Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan kelembagaan kelompok sadar wisata melalui pendidikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam rangka pengembangan potensi unggulan pariwisata berbasis agrowisata di kampung kopi Rigis Jaya Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Metode yang digunakan: focus grup discussion, pendidikan dan pelatihan, pendampingan/advokasi dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan yang diharapkan terus berlanjut. Berdasarkan, hasil dan evaluasi kegiatan dapat disimpulkan kemampuan analisis peserta ini secara singkat dapat ditingkatkan terutama dalam aspek kognitif dan afektif. Secara kognitif rata-rata mengalami kenaikan tertinggi sekitar 40% dari kemampuan dasar peserta. Antusiasme dan semangat peserta pelatihan merupakan salah satu idikator bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan bisa di katakan “berhasil” dan adanya keinginan untuk tetap dilanjutkan di tahun yang akan datang.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan kaum millennial (kaum muda) sebagai cross cutting interpreters (kelompokyang mampu bertemu dan diterima oleh semua pemangku kepentingan pariwisata baik di internal desa wisata maupun dengan pihak eksternal, seperti wisatawan, pemerintah daerah, pihak swasta (investor) maupun kelompok kepentingan tertentu. Karena dapat diterima oleh semua pihak, kaum millenial juga memiliki peran sebagai sang penafsir (interpreter group), melalui pendidikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam rangka pengembangan potensi unggulan pariwisata berbasis agrowisata di kampung kopi Rigis Jaya Kabupaten Lampung Barat

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Peningkatan kemampuan/skill bagi kelembagaan kelompok sadar wisata, pemuda dan karang taruna melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam rangka pengembangan pariwisata berbasis digital (goes to digital tourism). Target Khusus yang akan di capai : pengembangan pariwisata melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat (pelatihan kemampuan SDM) yang pada akhirnya akan bermuara pada meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal, metode yang digunakan: ceramah, focus grup discussion, pendampingan/advokasi. Lokasi kegiatan desa Rigis jaya Kecamatan Air Hitam Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Peserta kegiatan ini berjumlah 20 orang meliputi: Kepala Desa beserta aparatur, ketua dan anggota kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis) Desa Rigis Jaya, anggota Pemuda, dan Karang taruna dan stakeholder yang concern terhadap peningkatan kemampuan SDM dalam rangka pengembangan pariwisata desa Rigis Jaya.

Abstract

The study of village development is currently popular in political and government discourse in Indonesia. The innovative steps in village development in Indonesia is the application of the smart rural concept. Smart rural is defined as a rural area that is built sustainably with a potential specialization approach, the use of technology, and a bottom-up planning process to improve the regional economy. Therefore, this study will try to look at the development of smart rural areas in Indonesia with focus on developing smart rural-based villages and tourism, precisely in Hanura Village, and Harapan Jaya Village, Pesawaran Regency. The research was conducted by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are: the Innovation Program for the Prosperous Village Movement (GaDIS) in Jarapan Jaya Village has the aim of creating a strong and independent village in the business unit under the Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) that utilizes the local potential of the village (tourism), the use of technology, and the GaDIS Program to encourage community empowerment which leads to increased community welfare. The commitment of BUMDes managers, tourism awareness groups and economic actors is carried out appropriately based on the business plan of the program’s final destination. Meanwhile, Hanura Village has utilized information technology into its government (smart government). participating communities (smart community), utilizing the environment (smart environment) Synergy in the implementation of smart rural-based development is good, the pattern of good communication relationships, feedback, trust and creativity since planning process to the implementation of the smart rural program.

Abstract

Population data collection is one of the rights that must be fulfilled by a country. Realizing this, the Indonesian government also conducted data collection by requiring people over the age of 17 to produce an e-KTP, while for people under 17 the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued Permendagri No. 2 of 2016 concerning Identity Cards. as a fulfillment of children's rights to obtain a legal identity and has integrated the population administration information system (SIAK) and requires children throughout Indonesia to make an identity card in the form of MCH which is carried out by the Disdukcapil of Bandar Lampung City as one of the implementers of the policy. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the policy of making child identity cards in Bandar Lampung City. This study uses theory to measure the level of success of implementation according to Charles O. Jones, namely by looking at how it is organized, interpreted and applied. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach using data collection techniques with interviews, documentation and observation and using data analysis techniques with data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the policy of making child identity cards in Bandar Lampung City which has been carried out by the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Bandar Lampung City has been going well but there are still factors that hinder implementation such as lack of socialization and several other problems.

Abstract

This service aims to increase participants' knowledge about family functions, and increase understanding of children's rights. Optimization of family functions is an important factor for the future development of the child's personality. One of them is instilling moral and religious values in children from an early age. By giving and instilling moral and religious values from an early age, it is hoped that children will be able to distinguish between good and bad actions, right and wrong so that they can be applied to children's daily lives. So that a generation that is physically and mentally healthy is formed, as one of the main assets for the sustainability of Indonesia's development. The PKM method consists of three stages: a) Situation analysis is carried out through research tracing and studies of related themes; b) Object intervention through lectures, focus group discussions, and mentoring for two months. The target of this PKM activity is mothers on Tegal Island, Pesawaran Regency.

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata di Propinsi Lampung hanya melibatkan beberapa aktor saja, cenderung berjalan sendiri-sendiri dan belum adanya regulasi tentang kerjasama serta belum memiliki tema sentral yang layak jual, termasuk memaksimalkan promosi dan pemasaran produk-produk pariwisatanya tidak terkecuali di Desa Kunjir, Kecamatan Rajabasa Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Pentingnya jalinan kerjasama yang sinergis antara pemerintah (sebagai regulator), academic (sebagai konseptor), bussiness (sebagai investor), local community (sebagai operator), media (sebagai promosi), non gvernment organization (sebagai educator) serta keterlibatan milenial (sebagai consumer)  disebut Heptahelix. Konsep ini menawarkan keterlibatan NGO dan keterlibatan millenial, dalam pengembangan desa wisata Kunjir yang dikemas dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil  pengabdian (1) aspek ketercapaian pelaksanaan pelatihan desa wisata Kunjir berada dalam kategori baik dimana ketercapaian target jumlah peserta pelatihan, ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan, ketercapaian target materi yang telah disiapkan dan kemampuan peserta dalam penguasaan materi berada dalam kategori baik, 80% (2) aspek perubahan pengetahuan kelompok khayalak telah terjadi perubahan ketiga indikator yang digunakan mengalami kenaikan dalam rentang 10% hingga 35%, Saran/rekomendasi yang penting dari kegiatan ini: (1) kegiatan dengan tema serupa lebih sering diadakanl; (2) perlunya dukungan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan agar memberikan kesempatan kepada kelompok sadar wisata untuk mengikuti berbagai pelatihan mempelajari kesuksesan di daerah tujuan wisata lainnya; (3) perlunya inisiasi kerjasama yang sinergis dengan kalangan bisnis yang membantu pemasaran produk pariwisata

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to encourage the acceleration of tourism village development and increase the institutional ability of tourism awareness groups through training and assistance in order to develop the superior potential of agro-tourism-based tourism "kampoeng kopi" Pekon Rigis Jaya, Air Hitam District, West Lampung Regency by involving the role of NGOs and young people/millennials, In addition, this activity involves the participation of local governments, local communities, universities, entrepreneurs/investors, and the media as well as NGOs (The Heptahelix of Millennials of Agrotourism), Government as regulators, Academics as conceptors, Business as investors, Local Community as Operators, Media as promotions and Non-Government Organizations as Educators and the involvement of Millennials/young people as Consumers. The method used: training, mentoring and focus group discussion The location of the Pekon Rigis Jaya activity, Air Hitam District, West Lampung Regency, the participants of this activity were 20 people. The results of this activity are: The increasing institutional capacity of pokdarwis in tourism development in Pekon Rigis Jaya by supporting the superior tourism development program "kampoeng kopi" West Lampung Regency as one of the international tourist destinations, so that the promotion and marketing of the Rigis jaya "kampoeng kopi" Tourism Village will go viral, by inviting YouTubers, celebgrams, travel vlogger, travel blogger, or someone who has 3F (Followers, Fans, Friends) to visit their village. This is included in the digital influencer section which is one of the communication strategies by the Ministry of Tourism

Abstract

This study discusses the management of the Poverty Alleviation Management Information System (SIMNANGKIS) at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Lampung Province, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of the study is to explain the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in the management of SIMNANGKIS. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the planning of SIMNANGKIS in BAPPEDA Lampung Province includes socialization and budget determination, but is constrained by the lack of skilled human resources and data updates are not carried out on the SIMNANGKIS application.  Organizing is colored by challenges in coordination and suboptimal division of tasks. At the implementation stage, the SIMNANGKIS application has run well according to procedures, but there are weaknesses in the latest data input. Supervision of SIMNANGKIS involves determining implementation standards and evaluations, but is constrained by a lack of coordination between SIMNANGKIS operators and the Communication and Informatics Office. In conclusion, although management functions have been implemented, there are several obstacles that need to be overcome, including more specific budget planning, improved coordination between organizational units, and data updates within the application. With improvements in these aspects, BAPPEDA Lampung Province is expected to be able to more effectively manage SIMNANGKIS and achieve poverty alleviation goals in the province.
