Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus kas operasi, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dan green accounting terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh arus kas operasi, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dan green accounting terhadap nilai perusahaan subsektor properti dan real estate. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan metode ini diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan lama penelitian 5 tahun, sehingga total sampel yang digunakan dalam pengujian peneliti adalah 75 data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan (Annual Report) dan laporan keuangan perusahaan property dan real estate. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel menggunakan Eviews 12 dan model yang digunakan adalah model estimasi fixed effect (FEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arus kas operasi dan green accounting secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan hasil Corporate Social Responsibility secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: arus kas operasi, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, green accounting, nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This article is the result of research on the transcendental communication of traditional leader in the Kecak Ramayana performance art in Uluwatu Bali. Traditional Custodian are Hindu religious leaders who are included in the presentation of the Kecak Ramayana. This customary leader does not exist in the new play of the Ramayana story. But his role is very important because he works outside and backstage. The purpose of this study is to reveal spiritual communication carried out by Traditional Custodian in the performance of the Kecak Ramayana dance in Uluwatu. This research method uses qualitative discrete. Data collection techniques used interviews with 4 sources, direct observation when the show was in progress, and retrieval of documentation to strengthen verbal data. The theories used in this research are ritual communication theory, non-verbal communication theory, and transcendental communication theory. The results of the study show patterns of spiritual communication that are customary stakeholders, namely (1) customary stakeholders as a link between the dimensions of the outer (profane) and inner (sacred) stages, (2) stakeholders carry out a reciprocal ritual, and (3) Traditional Custodian as a symbol of transcendental communication between the players, the audience, and Sang Hyang Widiwasa.

Abstract

This article explains the transformation of the function of cloth head coverings to identify people's identities in performing arts activities in Malang Raya. These cloth head coverings have types, shapes and techniques for wearing them, as well as meanings that determine the ethics of their use. This complexity is to be able to reveal the transformation of its use function in the artistic activity environment. Because the use of cloth head coverings has never been used to identify the social identity of people in greater Malang. This is the aim of this research, namely to reveal and explain the function of cloth head coverings used in artistic activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with key informants who are competent in the field of performing arts, observing the activities of wearing cloth head coverings used by the community in arts activities, and reviewing documents, in the form of pictures, photos or reliefs on temples. -temple. Data analysis uses the theory of continuity and change, symbolic interactional, and functional structure. The research results found two important factors that can indicate the social identity of the people of Malang Raya as follows: (1) Social status, (2) Symbolic, (3) and Spiritual.

Abstract

This research examines the design of basic packaging for traditional culinary products at Omah Jênang Kêtan Kelapa Sari Blitar, using it as a case study. It critically evaluates the relationship between traditional culinary products, effective packaging, and labels. Bèsèk packaging not only protects culinary products from damage but also enhances their appeal with a natural and traditional look. The packaging label provides essential information about the product, including composition, expiration date, and storage instructions. The aim is to evaluate how traditional packaging influences consumer perceptions and to understand the relationship between traditional culinary products and their packaging and labels. This study offers insights into the significance of preserving traditional elements in packaging design and how these elements can inform more effective marketing strategies. A qualitative data analysis method is employed to assess the packaging design used by Omah Jênang Kêtan Kelapa Sari Blitar, focusing on visual stimuli and their impact on consumer memory. The research found that good packaging design fosters emotional bonds between traders and buyers, rooted in traditional collective memories, which enhances the durability and sustainability of the packaging. Additionally, Bèsèk's packaging design connects with collective memory, associated with romance and stories of past events, increasing consumer interest in recalling these experiences. The findings provide insights into how various packaging designs influence consumer perceptions and feelings toward traditional culinary products. This research underscores the importance of visual attributes in packaging design, highlighting their ability to stimulate consumer perceptions of collective memory and create meaningful, memorable packaging experiences.

Abstract

Jatirejoyoso Village, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency is an agricultural village that still depends on selling agricultural products for its livelihood. Some other people work as factory, workshop and trader workers. As for women, after high school many get married and become housewives. Environmental analysis, Jatirejoyoso Village has potential that is very close to the development of the Malang Mask Wayag performance art. Typical performance art performed by masked dancers, presenting the story of Panji. The Research Team combined two conditions that can complement each other, namely that women who become housewives are able to develop skills without having to leave the house, namely developing stamped motifs from cardboard with wayang mask ornament patterns. This is an opportunity to make simple and cheap batik crafts. The method uses design, training and mentoring. The activity stages are carried out starting from subject analysis, development, ornament design, training, and evaluation of results. Indicators of the success of this activity are the enthusiastic involvement of participants, understanding of batik stamp design skills, and the process of stamping and coloring.
