Abstract

Salah satu area kerja yang harus memperhatikan faktor lingkungan kerja adalah ruang produksi. Ruang produksi merupakan tempat seluruh kegiatan produksi berpusat dimana terdapat berbagai macam material, produk jadi, lalu lintas karyawan, pengemasan, dan kegiatan lainnya, seperti halnya terjadi pada ruang produksi wedang uwuh di Kampus Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UST). Pada saat proses pembuatan wedang uwuh, pekerja merasa tidak nyaman dan cepat lelah akibat dari kondisi ruang kerja yang pengap dan panas. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja pekerja. Menurut KEPMENKES RI No.1405/Menkes/SK/XI/2002 tentang Persyaratan Kesehatan Lingkungan Kerja Perkantoran dan Industri, bahwa suhu dan kelembaban yang memenuhi syarat lingkungan kerja industri berada pada suhu antara 18 oC-30oC dan kelembaban 65% - 95%.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran suhu dan kelembaban pada ruang produksi wedang uwuh Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UST), menganalisis faktor kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik, dan memberikan solusi alternatifnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan bantuan alat psycrometer untuk mengukur suhu dan kelembaban pada 7 (tujuh) titik pengukuran yang tersebar di dalam ruang produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 7 (tujuh) titik pengukuran, didapatkan 5 (lima) titik tidak memenuhi syarat suhu dan 7 (tujuh) titik tidak memenuhi syarat kelembaban yang disyaratkan oleh Pemerintah dalam KEPMENKES RI NOMOR 1405/MENKES/SK/XI/2002. Faktor kondisi lingkungan kerja pada ruang produksi wedang uwuh UST yang menyebabkan relatif tingginya suhu ruang serta tingkat kelembaban yang berada di luar standar adalah karena kurangnya ventilasi udara. Solusi alternatif yang dianjurkan diantaranya adalah: memasang ventilasi dan kipas angin pada area yang belum tersedia; memastikan ketersediaan air minum yang cukup bagi pekerja, menanam pohon/tumbuhan di luar lingkungan ruang produksi, dan memasang exhaust fan di ruang produksi. Sedangkan solusi untuk membantu mengembalikan kelembaban agar tetap berada pada batas yang disyaratkan pemerintah adalah dengan menggunakan alat humidifer pada ruang produksi wedang uwuh UST. Kata kunci: suhu dan kelembaban, lingkungan kerja fisik, proses produksi

Abstract

A need to improve the world manufacturing business, in terms of equipment and u.s. is by increasing the utilization as optimal as possible before the equipment that is available .The utilization of the equipment that is available to the average manufacturing industry is half of a real machines ' ability .As the engine led to a measure damage , the process its production will influence and the most fatal been brought to a standstill the production process .Research on the sewing especially karimun line focusing on performance analysis bartack machine uses the overall effectiveness (OEE), equipment where paramenter research covering the availability of, rate the performance, rate of quality and OEE. The results of the OEE on both machine bartack obtained OEE average score of percent and percent 76 72 where the percentage has not met the standards OEE 85 percent of the world On a bartack 1 availability to value percentage 93 decision which percent where the value is already meet the standards of the world, the percentage of performance 81 decision which percent this value has not reached the world standard and quality of the percentage rate of 100 percent where the value is already meet the standards of the world, and on a bartack 2 availability to value percentage 94 decision which percent where the value is already meet the standards of the world, the percentage of performance 76 decision which percent this value has not reached the world standard and quality of the percentage rate of 100 percent where the value is already meet the standards of the world. Abstract

Kegiatan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta memberikan pengetahuan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya ditempat kerja dan tindakan pencegahannya dan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai alat pelindung diri (APD). Kegiatan dilaksanakan di UMK Disobo Mebel Kadisobo I, Trimulyo, Sleman DIY. Sasaran kegiatan yaitu Perajin mebel di UMK Disobo Mebel. Tahapan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu dengan memberikan Penyuluhan Penerapan sistem Manajemen K3 (PP No. 50 th 2012 tentang penerapan sistem manajemen K3), Penyuluhan dan pelatihan identifikasi potensi bahaya dan pencegahan, dan Penyuluhan & pelatihan alat pelindung diri (APD). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan perubahan pengetahuan dan perilaku pengelola maupun para perajin mebel dalam hal penerapan sistem manajemen K3 dan kesadaran mengetahui potensi bahaya di tempat kerja serta pengetahuan tentang pentingnya APD.

Abstract

This research aims to produce and determine the feasibility of quiz and educational game using Word Wall that are suitable for online learning of quadratic inequality, rational, and irrational for grade X. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research result is learning media in quiz and educational game using Word Wall for quadratic inequality, rational, and irrational material. The feasibility test of materials and media on quiz and educational game resulted in a percentage of 77% and 79,1% with a decent category. The attractiveness of quiz and educational game resulted in a percentage of 81% in the limited trial and 82,2% in the field trial, both of which were in the very interesting category. The results of the correlation test obtained a positive and significant correlation between student responses and student learning outcomes. The implication is that this development product can be used as a student learning tool, and it is recommended that teachers can develop Quiz and educational game using Word Wall on other materials.

Abstract

Banyak permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama pada media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang digunakan, peneliti bermaksud untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yaitu pengembangan kuis dan game edukasi menggunakan Wordwall pada pembelajaran pertidaksamaan nilai mutlak bentuk linier. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengembangkan kuis dan game edukasi menggunakan Wordwall,  dan (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk tersebut dari hasil validasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Model ADDIE. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuis dan game edukasi menggunakan Wordwall telah dikembangkan mengikuti Model ADDIE yang meliputi lima langkah, yaitu: (1) analisis, (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa (1) ahli materi menilai pengembangan media ini sangat layak dengan rata-rata persentase 77%, dan (2) ahli media memperoleh rata-rata persentase 77,33%  berkualifikasi layak.  Pada tahap implementasi memperoleh skor rata-rata pada uji coba terbatas sebesar 78,67% (termasuk kategori sangat menarik) dan uji coba lapangan utama sebesar 84,14% (termasuk kategori sangat menarik sekali); dan diperoleh korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara skor angket respons peserta didik dan  skor hasil belajar melalui kuis (r = 0,641 signifikan pada taraf signifikansi 5%). Implikasinya. kuis dan game yang dihasilkan melalui penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada guru untuk mengembangkan kuis dan game menggunakan aplikasi Wordwall untuk materi  lainnya.

Abstract

Physical disability supporting facilities to help the independence of their activities. This study designed a tool for bathing and lower physical disability toilets to carry out these activities without the help of other people. A similar design was carried out in previous studies that had not accommodated public bathroom activities outside the home while traveling. Previously designed dimensions did not allow carrying to traveling and only accommodated the type of toilet seat. Based on these shortcomings, this study designed a portable bathing and toilet activity aid so that the lower quadriplegic can be used while traveling practically and accommodating the sitting and squat toilets. The product of the design result is expected to support the independence of the quadriplegic to carry out activities outside the home to expand their accessibility. The design process of this product is carried out with the Front-end Processstage method as the main design method and integrated with the TRIZ method to help resolve contradictions in the design process while determining specifications and targets and the process of selecting the concept of a work product system. This research produces a 3D modeldesign and technical specifications of the product.

Abstract

Purpose ­This community service aims to to increase digital marketing literacy skills for breeders of Rumah Maggot Barepan Bangkit Yogyakarta in facing the VUCA era. Methods-Methode community service acitivities. Result and discussions-the result report and the information about the acitivities. Conclusion- This mentoring process activity resulted in program success targets including sharing and discussion of business management management to overcome business management problems reaching 90%, and discussions and practices of marketing network effectiveness, optimization of promotional/advertising media to overcome marketing media problems and optimization reaching 90%. Our advice is concerns the this is important to continue and develop when the mentoring program is over and can be passed on to other groups of breeders because again, that the success of a business depends on leaders who can manage and optimize existing resources such as the concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership as a leader must be able to ing ngarso sung tulodo, madyo mangun karso, and tut wuri handayani meaning that being a leader must be able to set a good example, in the midst of his busy schedule he must also be able to arouse or inspire enthusiasm, and a person must provide moral encouragement and enthusiasm for work from behind. Abstract

Purpose ­ The empowerment program will directly invite the Kiringan Canden herbal medicine community based on the local wisdom of traditional herbal medicine which is inherited from their ancestors to actively participate in increasing literacy and cultivating children's character which is embodied in children's literature. Methods - Methode community service activities. Result and discussions - The series of activities and results obtained prove that by collaborating with each other from all elements of society, especially involving the younger generation so that they have a good understanding of the local wisdom of the area, promoting behavior will emerge, understanding potential and in the end wanting to participate in preserving the ancestral heritage that has great potential to be appointed as a regional brand, so that the character values of nationalism, pride in local products, independence and mutual cooperation can be realized. Therefore, intermediaries or infrastructure are needed in order to pass on the order of life, tradition and culture to the next generation, so that there are no gaps between generations, so that community service programs by empowering herbal medicine communities based on local wisdom can increase literacy in maintain ancestral heritage. Presentation that is fun and in providing education to all residents, especially children, through explanation activities that are appropriate to the stage of child development, will facilitate and build literacy which has an impact on the formation of children's character. Conclusion - Empowerment by inviting the participation of all elements in society including the Jamu Gendong community, youth, children, men and women, community leaders and other residents to jointly preserve the ancestral heritage of "traditional herbal medicine" by directly empowering the Jamu Gendong community in increasing community-based literacy. local wisdom through fun activities, namely children's literature, is able to develop children's emotional intelligence and creativity, foster growth as well as children's personality and social skills. An interesting presentation will create fun and influence children so that indirectly they are able to cultivate the characters of respect, responsibility, caring, citizenship, honesty, cooperation, freedom, courage and justice so that in the future the children of this younger generation will continue and preserving the potential of the region.

Abstract

Purpose ­ A comfortable and safe educational environment is necessary for learning. This service aims to develop the Tamansiswa spirit through nutritious gardens in support of the Adiwiyata school program at Tamansiswa Middle School & Vocational School Ngemplak Sleman. Methods – Empowerment and community service activities involving Tamansiswa Ngemplak Sleman Middle School & Vocational School students and Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University students. Result and discussions - Tamansiswa Ngemplak Sleman Middle School & Vocational School has some land that is still empty so it can be used as a nutritious garden planted with various fruits, vegetables and medicinal plants. In an effort to support the implementation of the Adiwiyata program at Tamansiswa Ngemplak Sleman Middle School & Vocational School, the UST Abdimas Team held a nutrition garden assistance activity for young Dewantara. Nutritious Gardens is a community-based program as an effort to fulfill the need for fruit, vegetables and medicines by utilizing school grounds and other media. Building awareness and advocacy for school residents in overcoming social problems such as health and the environment, introducing various types of fruit, vegetable and medicinal plants, Providing education on how to plant and care for plants, Utilizing empty yards to increase economic value. The result of the service activities carried out by the service team at Tamansiswa Ngemplak Sleman Middle School and Vocational School is that the school has a nutritious garden as a medium for activities to support the adiwiyata program. Teachers and students gain knowledge about the benefits, how to plant and how to maintain or care for plants, especially fruit plants, vegetables and medicinal plants. In the future, schools are expected to have added economic value from nutritious garden products. Conclusion – Community service activities for nutritious gardens in an effort to support the implementation of the Adiwiyata program can be carried out well. It is hoped that teachers and students will continue this activity so that they can gain knowledge about agriculture and added economic value.

Abstract

Cost management is essential for the Fatih Photocopy business because daily data collection on raw materials and supplies is conducted. The primary goal of this community service is to impart knowledge about cost management and how to implement cost management formats and digital promotions for the Fatih Photocopy business. The program involves training and hands-on practice. The outcome of this program is an improved understanding of cost management formats among partners, enabling them to generate cost reports and enhance their digital promotion skills by maximizing the potential of social media.
