Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class IV-A students at SDK Santa Angela through the application of the Problem Based Learning model on the material of forces around. The type of research used is pseudo-experimental research. The research design is one group post test only control group design. The subjects of the research conducted were class IV-A students of SD Katolik Santa Angela, totaling 20 people in the 2023/2024 school year. Data collection techniques by means of observation and tests. The research instruments used observation sheets of learning implementation, attitude observation sheets, skill observation sheets and cognitive test sheets. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics and qualitative. The results of this study show that all stages of Problem Based Learning are well implemented. The results of the observation of the attitude of students show that 100% of students meet KKTP, the results on the skills aspect in presenting show 100% of students meet KKTP, and learning outcomes in the knowledge aspect show 85% meet KKTP. The results of the reflection showed that all students felt happy and could understand the material taught. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Problem Based Learning model effectively improves student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class IIA students at Maryam Islamic Elementary School through the application of the Problem Based Learning model on the Symbols and Values ​​of Pancasila Principles. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research. The research design is a post-test only control group design. The subjects of the research carried out were 28 class IIA students at Islam Maryam Elementary School, totaling 27 people for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques are by means of observation and tests. The research instruments used learning implementation observation sheets, cognitive test sheets, and work result observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative statistics. The results of this research show that all stages of Problem Based Learning were carried out well, the results of observations of students' attitudes showed 100% fulfilled the KKTP, student learning results showed 92. 59% met the KKTP, the results of students' skills in 100% met the KKTP. The results of the reflection showed that all students felt happy and could understand the material being taught. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Problem Based Learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class II-A students at SDIT Al-Fathimiyyah through the application of the Problem Based Learning model to question word material. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research. The research design is a post-test only control group design. The research subjects were 29 class II-A students at SDIT Al-Fathimiyyah in the 2023-2024 school year. Data collection techniques are by means of observation and tests. The research instruments used learning implementation observation sheets, cognitive test sheets, and attitude and skills observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative statistics. The results of this research show that all stages of Problem Based Learning were carried out well, the results of observations of students' attitudes showed that 90% met classical completeness, student learning results showed that 90% met the KKTP, the results of students' skills in presentations showed that 93% met classical completeness. The results of the reflection showed that all students felt happy and could understand the material being taught. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Problem Based Learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in class IV-C at SD AL FALAH ASSALAM through the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model in vocabulary material. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research. The research design is one group post-test only. The subjects of the study are 20 students from class IV-C at SD AL FALAH ASSALAM for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and testing. The research instruments used were observation sheets for the implementation of learning, cognitive test sheets, and reflection sheets for both teachers and students. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical and qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that all stages of the Project Based Learning model were implemented well. The student attitude observation results showed 74%, while the student learning outcomes showed 78%, meeting the minimum competency standard (KKTP). The students' presentation skills were at 89%, meeting KKTP. Reflection results revealed that all students enjoyed the learning process and understood the material taught. In conclusion, the implementation of the Project Based Learning model was effective in improving student outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of grade 4B students at Xin Zhong Elementary School in Surabaya by implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model with mind mapping assistance in the Indonesian subject with the theme "Cultural Diversity in My Country". The type of research used was a quasi-experimental research. The research design was a post-test only control group design. The subjects of the study were 23 grade 4B students at Xin Zhong Elementary School in the 2023-2024 academic year. Data collection techniques were done through observation and tests. The research instruments used were attitude observation checklist sheets, rubrics for assessing presentations and mind mapping information per group, rubrics for assessing individual essays, and observation sheets for the implementation of learning. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative statistics. The results of this study showed that all stages of PjBL were carried out well. The results of the attitude assessment observation showed that 87% of students had developed as expected. The observation results on the aspects of mind mapping drawing skills and presentations showed that 100% of students reached the KKTP. The learning outcomes in the formative aspect showed that 91% of students reached the KKTP. The results of student reflection showed that all students felt happy and were able to understand the material that was taught. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the PBL model is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class II-B students at SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya through the application of the Problem Based Learning model on the material of Obeying The Rules. The type of research used is pseudo-experimental research. The research design was posttest only group design. The subjects of the research conducted were class II-B students of Sdit Al Uswah Surabaya, totaling 28 people in the 2023/2024 school year. Data collection techniques by means of observation and tests. The research instrument used a learning implementation observation sheet and cognitive test sheet. The results of this study indicate that all stages of project-based learning are well implemented. The results of observations of students' attitudes show 96,4% meet KKTP, the results of students' skill 100% meet KKTP and the learning outcomes of students show 89% meet KKTP. The results of the reflection showed that all students felt happy and could understand the material taught. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the problem based learning model effectively improves student outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil dan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas 4 SD dengan materi luas bangun datar. Peneliti melibatkan 28 peserta didik kelas 4 SDN Kedung Cowek 1/253, Surabaya sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian tindakan kelas atau PTK merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilakukan sesuai dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, yang melalui proses rencana (planning), tindakan (action), pengamatan (observation), refleksi (reflection) pada setiap siklusnya. Tes tulis, observasi, dan angket menjadi teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian tindakan kelas. Tes tulis dan angket sebagai alat untuk memperoleh data hasil dan motivasi belajar pada setiap siklus. Berdasarkan hasil data yang telah dianalisis, menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil dan motivasi belajar pada siklus 2. Semula pada siklus 1 persentase ketuntasan klasikal hasil dan motivasi belajar hanya 64,28% dan 42,85%, setelah diterapkan media konkrit dn kuis pemahaman melalui game pada siklus 2 hasil dan motivasi belajar peserta didik meningkat dengan persentase ketuntasan sebanyak 89,28% dan 85,71%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan media konkrit dengan kuis game efektif dan berhasil membuat persentase hasil dan motivasi belajar mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan kreativitas siswa melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dalam pembelajaran IPAS di kelas III SDN Kedung Cowek 1/253 Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam bekerja sama dan berpikir kreatif berdasarkan hasil observasi awal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan penilaian keterampilan kolaborasi dan kreativitas menggunakan instrumen lembar pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dari pra-siklus ke siklus II. Rata-rata keterampilan kolaborasi meningkat dari 50% menjadi 86%, sedangkan kreativitas meningkat dari 45% menjadi 83,6%. Peningkatan ini dicapai melalui proyek pembuatan diorama yang berbasis pada pengalaman langsung dan budaya lokal siswa, yang mendorong kepemimpinan, refleksi, komunikasi, dan pengembangan ide. Dengan demikian, penerapan PjBL yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan CRT terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi dan kreativitas siswa sekolah dasar secara menyeluruh dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di kelas V SDN Kedung Cowek 1/253 Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model spiral Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 28 siswa kelas V. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa meningkat dari 68% (Siklus I) menjadi 86% (Siklus II), sedangkan hasil belajar kognitif meningkat dari 64% menjadi 82%. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL secara sistematis dapat mendorong siswa untuk aktif, kolaboratif, dan lebih memahami materi secara mendalam. Model ini juga terbukti mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) pada materi Pecahan Senilai di kelas IV A SDN Kedung Cowek 1/253. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek 25 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian meliputi observasi, angket motivasi belajar, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kedua aspek tersebut. Ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat dari 40% pada pra-siklus menjadi 68% pada siklus I dan mencapai 88% pada siklus II. Motivasi belajar peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan, yaitu dari 36% pada pra-siklus menjadi 44% pada siklus I, dan kemudian mencapai 92% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini didukung oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat kemampuan peserta didik, yaitu simulasi digital untuk kelompok mahir, papan tarik pecahan untuk kelompok cukup, dan media kontekstual berupa potongan roti untuk kelompok perlu bimbingan. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan pendekatan TaRL efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil dan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada materi Pecahan Senilai.
