Abstract

PT Tunas Dwipa Matra (TDM) Honda Raden Intan has problems monitoring motorcycle sales data, especially in the Digital Marketing Division, the Digital Marketing Division is a division that promotes sales through social media such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The Digital Marketing Division has several positions such as Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader and Sales Sales. Every day the Supervisor and Team Leader are required to send a sales report to the Manager via Whatsapp then Sales send a report to the Supervisor and Team Leader respectively via Whatsapp as well. Reports sent such as how many sales today, what units sold, types of credit or cash sales and problems in the sales process. The website-based motorcycle sales monitoring information system is expected that sales data in the Digital Marketing Division will be stored properly, and can be needed at any time, because sales data has been systemized. Then in order to make it easier to determine the amount of stock that must be provided, a sales forecasting method is needed so that it can be a consideration for companies in procuring stock inventory in the future.

Abstract

Problems in the selection of fish feed suppliers there is no model of a decision support system in assessing supplier performance based on purchase transactions made. This study aims to apply the SWARA method in weighting the criteria used in selecting the best fish feed suppliers and then using the MAUT method to determine the best fish feed suppliers. Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) is a sophisticated and systematic decision-making framework, designed to deal with complexity and uncertainty in the context of multi-criteria evaluation. Weighting in the Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method plays a key role in assigning relative values to the criteria used for multi-criteria decision making. The results of the fish feed supplier selection ranking show that the first rank with a total final utility value of 0.5795 was obtained by Supplier 3, the second rank with a total final utility value of 0.5275 was obtained by Supplier 8, and the third rank with a total final utility value of 0.3865 was obtained by Supplier 6.

Abstract

The selection of the best reseller is a crucial aspect in a company's distribution strategy. This process involves a careful assessment of a number of criteria, including previous sales performance, reputation, financial capability, geographic location, and quality of customer service. The problem in choosing the best reseller is that there is no system used in determining the best reseller, even though there are criteria used in determining the best reseller. This study aims to select the best resellers by applying a decision support system model using the TOPSIS method, so that it can help companies determine the best resellers who will help the sustainability of the company's sales performance. The ranking results of the best resellers based on the TOPSIS method show rank 1 with a final value of 0.5845 obtained by Reseller E, rank 2 with a final value of 0.5838 obtained by Reseller G, and rank 3 with a final value of 0.5612 obtained by Reseller J. The ranking of the best resellers not only provides an in-depth view of the performance of business partners, but also becomes a foundation for companies to optimize distribution strategies and increase market share.

Abstract

The selection process for teacher candidates is a critical step in ensuring the quality of quality education for students. In addition to assessing academic qualifications such as educational background and work experience, selection should also consider aspects such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to manage classes, and dedication to the education profession. The main problem in the selection of teacher candidates is the difficulty in assessing qualitative aspects such as teaching skills, interpersonal communication, and leadership. The purpose of the research on the application of the combination of SWARA and MAUT methods in the selection of teacher candidate admissions is to develop a more effective and comprehensive approach in the selection process for teacher candidate admission. By combining the SWARA and MAUT methods, this study is to improve the objectivity and accuracy of assessment of teacher candidates based on established criteria. In addition, this study is also to understand the implications of the combination of these two methods on the final decision in the selection of teacher candidates, as well as to provide a strong theoretical foundation to improve the HR selection process in the field of education. The ranking results showed that the first highest score of 0.7043 was obtained by GY candidates and was entitled to 1st place, the second highest score of 0.5804 was obtained by AJ candidates and was entitled to 2nd place, and the third highest score of 0.5365 was obtained by MS candidates and was entitled to 3rd place in the selection of teacher candidate admissions. The results of ranking using a combination of SWARA and MAUT methods are recommendations for schools in the selection of teacher candidates.

Abstract

Choosing the right restaurant for your food is a decision that can affect your overall culinary experience. In this study, the data used is data from TripAdvisor in the form of ratings and ratings of restaurants in Lampung. The data taken is the top 5 ranking data in tripadvisor which will be an analysis in providing restaurant recommendations based on the rating data on the website. The ranking results using the SAW method Rank 1 was obtained by Square Restaurant with a final score of 0.895. The ranking results using the WP Rank 1 method were obtained by Square Restaurant with a final score of 0.203427. The ranking results using the TOPSIS method Rank 1 were obtained by Pempek 123 with a final value of 0.580511982. The results of a comparative analysis of SAW, WP, or TOPSIS depend on the complexity of the decision, user preferences, and the specific characteristics of the decision-making problem at hand. SAW lends itself to simple decision, WP provides greater flexibility on weight handling, and TOPSIS can provide more in-depth analysis by considering both positive and negative ideal matrices.

Abstract

Three Star Hotels are lodging places that offer the perfect balance between comfort, adequate facilities, and affordable prices. With a friendly atmosphere and professional service, the hotel welcomes guests from various backgrounds warmly. One of the problems in choosing a Three Star Hotel is confusion due to variations in quality and facilities among hotels that have similar ratings. Although they share the same categories, the standards and services offered can vary greatly. This can make potential guests find it difficult to choose the right hotel that suits their preferences and needs. In addition, some hotels may not meet guest expectations due to issues such as poor cleanliness or facilities that do not function properly, which can generate dissatisfaction. The combination of Entropy weighting and the Combine Compromise Solution method can be a powerful approach in providing three-star hotel recommendations to potential guests. By combining these two methods, it can produce more informed and objective three-star hotel recommendations. Entropy weighting helps in assessing the relative importance of each criterion, while the Combine Compromise Solution allows us to reach a compromise solution that blends different preferences and criteria. The result is recommendations that are more accurate and tailored to potential guests' needs and preferences. The recommendation results showed that AN Hotel with a value of 1,782 got 1st place, AL Hotel with 1.271 got 2nd place, and YN Hotel with 1,145 got 3rd rank.

Abstract

A salesperson is an individual who is responsible for selling a company's products or services to customers, either directly or through various marketing channels. The main problem in determining the best salesperson is often related to the complexity of assessing various aspects of performance comprehensively and fairly. While metrics such as sales volume are easy to measure, other important aspects such as the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, customer satisfaction, and contribution to team dynamics are more difficult to measure objectively. The purpose of this study was to combine LOPCOW and MOORA in the performance appraisal of salespeople. This study aims to address several challenges associated with the assessment of sales force performance, including heteroscedasticity in sales data and complexity in evaluating relevant multi-criteria criteria. By integrating LOPCOW to manage heteroscedasticity in sales data and MOORA to consider various aspects of sales force performance, resulting in a weighting method that can provide more accurate and comprehensive performance appraisals. The results of the salesperson performance ranking the 1st rank with the final value of MOORA 0.35861 with the name Salesperson HS, the 2nd rank with the final value of MOORA 0.34241 with the name Salesperson FT, and the 3rd rank with the final value of MOORA 0.3347 with the name Salesperson TS.

Abstract

PT Dwi Karya Makmur merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan jagung, perusahaan ini memiliki 20 karyawan tetap. Sistem absensi karyawan yang ada pada PT Dwi Karya Makmur masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu menandatangani lembar absensi. Berdasarkan proses yang berjalan terdapat kendala yaitu kurang akuratnya data dikarenakan terkadang karyawan mengabsenkan teman karyawannya dikarenakan masih dilakukan manual. Membuang waktu ± 25 menit dalam merekap laporan absensi dikarenakan harus melihat lembar absensi satu persatu. Pada penelitian bertujuan untuk membuat dan merancang sistem informasi absensi karyawan dimulai dari metode pengumpulan data (wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi) menggunakan metode pengembangan prototype, pembuatan rancangan sistem menggunakan UML dengan model perancangan Usecase Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram. Hasil pengujian ISO 25010 yang telah dilakukan dengan melibatkan 3 responden bahwa kesimpulan kualitas kelayakan perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan memiliki presentase keberhasilan dengan total rata-rata 89.91%. Abstract

Reseller terbaik adalah individu atau perusahaan yang mampu memberikan pelayanan prima dengan menawarkan produk berkualitas tinggi, harga yang kompetitif, serta pengalaman pelanggan yang memuaskan. Masalah dalam pemilihan reseller terbaik sering kali terkait dengan kesulitan dalam menilai kinerja dan potensi reseller secara objektif. Salah satu masalah utama adalah kurangnya data yang akurat dan terperinci mengenai performa reseller, seperti tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, kecepatan pengiriman, atau kemampuan untuk memenuhi target penjualan. Selain itu, ketergantungan pada hubungan personal atau preferensi subjektif dalam memilih reseller dapat menyebabkan bias, dengan kombinasi CRITIC dan MAIRCA menggunakan mampu meminimalkan bias subjektivitas dalam pembobotan kriteria, sehingga menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih objektif dan akurat. Tujuan penelitian dari Kombinasi Metode Pembobotan CRITIC dan MAIRCA untuk penentuan reseller terbaik adalah untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memilih reseller terbaik secara objektif dan akurat. Melalui kombinasi kedua metode ini, penelitian ini dapat mengurangi bias dalam penilaian dan memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih transparan dan akurat mengenai reseller yang terbaik, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang paling relevan dalam pemilihan. Hasil perankingan reseller terbaik didapat oleh Reseller F memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,09, menjadikannya reseller terbaik dalam evaluasi ini. Di posisi kedua adalah Reseller D dengan nilai 0,0693, diikuti oleh Reseller C dengan nilai 0,0642.

Abstract

The performance of the sales team is one of the important indicators of a company's success, which is measured through the achievement of sales targets, negotiation skills, and efficiency in managing customer relationships. Problems in the appraisal of sales team performance often arise due to various factors that affect objectivity and fairness in evaluation. One of the main problems is the lack of consistent assessment standards, where each team member may be assessed with different assessment opinions, leading to bias in evaluation results. The application of the Root Assessment Method and ROC Weighting in the performance evaluation of the sales team is an innovative and effective approach to improve productivity and team performance. The combination of these two methods not only facilitates in-depth analysis of individual and team performance, but also supports strategic decision-making in the continuous development and improvement of sales team capabilities. The results of the sales team's performance evaluation assessment ranking, Team J ranked first with a final score of 4.3981, showing the most superior performance among the entire team. In second place, Team G obtained a score of 4.388, followed by Team D in third place with a score of 4.3752. These results provide a comprehensive picture of each team's performance rankings, with Team J showing top performance, while Team F needs further improvement.
