Scientific publication is one of the main indicators in assessing the academic quality of a lecturer and higher education institution. However, many lecturers still face obstacles in improving the quality and quantity of their publications. One solution to overcome this problem is to apply bibliometric methods in scientific research and publications. Bibliometrics is a data analysis technique that allows researchers to identify research trends, scientific collaboration, and the impact of publications. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of STAI Nusantara Banda Aceh lecturers in scientific publications through bibliometric training. This training includes an introduction to the basic concepts of bibliometrics, the use of software such as VOSviewer and Publish or Perish, and publication strategies in reputable journals. The evaluation results showed that after attending the training, there was an increase in lecturers' understanding of bibliometric concepts as well as increased motivation in writing and publishing scientific articles. This activity is expected to contribute to improving the quality of scientific publications of lecturers and the academic reputation of STAI Nusantara Banda Aceh.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran Bahasa Arab dan Tahfizul Quran di Ma'had Tahfiz Malaysia melalui kolaborasi antara STAI Nusantara Banda Aceh dan Darul Lughah Al Arabiyyah. Dengan meningkatnya permintaan akan penguasaan Bahasa Arab dan pemahaman Al-Quran di kalangan masyarakat Muslim, penting untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang efektif dalam pembelajaran kedua bidang ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, melibatkan analisis data dari Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia serta wawancara dengan pengajar dan siswa di Ma'had. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi ini dapat meningkatkan metode pengajaran, memperkaya kurikulum, dan memberikan pelatihan yang lebih baik bagi pengajar. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif, diharapkan kualitas pengajaran dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan pendidikan agama di Malaysia serta menjadi model bagi institusi pendidikan lainnya

Jurnal ini membahas tentang implementasi kerjasama dalam penggunaan Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) sebagai metode pengajaran Al-Qur'an. Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi, penggunaan alat bantu komputer dalam proses pembelajaran semakin relevan. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai penerapan metode ini, serta untuk mengeksplorasi manfaat dan tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi. Melalui pendekatan berbasis data dan statistik, jurnal ini juga akan menyajikan contoh kasus yang relevan, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pendidik dan lembaga pendidikan dalam mengoptimalkan pengajaran Al-Qur'an.

Storytelling memiliki urgensi dan relevansi tinggi dalam pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) karena berperan sebagai media pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, dan integratif yang mendukung perkembangan kognitif, bahasa, sosial-emosional, serta penanaman nilai-nilai moral dan agama. Namun, implementasinya di lapangan, khususnya di Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD), belum optimal akibat keterbatasan literasi pedagogis dan kurangnya pelatihan guru. Tujuan utama artikel ini adalah menelaah konsep, teori, dan temuan empiris terkait storytelling di PAUD dengan fokus pada peran strategis guru PIAUD. Kajian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran literatur dari artikel jurnal, buku akademik, dan dokumen kebijakan, yang dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola, gap, dan rekomendasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sangat menentukan keberhasilan storytelling, tetapi masih menghadapi tantangan dalam integrasi nilai agama dan budaya lokal, serta pemanfaatan media yang inovatif. Artikel ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya literatur dengan menekankan pentingnya penguatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan storytelling berbasis konteks. Kajian ini merekomendasikan penelitian lanjutan berbasis lapangan untuk mengembangkan model pelatihan storytelling yang aplikatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan PIAUD.

This study examines the role of school principals in managing academic supervision to improve the competence of junior high school (SMP) teachers in the Seunagan sub-district. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis at several schools in Seunagan Rayal district. The results show that academic supervision is carried out regularly based on a planned schedule and includes pre-observation meetings, classroom visits, and follow-up feedback. Supervision focuses on helping teachers improve in areas such as lesson planning, subject knowledge, teaching methods, and classroom management. Thematic analysis showed that teachers improved in five main areas: planning, managing learning, mastering material, using methods effectively, and working with others. About 75% of teachers said they became more confident in teaching, and 68% became more reflective after being supervised. School principals also reported a 60% improvement in teaching quality. The study concludes that supervision, when done consistently and collaboratively, helps teachers grow professionally and supports better learning outcomes in line with national education policies like Merdeka Belajar.

Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) play a pivotal role in shaping students' character and moral behavior. However, recent years have seen a rise in negative behaviors among students, including lack of discipline, verbal bullying, and exposure to inappropriate content. This study aims to examine the implementation of group counseling services based on educational communication in reducing deviant behavior at Pesantren Modern Al-Manar, Aceh Besar. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that group counseling at the pesantren is conducted systematically through halaqah sessions, guided discussions, and reflective meetings with mentoring teachers. The approach emphasizes reflection, emotional support, and the internalization of Islamic values rather than punitive measures. Islamic teachings form the foundation of each session, incorporating lessons from the Prophet Muhammad’s character and the principles of tazkiyah (self-purification). While this model effectively mitigates negative behavior, challenges remain, particularly the shortage of trained facilitators and limited physical resources. The study concludes that a collaborative and religious-based group counseling approach serves as a relevant and adaptable character-building model that can be replicated in other Islamic educational institutions. These findings contribute to the development of contextual counseling practices in pesantren and offer practical insights for policy-making in character education grounded in local values and Islamic spirituality

Self-talk is a critical cognitive process that influences emotional regulation, mental health, and overall well-being, making it a valuable tool in counseling practices. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to examine the role of self-talk in therapeutic settings, focusing on its impact on emotional regulation and psychological resilience within frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). A total of 28 peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2024 were systematically analyzed using PRISMA guidelines to identify thematic trends and empirical patterns. The findings reveal a consistent increase in research on self-talk interventions over the last decade, highlighting their effectiveness in enhancing emotional stability, reducing anxiety and depression, and improving coping strategies. However, challenges remain in terms of clients’ resistance to cognitive restructuring, subjective variability in self-talk measurement, and the lack of standardized assessment tools. Future studies are encouraged to explore technology-based interventions and cross-cultural adaptations to improve accessibility and personalization. This study was conducted based on the fact that several USK students still cannot read the Quran and do not understand the correct Makhraj of letters and the laws of tajwid. Therefore. USK has a UP3AI (Islamic Religion Course Development Unit) program, a companion program development unit for Islamic religious courses aimed at forming a Quranic generation with noble character. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the UP3AI program in improving USK students' ability to read the Quran and its impact on moral formation. The research method uses a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The results show that the program's effectiveness is not optimal due to constraints on time discipline, communication, and mentor abilities, and it is said to be effective if the learning process between mentors and students has gone well. Then there is the quality of teaching the Quran, both in the mosque and the Musalla; there is no stable teaching method, limited hours of teaching the Quran, the elimination of the teaching curriculum, the influence of television shows, and others that cause the success of this program not to be achieved. In addition, the impact on student morals is not significant.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara citra diri dengan konformitas untuk berbusana islami pada mahasiswi di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi di kota Banda Aceh dengan karakteristik usia antara 18 sampai dengan 21 tahun dan beragama Islam. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model skala likert. Untuk skala Citra Diri disusun berdasarkan teori Jersild (1963) dan skala Konformitas disusun berdasarkan teori Â Paul R. Nail (2000). Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara non parametrik sehingga data dianalisis dengan analisis korelasi rho (p) dari sperman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Citra Diri dengan Konformitas untuk Berbusana Islami pada Mahasiswi di Banda Aceh dengan nilai koefisien korelasi rho (p) sebesar 0,477 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 atau p<0,05.Kata kunci: Citra Diri, Konformitas, Berbusana IslamiThe purpose of this study was to examine the Correlation Self-Image with Conformity to Dress Islamically of Students in Banda Aceh. This study used a quantitative opproach wiht correlational method. The subject of the study are students in Banda Aceh with characteristics age from 18-21 year, fimale gender and a muslim. 200 studens, were taken randomly by cluster technique. Data wasÂ collected with aÂ likert scale. The Self-Image scale was based on Jersild theory (1963) and the conformity scale was based on Paul R. Nail theory (2000). Hypothesis testing this Study was non-parametric, so that the data were analyzed with Sperman Correlation. The Results of study showed that there were a positive and significan correlation bentweet Self-Image with Conformity to Dress Islamically of Students in Banda Aceh with correlation cooefesient rho (p) of 0,477 and a significantÂ of 0,000 or p<0,05.
