Abstract

Rendahnya minat menulis pada siswa kelas IV SDN Sukamaju 03 dalam menulis karangan deskripsi salah satunya di akibatkan kurangnya konsentrasi anak, tidak tertariknya siswa terhadap pembelajaran, dan minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karangan deskripsi menggunakan media gambar berseri berbasis (Power Point). Metode pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang di kemukakan oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua Siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 3 pertemuan. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari beberapa tahapan yaitu Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan tindakan, Observasi dan Refleksi. Tahap perkembangan siswa dapat di lihat, dan diukur mulai dari tahap prasiklus, jumlah siswa yang tuntas 7 orang dengan nilai presentase 24%, terdapat kenaikan nilai pada Siklus I berjumlah 12 siswa tuntas dengan peresentase 41 % dan pada Siklus II berjumlah 24 siswa dengan nilai presentase 83 % yang diharapkan benar – benar menerapkan media pembelajaran gambar berseri berbasis Power Point di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas dasar urgensi internalisasi nilai-nilai ecopreneurship dalam seluruh interverensi pendidikan secara kreatif. Salah satu pembelajaran yang dapat dipilih dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai ecopreneurship pada diri siswa adalah pembelajaran menulis sastra. Design thinking menjadikan prinsip kemanusiaan sebagai landasan dalam setiap sintaknya dan hal ini sejalan dengan hakikat pembelajaran sastra sebagai bentuk mediumisasi upaya memanusikan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh design thinking berbasis ecopreneurship terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa PGSD dalam menulis sastra anak. Hal ini dikarenakan pentingnya mahasiswa PGSD sebagai calon guru memiliki kreativitas dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai ecoprenurship pada siswanya di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan sempel penelitian sebanyak 60 mahasiswa Jurusan PGSD Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar pada mahasiswa pendekatan design thinking berbasis ecopreneurship lebih baik daripada mahasiswa yang belajar menggunakan pendekatan konvensional dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi anak. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sarana edukasi bagi mahasiswa PGSD dalam mengenalkan model design thinking berbasis ecopreneurship sebagai model pembelajaran yang inovatif dan futuristik.

Abstract

In the manufacturing industry that is currently growing rapidly, PT Dalim Fideta Kornesia must be able to survive and continue to compete in improving the quality of products and services provided so that it can compete with competitors in reaching customers. Companies that produce wigs must continue to try to provide solutions that are requested by customers. Not a few diverse demands make companies have to innovate more in meeting customer needs. This study aims to find out how the marketing communication strategy carried out by PT Dalim Fideta Kornesia in maintaining customer loyalty. In a company, customer loyalty has an important role and is the main goal of a company. Therefore, companies need an effective marketing communication strategy to maintain customer loyalty. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data analysis is carried out using triangulation techniques to confirm the results of in-depth interviews related to findings or phenomena that occur in the field. The results of this study reveal that marketing communication in creating customer loyalty are carried out by maintaining product quality and improving customer service to customers regarding complaints, criticisms, and suggestions as well as providing solutions and meeting customer needs and desires for products. The demand for the use of technology is also a concern for the Marketing Division to design and process messages through various media, especially social media

Abstract

The growing demands of the digital era call for early mastery of digital literacy among students, including at the elementary level. Despite this need, many young learners still struggle to engage with technology for meaningful literacy activities. This article examines the integration of the Let’s Read digital reading application in supporting digital literacy development among sixth-grade students at SDN Sukamantri 01 Tambelang. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, data were collected from six students and one classroom teacher through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The results indicate that the use of Let’s Read contributes positively to students' digital literacy, particularly in reading comprehension, independent information-seeking, and reading motivation. Key enabling factors include access to devices, school-level support, and the app’s user-friendly features. Conversely, implementation is hindered by limited digital competence among teachers, unstable internet connections, and the lack of digital material integration into lessons. The study recommends structured digital literacy training for educators and improved school infrastructure to enhance the sustainability of digital-based learning.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education in elementary schools (SD) is a primary focus in the effort to create superior human resources. One effective strategy that is relevant to modern times is data-driven educational leadership, where strategic decisions are made based on accurate and relevant data analysis, not just on intuition. This research aims to explore the implementation, effectiveness, and challenges of data-driven leadership in improving the quality of education in elementary schools. The method used is a literature review, analyzing various literature, scientific journals, and documents related to educational leadership, data-based decision making, and quality improvement at the elementary school level. Data was collected systematically, followed by analysis to identify relevant patterns, findings, and best practices. The results show that data-driven leadership allows principals and teachers to identify areas needing improvement, design targeted interventions, and monitor student progress more objectively. This implementation has a positive impact on increasing student learning outcomes, improving learning effectiveness, and developing teacher competencies. However, its implementation faces challenges, such as a lack of data analysis skills, limited infrastructure, and resistance to changes in work culture. Data-driven leadership is a powerful approach for continuously improving educational quality in elementary schools. To maximize its potential, adequate training for educators, the provision of a reliable data management system, and full support from all stakeholders are needed. This approach can help elementary schools make more precise and evidence-based decisions, thus creating a higher-quality learning environment.

Abstract

This study explores how digital communication contributes to literacy development and school readiness through the lens of Deep Learning in early childhood education in Indonesia. Using Media Richness Theory as the theoretical lens, this study employed a qualitative phenomenological methodology to explore how digital communication through the use of a tablet-based learning application foster literacy development and school readiness through Deep Learning in early childhood education. Data were collected through classroom observations, in‑depth interviews and open‑ended questionnaires distributed to teachers, principals, and school operators of early childhood centers in Bekasi that had adopted a of tablet-based digital learning program. Thematic analysis showed that multimodal features and immediate feedback from the application enhanced children’s engagement and motivation, while infrastructural barriers such as limited devices and uneven teacher competence restricted implementation. Evidence of Deep Learning was observed in children’s persistence, creativity, collaboration, and intrinsic motivation, with some transferring digital concepts into everyday contexts. School readiness improved both cognitively, through literacy and numeracy gains, and socio‑emotionally, through patience, turn‑taking, and confidence. The findings highlight the importance of combining digital tools with conventional pedagogy, ensuring equitable access to devices, strengthening teacher professional development, and involving parents to reinforce home–school connections. Digital communication, when intentionally integrated, can serve as a pathway to Deep Learning and school readiness in early childhood education.

Abstract

The development of empathy and self-regulation in elementary school students is a major urgency in responding to the socio-emotional challenges of contemporary education. This study aims to explore the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) based on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) as a transformative approach in shaping students' emotional skills. Using a qualitative method with a case study design, this study involved fourth-fifth grade students, teachers, and parents through observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and exploratory questionnaires. The results show that the application of AR with interactive socio-emotional scenarios can stimulate empathy, increase self-awareness, and develop emotional regulation strategies through immersive experiences. AR acts as an affective medium that strengthens reflective and embodied learning, enabling students to experience and understand emotional dynamics in complex social situations. This study confirms that the effectiveness of AR-SEL learning is highly dependent on the quality of instructional design and teacher competence in facilitating socio-emotional values digitally. Therefore, support for educators' digital-affective literacy and the integration of a character-oriented curriculum are essential prerequisites. These findings conclude that the AR-SEL learning model has great potential to integrate cognitive and affective dimensions simultaneously in basic education.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore the phenomenon of language variation usage on Instagram social media among university students from a sociolinguistic perspective. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method. Data were obtained from captions or written expressions found on the Instagram accounts of students. Data collection was conducted through documentation, observation, and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was conducted by categorizing the language variations according to Martin Joos's classification and additional classifications due to the large number of findings that could not be categorized under Joos’s model. The results of the study revealed that the language variations used by students include: (1) intimate style, (2) casual style, (3) consultative style, (4) formal style, (5) frozen style, (6) words with shifted meanings (association), (7) words with elided vowels, (8) words formed through improvisation of base words, and (9) newly created words formed by the creativity of Instagram users.
