Abstract

Entering the 21st century, there are many major changes in business practices for both the pioneering scale and the scale of its development. Entrepreneurs are thinking hard in creating competitive advantage. Various kinds of management technologies and concepts that already available have been already applied to their business. So far, although they have applied intensely and massively, it hasn’t shown on the performance of their business. The concept of "Amati, Tiru, dan Modifikasi (ATM)" has been done by their competitors. So the alternative that possible to have a competitive advantage is through creating knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of human resources, so that creativity and innovative mindset can appear on any individual within the business organization. Many companies and organizations in Indonesia have implemented a competency-based management system. Two factors that greatly affect a person's competence are: a) Genetic factors that are genetic (internal factors), b) Factors that affect cumulatively from small to adult, for example: education and experience. The economic development of a state will increase if the people who become entrepreneur needed a proportion of 2%. So to fulfill that proportion, Indonesians who became entrepreneur are 4.8 million people. The purpose of applying individual competencies within a company or organization is to improve the internal performance of a company or organization to create competitive advantage while increasing productivity and efficiency.

In addition, there is a growing emphasis for manufacturing companies to adopt Green Operation strategies to reduce negative environmental impacts (Liu et al., 2017). This research aims to test the influence of green procurement, green manufacturing, green operation on business performance.

Abstract

This paper explores the rise of edupreneurial culturepreneurship within Indonesian higher education institutions (HEIs), where students and faculty transform cultural production into entrepreneurial ventures, and intertwine entrepreneurial motivation with cultural a/effect. Drawing on publicly available data—university programs, national student entrepreneurship schemes, and online cultural initiatives—this study maps how Indonesian HEIs serve as incubators for creative economic activity. Case studies include Ritus Liyan initiative, ISI Yogyakarta’s art commercialization programs, and Universitas Ciputra’s entrepreneurial mindset. Findings reveal both opportunities and tensions in merging artistic expression with business models. The growing acknowledgement of entrepreneurial significance in multidisciplinary level, however, is not properly manifested with echo of Cultural (with big C) sensitivity. “Culture” serves as a paradigmatic underpinning that reminds entrepreneurs to go beyond numerical and/or quantitative profit as the sole indicator of success. Thus, this study contributes a framework for understanding universities as agents of cultural innovation in Indonesia’s evolving creative economy landscape and critiquing the semantic banality of the term ‘Entrepreneurship’.

Abstract

This study examines how digital transformation (DT) drives business sustainability (BS) by synthesizing fragmented research on the integration of digital technologies—such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and big data analytics—with sustainability strategies. Using a PRISMA-compliant scoping review of 45 peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2025 and guided by the Dynamic Capabilities Theory and the Triple Bottom Line framework, the study systematically maps industry focus, research methods, theoretical grounding, and sustainability dimensions. The review identifies five dominant pathways through which DT supports BS: circular economy enablement, smart resource management, supply chain transparency, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. These technologies have been shown to improve resource efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance ESG performance, yet the literature is heavily concentrated in developed economies, underrepresents small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and emerging markets, and relies primarily on quantitative, cross-sectional designs that offer limited causal or longitudinal evidence. For practitioners, aligning DT initiatives with strategic sustainability goals, developing organizational change-management capabilities, and fostering collaborative ecosystems are critical to realizing systemic sustainability gains. For policymakers, addressing issues of standardization, interoperability, and equitable access to digital resources is essential. This study contributes an integrated synthesis using established theoretical frameworks, clarifies the mechanisms linking DT and BS, and proposes a future research agenda emphasizing theoretical integration, methodological diversity, and broader geographic coverage.

Abstract

As an effort to optimize the function and role of women, researchers conducted a descriptive study to determine the relationship between the influence of the song "Srikandi" and the influence of reflective inspirational motivation on the growth of entrepreneurial spirit in building a female entrepreneurial mindset. This study was conducted by collecting questionnaire data distributed to 14 respondents representing the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) LLDIKTI VII Surabaya. The results of the calculation of the study using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient showed a moderate negative (inverse) material correlation strength (r = -.45). The results of the study concluded that the meaning of the song "Srikandi" which has a melancholy nuance (minor) with expressive sad lyrics, shows the expression of beauty from the participants involved. However, the deep expressive results of the songs provide a negative (weakening) reflective inspirational motivational influence on the growth of entrepreneurial spirit in building a female entrepreneurial mindset.
