentuan dan keharusan pembelajaran abad 21 dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang menggambarkan secara jelas dimensi-dimensi korelatifitas-sinergisitas mengenai Keharusan Dan Kemungkinan Pendidikan Dalam Konteks Merdeka Belajar Serta Paradigma Pembelajaran Abad 21 secara objektif yang menggambarkan keadaan subjek/objek berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang diteliti.

Abstract

The partner in this program is the Jakarta Class IISpecial Child Development Institute (LPKA) located at JalanRaya Gandul, Cinere, South Jakarta, which is a place forchildren who are undergoing the justice process or serving acriminal term. Prisoners in the correctional process need to payattention to their rights, and need to be given legal protection.Article 85 of the SPPA Law states that Special ChildDevelopment Institutions (LPKA) are obliged to provideeducation, training, skills, guidance and fulfilment of otherrights, in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations.LPKA students have the same information needs, because LPKAstudents or child prisoners are part of society who will return tosociety after serving their sentence. By providing the informationthey need, it will help them to socialize it back into society,becoming better citizens for themselves and the widercommunity. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to planfun learning media that can improve the soft skills of LPKAstudents, create a pleasant learning atmosphere, therebyincreasing the quality of students' knowledge and insight. Apartfrom that, it is necessary to carry out training in developingdiverse learning resources in the form of simple learning media,so that with this training, LPKA students can continue to innovatein creating a pleasant learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Purpose The research aims to find out how the situation of the association in shaping education both in social situations and education in elementary schools.MethodologyThe research methodology used is Descriptive Qualitative Research, intending to obtain an overview of the correlative dimensions of the synergism of social situations and educational situations in elementary schools, with the hope of developing substantive thinking as a whole (not dichotomous and partial). The data collection techniques used include: First, Observation, ; Second, interviews; Third, literature; Fourth, Documentation.FindingsWhen it comes to social situations and educational situations, educators, including teachers as educators at school, need to keep in mind carefully so that they can place themselves in the correct position in every situation that may be encountered in carrying out their duties as a teacher/educator. A teacher must know when he is just hanging out with his students and when he is educating or being an educator. In order not to act wrongly because, for ordinary people, the two situations are the same, and call them by the same name.ImplicationNo two children are identical in this world. In social situations, children get the opportunity to express what they live. Children can freely and spontaneously express their thoughts, feelings, and desires. Children can develop their personality with the opportunity to act and behave as he wants. On the one hand, children do feel dependent on adults, but on the other hand, children want to gain freedom or independence. This desire can be obtained by children in the association.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui urgensi pancasila dalam pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, yang meliputi fungsi dan kedudukan pancasila pada generasi penerus bangsa. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor serta fungsi dan  kedudukan Pancasila dalam pendidikan saat ini, dan khususnya di masa mendatang. Data yang disajikan berasal dari survei literatur dan tinjauan literatur dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Metode yang dipakai adalah  metode kualitatif dari kajian literature. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kajian literatur bahwa Pancasila sangat penting bagi pendidikan generasi muda saat ini karena dapat membantu mereka tetap dekat dengan budaya mereka sendiri dan memberi mereka kesempatan untuk berpikir dan bertindak sesuai dengan makna Pancasila dan kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: Pancasila, Pendidikan, Fungsi, Kedudukan AbstractThe goal of this study is to ascertain the necessity of Pancasila in Indonesian basic education, including Pancasila's role and place in the country's next generation. The role of Pancasila in education today, and particularly in the future, is examined in this study together with other issues. The information supplied was obtained through a literature study and literature survey of several pertinent sources. A qualitative method based on a literature study was employed. According to the findings of the literature review, Pancasila is crucial for the education of today's youth because it can help them stay connected to their culture and provide them the chance to think and behave in ways that are consistent with its meaning and daily life.Keywords: Pancasila, Education,  Function, Position

Abstract

The importance of maritime development legal politics is because the Indonesian nation until now has not had a national policy on the development of an integrated archipelagic state, weak understanding and awareness of Indonesia as an archipelagic state, has not set the boundaries of territorial waters even though the territorial waters, weak defense and state resilience from the seaside. Based on these problems, efforts to protect and ensure state security by sea are absolute. How is the legal politics of maritime development within the boundaries of territorial waters in Indonesia and how the enforcement of maritime law in Indonesian maritime waters is related to the country's maritime security? This research uses empirical juridical research methods, through tracing and reviewing secondary data, in the form of laws and regulations, academic manuscripts, policy recommendations, and scientific works of experts in the field of maritime development. The results of the discussion of the internationally recognized politics of maritime development law are very important, as a rule that can be used as a reference, especially by countries that have ratified it in determining maritime policy. The government has set various development policies and development of the maritime sector and is still weak in consistency and priority of implementation of these programs. Law enforcement in the maritime sector of Indonesia related to state maritime security is indispensable for the implementation of state maritime security in inland waters, archipelagic waters, Indonesian territorial seas, sea lanes, straits for international shipping of the Indonesian continental shelf, EEZ, and additional zones due to various forms of threats and threats to the Indonesian sea which has abundant natural resource potential and geographical position and strategic geopolitics.

Abstract

In the manufacturing industry that is currently growing rapidly, PT Dalim Fideta Kornesia must be able to survive and continue to compete in improving the quality of products and services provided so that it can compete with competitors in reaching customers. Companies that produce wigs must continue to try to provide solutions that are requested by customers. Not a few diverse demands make companies have to innovate more in meeting customer needs. This study aims to find out how the marketing communication strategy carried out by PT Dalim Fideta Kornesia in maintaining customer loyalty. In a company, customer loyalty has an important role and is the main goal of a company. Therefore, companies need an effective marketing communication strategy to maintain customer loyalty. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data analysis is carried out using triangulation techniques to confirm the results of in-depth interviews related to findings or phenomena that occur in the field. The results of this study reveal that marketing communication in creating customer loyalty are carried out by maintaining product quality and improving customer service to customers regarding complaints, criticisms, and suggestions as well as providing solutions and meeting customer needs and desires for products. The demand for the use of technology is also a concern for the Marketing Division to design and process messages through various media, especially social media
