Abstract

SMP Negeri 3 Purwoharjo adalah sekolah dengan kondisi dimana siswanya masih belum bisa menerapkan nilai-nilai akhlak yang baik misalnya siswa belum bisa menerapkan sikap sopan santun terhadap guru serta belum mampu untuk menegakkan sholat berjamaah tepat waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan”penelitian kualitatif yang dalam proses pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah dilaksanakan penelitian, maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa; (1) upaya guru PAI dalam membentuk akhlak siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Purwoharjo ini adalah bentuk pembiasaan yang antara lain adalah pembiasan 5S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan, Salim), Pembiasaan melaksanakan shalat dhuha dan shalat dzuhur berjamaah, Melaksanakan kegiatan mengaji bersama setiap satu minggu satu kali, dan membentuk tim rohani untuk memonitoring segala kegiatan pembentukan akhlak siswa yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. (2) faktor penunjang”upaya guru PAI dalam membentuk”akhlak siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Purwoharjo adalah dengan adanya dukungan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh pihak SDN 3 Grajagan dan adanya bentuk kerjasama antara pihak SMP Negeri 3 Purwoharjo dengan tokoh masyarakat yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambat upaya guru PAI dalam membentuk akhlak siswa adalah belum adanya fasilitas ibadah yang dimiliki oleh SMP Negeri 3 Purwoharjo serta kurang adanya kepedulian dari orang tua siswa terhadap akhlak pada anak.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran serta manajemen sumber daya pendidik melalui Perencanaan SDM, Rekrukmen, seleksi, orientasi, dan penilaian kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data di analisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil Penelitian ini mengungkap tentang pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya pendidik mengarah kepada Profesional dan kualitas kelembagaan, dengan indicator; 1. Pengelolaan perencanaan Sumber daya pendidik telah dirancang dan disusun secara sistematis berdasarkan kebutuhan dan musyawarah bersama, 2. Pola rekrutmen dilakukan dengan terbuka dengan melihat tiga sumber yaitu internal, eksternal dan pesantren mitra, 3. Pelaksanaan seleksi dinilai mendekati profesional karena melalui tiga tahap yaitu tes administrasi serta tes wawancara dan tes psikologi, 4. Orientasi tidak dilakukan secara formal, serta memberi pembekalan kepada ustad baru, 5. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan dengan cara pertama, kepala pesantren melihat langsung pembelajaran. Kedua, catatan perilaku ustad. Ketiga, penilaian program ustad berdasarkan musyawarah. Kata Kunci: Manajemen; Sumber daya Pendidik; Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

Tujuan  dari program pengabdian  pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan pendidikan pondok pesantren di wilayah desa Mumbulsari, kecamatan Mumbulsari Kabupaten Jember agar  dapat  melakukan pendidikan secara produktif, efektif dan efisien sehingga menjadi santri yang mandiri. Tujuan  khusus  lainnya  adalah  membantu  menciptakan kesejahteraan  dan  kenyamanan  dalam  kehidupan  bermasyarakat  melalui  kegiatan  Pendidikan Life Skills. Target luaran yang diharapkan dalam kegiatan ini  adalah  Mitra sasaran paham keuntungan dan manfaat dalam pemanfaatan teknologi komputer kedalam pendidikan dan pembelajaran kitab kuning atau kitab tradisional lebih modern dan mudah. Selain itu, target luaran lainnya adalah berupa meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen pendidikan  dalam  pengelolaan  pembelajaran kitab klasik atau kitab kuning,  efisien  dan  efektif melalui penguatan manajemen (keteramplan) berusaha  dan kemampuan dalam mengakses teknologi secara baik.  Oleh  karena  itu,  metode  yang  akan  ditawarkan sebagai  bentuk  solusi  adalah  berupa  Panduan  Teknis  penggunaan teknologi komputer maupun proyektor yang inovatif  dan  adaptif  dengan  spesifikasi  standar;  serta  jasa  manajemen  pendidikan berbasis kinerja melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan inovatif. Sementara itu, rencana kegiatan yang diusulkan berupa rekayasa sosial-1 dan rekayasa sosial-2  melalui  pelatihan  teknik pengoperasian komputer dan  manajemen  pendidikan selama 4 hari. Selanjutnya memerlukan persiapan dengan mengkoordinasikan dengan pihak terkait  baik  kepada  pemerintah,  stake  holders,  dan  mitra.  Dalam  pelatihan  ada  materi praktek  langsung  proses  pemanfaatan teknologi komputer, baik secara individu maupun perwakilan dari peserta. Adapun hasil yang dicapai saat ini adalah peserta PKM atau mitra bertambahnya pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman dalam menggunakan komputer dalampembelajaran kitab kuning. Peserta memahami kitab digital dalam bentuk aplikasi maktabah samilah, kamus digital yang dioperasikan secara mudah dan cepat. Disamping itu juga adanya luaran yang berupa produk dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu adanya buku pedoman pembelajaran dan buku dzikir yang di ketik menggunakan komputer dan di cetak menggunakan printer hasil dari keterampilan mengetik menggunakan font arabic.   Pasca  pelatihan,  mitra  wajib  menerapkan  hasil  pelatihan  pada  usahanya  yang didampingi oleh tenaga pendamping yang berasal dari mahasiswa. Tim pengusul melakukan monitoring  dan  evaluasi  untuk  menjamin  terhadap  proses  pelaksanaannya  sesuai  SOP  dan untuk mengetahui capaian indikator kinerja pelaksanaa program.

Abstract

Fouling mainly occurs in the oil industry. Fouling is an unwanted deposit in HE (heat exchanger). Reliable fouling models are scarce, although empirical and theoretical models have been proposed to describe fouling in heat exchangers. The general models of empirical fouling used are linear, falling rate, and asymptotic. The research methodology begins with the acquisition and use of operational fouling data, which is then followed by the use of an asymptotic fouling model and ends with calculating the thickness of fouling in all HE. The object of this research study is all HE in the crude oil refinery HEN (heat exchanger network). The aim of this research is to use the asymptotic fouling model and get the fouling thickness. The fouling resistance from time to time increases, but in the end, it tends to be stationary, where for the final value, the highest fouling resistance is in HE-10, namely 14.8E-03 (m2°C/W), and the lowest value is fouling resistance at HE- 01 is 1.27E-03 (m2°C/W). The thickness of HE fouling in asymptotic conditions indicates that HE undergoes the same deposition process as suppression.Keywords: fouling, heat exchanger, asymptotic, crude oil refinery, heat exchanger network

Abstract

The Segiri Market waste has the potential to cause sources of disease, unpleasant odors, and interfere with aesthetics.  This study objectives are to estimate waste generation, potential volume and quality of biogas, as well as the potential for energy produced. The implementation of the procedure for sampling waste generation and composition in accordance with SNI 19-3964-1994 for 8 consecutive days.  The projected waste generation is based on the number of active traders and market capacity for five years. This study implements experimental method using 120 L volume using a ratio of 1:1 for chopped market garbage and cow rumen fluid.  The parameters are temperature, pH, biogas volume, and volatile solid values. The average volume and weight of waste generation in 2021 is 55.69 m3/day or 19,906.60 kg/day. The estimated biogas material harvested from the waste is 50.57 m3/day. This number is comprised of organic waste and inorganic waste with a total of 97.67% and 2.33% consecutively. The volume of biogas produced for 35 days is 156.45 mL, which equivalent to 1.05 kWh/day of electrical energy. The pH is in the range of 4.79 - 6.3, and the temperature is within 29.4oC - 31.9oC. Biogas can burn in the third to fifth weeks with a blue flame color. The estimated waste generation until 2025 reaches 61.31 m³/day which equivalent to 1.16 kWh /day of electrical energy. Keywords: Biogas, Market Waste, Tradisional Market, Waste Generation, Renewable Energy

Abstract

Membaca adalah sesuatu hal yang sangat mutlak bagi siswa untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan. Dengan banyak membaca maka prestasi bisa dicapai. siswa yang berprestasi tidak hanya sebatas mengacu pada buku bacaan yang diberikan oleh guru akan tetapi mencari dan terus membaca berbagai buku lain yang lebih luas. Dalam hal ini jelas bahwa minat baca seorang siswa sangat berpengaruh dalam meraih prestasi dan menambah pengetahuan.

Abstract

Heat exchanger networks (HENs) play an important role in the chemical industries. Unfortunately, fouling is inevitable in heat exchangers operation. Therefore, the optimal cleaning procedure is required to restore heat exchangers' performance periodically. A systematic cleaning scheduling strategy for the heat exchanger network in an oil refinery is proposed in this work. There are 11 operating heat exchangers in an oil refinery to be reviewed. Different cleaning decision scenarios based on the overall heat transfer coefficient are explored for optimal cleaning schedule performance. The daily number of exchangers available to be cleaned i.e., the unit cleanability, is investigated while minimizing the energy consumption and the additional heat requirement due to the offline heat exchanger under cleaning procedure. The HEN performance and the energy-saving from the cleaning procedures are benchmarked with the uncleaned HEN. The results indicate that the cleaning procedure significantly increases the HEN performance and simultaneously reduces the heat requirement if compared to the untreated HEN benchmark. The possible conflicting situation is discussed when some heat exchangers are waiting to be cleaned due to the unit cleanability restriction, which allows the overall heat transfer coefficient to be below the allowed limit. Therefore, nonconflicting cleaning scheduling is also addressed in this work by relaxing the unit cleanability limit. Furthermore, the optimal cleaning schedule is also suggested for user reference. In this work, the optimum cleaning schedule with minimum energy consumption and maximum energy saving could be achieved when cleaning decision limit is set at 40% decrease of overall heat transfer coefficient. In the contrast, the lowest number of cleaning procedures is associated with 90% decrease in the overall heat transfer coefficient as the cleaning decision limit.

Abstract

The cultivation of entrepreneurial character values is a part of the educational process launched by the Indonesian government. Entrepreneurship education aims to increase added value for students in forming entrepreneurial character. One of the concrete steps to instill entrepreneurial character values in the educational environment is by creating a Market Day activity program. Like the Market Day Every Friday program that has been implemented at SD 1 Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi. This activity is packaged in the form of fun trading activities once a week. This study aims to find out the role of the "Market Day Every Friday" program at SD 1 Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi as an effort to instill entrepreneurial character values in students. This study uses quantitative research methods to determine the role of Market Day Every Friday on the values of entrepreneurship education. The analytical method uses simple regression analysis in the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) program. The results of this study state that the market day every Friday program has implications for the values of Entrepreneurship Education for Muhammadiyah 1 Bayuwangi Elementary School students as evidenced by showing that entrepreneurial values are an important point in building entrepreneurial character in the range of 64.5%. This is intended for some students to be able to improve entrepreneurial abilities in various indicators. Then on the market day variable with a value of 47.4%, it shows that the market day program gets recommendations from student parents

Abstract

The petrochemical industry PT Kaltim Methanol Industri Bontang City, uses auxiliary boilers with natural gas fuel and is connected to the stack to emit pollutants into the atmosphere. The objectives of this study are SO2 modeling with a radius of 5 kilometers and modeling of NO2 with a radius of 10 kilometers from the emission source. Modeling using AERMOD software, AERMET Software, and Aermap ArcGIS Software.  The wind rose in the dominant research area from the southwest and northeast directions. Dispersion of SO2 and NO2 decreases according to the distance. The increase in concentration occurred in areas that experienced elevation increases, in Teluk Pandan District with a distance of about 10 kilometers northwest with an elevation of about 100 meters above sea level, and part of the West Bontang District with a distance of about 5 kilometers to the southwest with an elevation of about 90 meters above sea level. The maximum concentration of SO2 at the receptor was 6.2631 μg/m3 on hourly modeling, 0.58132 μg/m3 on modeling per 24 hours, and 0.0317 μg/m3 on annual modeling. The maximum NO2 concentration at the receptor was 1.96781 μg/m3 on hourly modeling, 0.18089 μg/m3 on hourly modeling, and 0.01002 μg/m3 on annual modeling. The distribution of pollutants based on hourly modeling per 24 hours is spreading in all directions and irregularly while for annual modeling it tends to spread towards the southwest and northeast according to the wind rose.Keywords: AERMOD, Emissions, Modeling, Air Dispersion, Auxiliary boiler

Abstract

The demand for clean water by company employees who live in barracks is changing. This change in direction also affects the distribution of clean water, which will impact the effectiveness of the plumbing and pump systems. This analysis aims to know the plumbing installation and selection of the right pump so it can operate optimally. The method used is the analysis by ignoring losses, such as friction losses between the working fluid and the equipment. This analysis also calculates head, capacity, pump power, and efficiency. From the calculation result, we conclude that the flow capacity is 2,643 m3/min, and the total head installation is 71,69 m. So, a centrifugal pump with rotation 2951 rpm, type Groundfos CRN 90 4-2, is the best pump for installation. Keywords: pump, head installation, pump power, efficiency, capacity
