Abstract

Abstract : Research Objectives: (1) to find out the implementation of the points system in improving the discipline of students at UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja, (2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors implementation of the points system in improving the discipline of students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained from interviews with 25 students with purposive sampling technique, representatives of Science, Social, Pancasila and Civic teacher, teachers in the field of student affairs, and the principal of UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja, with supporting data such as student violation archives, and point system guidelines of UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja. The validity of the data is checked using the data source triangulation technique. The data from the research was processed using a type of research called descriptive technique. The results show that: (1) the implementation of the point system at UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja in improving the discipline of students has been quite effective, this know from the results of research with several informants in the implementation process consisting of several stages, namely starting from the process of forming a point system socialization committee preparing point system guidelines and point system socialization. Students will be given a limit of 100 points, the given guidance to students who commit violations carried out three times involving the parent, homeroomteacher, BK, vice head of student affairs and the principal with the criteria, 30 point for the first call, 50 points for the second call, 75 points for summons third with the coaching process provided can make students more aware of the rules that apply in school (2) Supporting factors for the implementation of this point system are students who have self-awareness and motivation, the presence of support and motivation from parents, and the absence of discrimination in sanctioning violating learners. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of the point system is the factor of oneself, where the disposition of the learners is difficult to manage, factor of teachers who have an indifferent attitude towards learners who violate the rules, vehicle factor where the lack of public transportation causes a large number of students who often commit violations, in this case they came late to school. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem poin dalam peningkatan kedisiplin peserta didik di UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja, (2) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan sistem poin dalam peningkatan kedisiplin peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan 25 orang peserta didik dengan teknik purposive sampling, perwakilan guru IPA, IPS, PPKn dan guru Bidang Kesiswaan serta Kepala Sekolah UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja dengan data penunjang seperti asrip pelanggaran peserta didik dan pedoman sistem poin UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja. Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi sumber data. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan jenis penelitian deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawah: 1) pelaksanaan sistem poin di UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik sudah cukup efektif, hal ini diketahui dari hasil penelitian dengan beberapa informan yang dalam proses pelaksanaannya terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu mulai dari proses pembentukan panitia sosialisasi sistem poin, penyusunan pedoman sistem poin dan sosialisasi sistem poin. Peserta didik akan diberi batasan 100 poin, kemudian diberikan pembinaan kepada peserta didik yang melakukan pelanggaran sebanyak tiga kali yang melibatkan orang tua, wali kelas, BK, wakasek bidang kesiswaan dan kepala sekolah dengan kriteria, 30 poin panggilan pertama, 50 poin panggilan kedua, 75 poin panggilan ketiga, dengan proses pembinaan membuat peserta didik lebih sadar akan aturan yang berlaku di sekolah 2) faktor pendukung pelaksanaan sistem poin ini yaitu peserta didik yang memiliki kesadaran diri dan motivasi, adanya dukungan dan motivasi dari orang tua, menghindari diskriminasi dalam pemberian sanksi kepada peserta didik yang melanggar. Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan sistem poin yaitu watak peserta didik yang sulit untuk diatur, guru yang memiliki sikap tidak pedulih terhadap peserta didik yang melanggar peraturan, faktor kendaraan dimana kurangnya angkutan umum yang menyebabkan banyaknya peserta didik yang sering melakukan pelanggaran dalam hal terlambat datang ke sekolah. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1). Stages of Implementation of Minimum Competency Assessment at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto (2) Obstacles encountered in the implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using a descriptive type of research with data sources from school principals, teachers, and students (AKM participants). The data collection procedures used are observation (observation), interviews and documentation. The stages of research carried out are planning, implementation and writing stages of research results for drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that (1) The stages of implementing the Minimum Competency Assessment at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto are the preparation stage such as facilities (computer units, internet/wifi access, AKM guide books), holding workshops (training) for teachers, procurement proctor, conduct simulations and guidance for AKM participants. At the stage of the implementation process, there is supervision. As well as the evaluation and follow-up stages by getting used to reading before the lesson starts in order to improve students' reading literacy. (2) The obstacles faced in implementing the Minimum Competency Assessment at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto are the lack of teacher understanding, inadequate internet access, not all AKM participants can operate a computer, as well as the lack of interest of students in reading questions. As for the efforts made, namely, providing workshops (training) for teachers, dividing the implementation sessions for AKM participants, conducting simulations and supervision, and providing guidance or tutoring.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of the home work environment, team interaction, and online training on employee productivity within the Indonesian education sector operating under a hybrid work model. A quantitative analysis was conducted, involving 160 employees from various roles within educational institutions. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 software. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between the home work environment, team interaction, online training, and employee productivity. Conducive home work environments, robust team interactions, and effective online training programs emerge as critical factors in enhancing workforce performance in remote and hybrid work settings. The study contributes to a nuanced understanding of contemporary work dynamics and offers practical insights for organizational strategies aimed at fostering productivity in the Indonesian education sector.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to investigate (1) How the Implementation of the moral reasoning model in Civic Education Learning for 9th-grade students at SMPN 1 Turikale. (2) Are there any challenges encountered in applying the moral reasoning method for 9th-grade students in Civic Education Learning at SMPN 1 Turikale. The research method employed is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The sources utilized include primary and secondary sources, and data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this research conclude that (1) Teachers' readiness in implementing the Moral Reasoning learning model in PPKn learning at SMPN 1 Turikale is less prepared due to (a) Lack of teachers in compiling and planning Moral Reasoning Model learning (b) There are deficiencies in the application of learning syntax and in (c) learning evaluations have not been implemented optimally (2) Teachers' obstacles in implementing the Moral Reasoning Learning Model include difficulty designing suitable case scenarios, time constraints, complex assessments, and the need for further support and training. Students' obstacles include facing challenges in understanding the moral context, low critical thinking skills, and difficulty speaking in front of groups Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kesiapan Guru Dalam Menerapkan Model Pembelajaran moral reasoning pada Pembelajaran PPKn Siswa Kelas IX SMPN 1 Turikale. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan Model Pembelajaran Moral Reasoning Siswa Pada Pembelajaran PPKn Kelas IX SMPN 1 Turikale. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data  primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik dan prosedur pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Kesiapan guru dalam menerapkan  model pembelajaran Moral Reasoning Pembelajaran PPKn di SMPN 1 Turikale kurang siap disebabkan oleh (a) Kurangnya Guru dalam menyusun dan merencanakan pembelajaran Model Moral Reasoning (b) Terdapat kekurangan dalam penerapan sintaks pembelajaran dan dalam (c) evaluasi pembelajaran belum optimal dilaksanakan (2) Kendala guru dalam menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Moral Reasoning yaitu kesulitan merancang skenario kasus yang cocok, keterbatasan waktu, penilaian yang kompleks, serta kebutuhan dukungan dan pelatihan lebih lanjut. Kendala siswa yaitu menghadapi tantangan memahami konteks moral, kemampuan berpikir kritis yang rendah, dan kesulitan berbicara di depan kelompok.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine 1) Profile of Family Hope Program (PKH) in Deri Village, 2) Implementation of Family Hope Program in Deri Village, 3) Determinants of Family Hope Program implementation in Deri Village. This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The data collection techniques used were observational interviews and documentation. The results showed 1) The family hope program in Deri Village is a program of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia that provides conditional assistance to poor people who are registered in the integrated social welfare data and meet the criteria of health, education and social welfare components. The Family Hope Program provides assistance in the form of non-cash money whose nominal is adjusted to the criteria of each component and provides assistance to beneficiary families. 2) The family hope program in Deri sub-district has not been fully effective because in its implementation there are still several problems such as delays in disbursing funds, funds disbursed not as nominal as they should, the presence of beneficiaries whose assistance is not disbursed and lack of awareness of beneficiary families to attend monthly meetings in the mentoring range. 3) The determinants of the implementation of the family hope program in Deri sub-district are, Supporting factors: a) local government support, b) community access is quite easy, in this case information access and road access. Inhibiting factors: a) delay in disbursement of funds, b) aid funds are not disbursed and less than the nominal should be, c) there is still a lack of PKH companions, d) lack of awareness of PKH beneficiary families to attend regular meetings every month in the context of Family Development Session (FDS) assistance.
