Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan isu kesehatan masyarakat yang penting dimana jarang menyebabkan gejala nyata pada kesehatan fungsional pasien. Hipertensi merupakan faktor resiko utama pada penyakit jantung coroner, gagal jantung serta stroke. Faktor penyebab terjadinya hipertensi adalah umur, jenis kelamin, Riwayat keluarga, genetic, kebiasaan merokok, obesitas, kurang aktivitas fisik, stress, dan penggunaan esterogen. Saat ini teknologi semakin berkembang. Dalam konteks perkembangan teknologi, komunitas medis diberikan kemudahan dengan adanya solusi berbasis teknologi. Salah satu di antaranya adalah program yang memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan untuk deteksi penyakit hipertensi, dengan implementasi dalam bidang kecerdasan mesin (machine learning). Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan aplikasi yang dapat membantu para profesional medis, terutama dokter dan rumah sakit, dalam mendiagnosis penyakit hipertensi dengan tingkat akurasi yang optimal. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu decision tree dan random forest. tTahapannya meliputi pemrosesan ulang data hingga evaluasi. Metode decision tree menghasilkan akurasi mencapai 100%, dan hasil yang sama juga diperoleh dari metode random forest. Dengan keduanya meraih akurasi maksimal, penelitian ini memperkuat kemampuan kedua metode tersebut dalam mendiagnosis serta mengelola penyakit hipertensi secara efektif

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari Kaggle, yang terdiri dari 32,581 baris dan 12 kolom, untuk mengembangkan model prediksi kelayakan kredit. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kelayakan kredit dan mengembangkan model yang akurat dalam memprediksi apakah seorang peminjam layak atau tidak menerima kredit. Penelitian melibatkan langkah-langkah pra-pemrosesan data, termasuk imputasi missing value dan penanganan outlier, serta pembagian dataset menjadi data latih dan data uji. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model mencapai akurasi sebesar 93,28%, dengan parameter terbaik 'max_depth': 30, 'min_samples_leaf': 1, 'min_samples_split': 2, dan 'n_estimators': 100. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman kelayakan kredit dan pengembangan model prediksi yang dapat digunakan oleh lembaga keuangan untuk pengambilan keputusan kredit yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a very dangerous disease. It is considered as one of the most serious threats to women's health. To treat breast cancer, surgery and chemotherapy are two common approaches. It is important to diagnose breast cancer early to minimize the severity and increase the chance of cure. This study aims to classify breast cancer diagnoses using Logistic Regression. The data used is secondary data downloaded from Kaggle.com totaling 569 records. The data is processed through encoding to change the data type into numeric. Data must also go through outlier handling to remove the same data or excess data that does not match the z-score requirements. Then the data that is ready to be processed is then divided into training and testing data with a ratio of 70%: 30%. This study produces an accuracy rate of 98% on the prediction of breast cancer patients after classification modeling and model testing using the confusion matrix method.

Abstract

This research is to design a web-based community service system application (SIMPELMASWEB) which aims to help parties related to the Pogar – Bangil sub-district in providing services so that services become more effective and efficient. The research model used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), there are several stages carried out as follows: (1) Planning a Requirement, (2) Application System Design, (3) Process of developing and collecting feedback, (4) Implementation and completion of the product From the results of this research which have been tested, it shows that the SIMPELMASWEB application can be used according to its function so that it makes it easier for related parties to serve the Pogar community efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

Kolega Coffee is one of the coffee shops that sells a variety of coffee variants and other menus. The sold menus will be recorded in the sales system for the sales report. The increasing number of visitors generates a lot of sales transaction data. And the data only serves as sales reports and archives. However, if the data is processed further, it will acquire new information for decision-making in business strategy. The research aims to find menus that are often purchased simultaneously through sales transaction data from January to June 2023 using a priori algorithm whose rule has the advantage of being able to know patterns of purchasing products at the same time. by defining frequent itemsets that are useful to form association rules. The results of this study resulted in five association rules from 1917 sales transaction data. For example, if someone buys onion rings, they're also likely to buy a mix platter with a 38.33% confidence rate. This study can give advice for business strategies to coffee colleagues for example for promotion of menu packages or other discounts.

Abstract

Indonesia with its rich cultural diversity, certainly results in the existence of various languages in it. In the dialect of a region, there are letter symbols that represent the expression of the region's unique language. One example of a language that shows unique characteristics in its writing system is Bima, known as the Bima script. Bima script, or often referred to as Mbojo script, is a writing system traditionally used in the Bima region, located in West Nusa Tenggara Province. Bima script is still not widespread among the public, so it is important to preserve it as part of the cultural heritage of the Mbojo tribe. This research aims to train a computer to recognize Bima characters. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method is used in this research to recognize Bima script handwriting. The dataset used consists of 2640 images of Bima script handwriting with 22 classes. The results showed a reliable performance of the CNN model, with an accuracy of 97,34%, precision 97,56%, recall 97,34%, and f1-score 97,31% on the test data.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini adalah tahap awal yang krusial dalam perkembangan anak. Kualitas guru di Playgroup dan TK memegang peranan penting dalam proses perkembangan ini. Meskipun standar kompetensi untuk guru telah ditetapkan, banyak dari mereka yang masih belum memenuhi standar tersebut dalam praktiknya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Playgroup dan TK ABA 1 Gedangan Sidoarjo dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat memberikan pengalaman yang berarti bagi siswa dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan SDG’s pendidikan berkualitas. Pendekatan yang diterapkan meliputi ceramah, latihan pembuatan media pembelajaran, dan peer teaching dengan menggunakan media yang telah dibuat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang inovatif serta peningkatan kreativitas guru setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Abstract

The use of technology in the early childhood learning process is rarely found despite the numerous benefits it offers. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the "Jelajah Alam" application in enhancing children's cognitive abilities. Research utilized quantitavive quasi-experimental : one sample pre-test post-test design. Research sample consisted of 19 kindergarten children selected through purposive sampling technique. Data measurement used was Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Testand Coloured Progressive Matrices Test. Data analysis use Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Findings revealed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test score after implementing the "Jelajah Alam" application. Results indicated that the use of the application was effective in improving children's cognitive abilities. Results suggest that by playing “Jelajah Alam” application, enhance their cognitive ability based on their developmental phase. Result imply that by using technology, Parents and teacher have additional fun alternative to enhance their children cognitive ability.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus ditandai dengan hiperglikemia yang disebabkan oleh pankreas yang tidak dapat memproduksi insulin dengan baik. Diabetes memiliki gejala tahap awal yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur seseorang terprediksi Diabetes Mellitus atau tidak. Berdasarkan data Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sidoarjo, kasus Diabetes menginjak urutan keempat terbanyak dari 10 penyakit terbesar yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sidoarjo. Data yang digunakan merupakan data pada tahun 2022–2023 dengan atribut yang terpilih. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeteksi dini gejala awal Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 dimana terdapat 5 tanda yang terdeteksi sangat akurat. Anotasi data dilakukan oleh tenaga paramedis yang kompeten di bidangnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode klasifikasi ensemble learning dengan alat bantu Rapidminer untuk dan melakukan uji training dan uji testing dengan perbandingan 60:40 pada operator split data serta menambah performance untuk menghasilkan nilai akurasi. Hasil yang didaptakan berupa hasil evaluasi dengan tingkat akurasi Random Forest 87.30% yang dimana tingkat akurasi tersebut dapat dikateogorikan sebagai excellent classification.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) play a significant role in the economy but often face challenges in marketing their products broadly. Marketing is a crucial aspect in the development of UMKM, especially in today's digital era. However, many UMKM still encounter obstacles in reaching a wider market due to limitations in traditional marketing methods. Toko A’saul, an UMKM business, uses a website-based information system for marketing its products, which effectively enhances its marketing reach and product competitiveness. Website-based marketing positively impacts the increase in sales and market reach of UMKM. Additionally, this system enables UMKM to better compete with larger businesses in the digital market. Through the implementation of a website-based marketing platform, UMKM are expected to maximize their potential in attracting new customers, expanding market share, and improving overall business performance. Moreover, this platform enhances customer satisfaction by offering a better shopping experience and more responsive services.
