Abstract

Worldwide, noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperuricemia, dyslipidemia, and hyperuricemia are the leading causes of death, including among immigrant communities who often have limited access to health services. Due to economic problems, legal status, and lack of information, Indonesian immigrants living in Malaysia are a vulnerable group who often neglect early detection of their diseases. The purpose of this community service program is to raise public awareness of the risks associated with NCDs and to detect them early through the measurement of blood pressure, blood sugar, total cholesterol, and uric acid levels. In Bukit Sungai Putih Lembah Jaya Utara, Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia, 120 immigrant residents underwent direct health screening and healthy lifestyle training. The results of the community service activity showed that 43.3% of participants had hypertension, 27.5% had above-normal blood sugar levels, 24.2% had hyperuricemia, and 44.2% had high total cholesterol levels. These findings indicate that NCD risk factors are prevalent among immigrants. It is evident that community-based screening helps detect health problems early and encourages broader health efforts. Therefore, to improve the overall health of immigrant residents, sustainable community-based interventions are essential

Then edited, coded, scored, tabulated and faced with Chi Square test. α <0.05), the research results are presented in the form of Figures, tables and narratives. Both variables were tested for significance by using cross table data analysis with a value of: 0.05 with a value obtained a value of 27.5> 0.05 so Ho is rejected, which means there is a relationship between knowledge about mastalgia and anxiety in adolescent female aged 15-17 years who experienced mastalgia at the Abu Dharin Islamic Boarding School, Sumberlaseh Village, Bojonegoro Regency. The Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is a health service with a proactive approach that is carried out in an integrated manner for people with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of family tasks and the compliance of Diabetes Mellitus patients in Prolanis activities. Design of analytic research with cross sectional approach. The population of prolanis DM participants was 84 people with simple random sampling with a sample of 69 respondents. Variable Independent implementation of family tasks and dependent DM patient compliance. Data processing begins with editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, and is analyzed using the Chi Square test and Coefficient Contingency, which are presented in tabular and narrative form. The results of the study were all 11 respondents (100.0%) who carried out family duties well, were obedient to Prolanis activities. Chi Square test results obtained P value = 0.010 < (0.05), so H0 was rejected, then H1 was accepted with a Coefficient Contingency value of 0.342. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the implementation of family tasks and adherence of DM patients in Prolanis activities. Families must increase support, remind the schedule of Prolanis activities, pick up and drop off and increase access to participate in Prolanis activities.
