Abstract

Breast cancer is at risk at all ages including teenagers as well. However, adolescents are not yet aware of the need for early detection of breast cancer, so it requires mehods to increase awareness of importance of early detection measures. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Quantum learning methods on Self awareness and the motivation to check breasts themselves on class XI students in MA Al Fatah Badas. The design of this research is Pre experimental design with One Group pretest-posttest Design. research plan. The population of all XI class students in MA Al Fatah Badas, sample 27 respondents, taken with a total sampling technique. Analyze pre and post interventions on self awareness and motivation variables. This research variable data was tested with the Wilcoxon statistical test with a -value signification of 0.00 (α = 0.05). The results of the self Awareness variable study showed the rate of self awareness of respondents prior to almost all interventions (88.89%) with low categories and after almost all interventions (92.59%) with good category. While the results of the motivation variable study showed the motivation level of respondents before the intervention almost all (88.89%) with the low category and after total intervention (100%) with high category. There is an influence on the quantum learning method of self awareness and the motivation to examine the breasts themselves with the value of -value self awareness of 0.00 (α = 0.05) while the value of the -value motivation is 0.00 (α = 0.05). The quantum learning method is a fun and interesting learning model so that the material can be well absorbed. This learning method invites students to participate actively in learning activities so as to allow them to explore their curiosity. Based on this research, learners are advised to use quantum learning methods to increase interest in classroom learning.

Abstract

Empowerment is a process to give or support to weaker organizations and reduce support to stronger organizations so that balance occurs. The goal of mass empowerment is to create a more favorable environment for people to live in, which will also contribute to a more favorable quality of life for people. This exercise is carried out using a material demonstration method with a sample size of 20 people. The results of the activities before the educational intervention was carried out found an average score of 73,50 and after the educational intervention was given an average score of 79,50. As a result, based on the results of the preliminary research conducted before and after the first stroke patient was treated with the FAST (Face, Arm, Speech, Time) detection method, it was determined that public awareness of the first stroke patient had increased. Detecting FAST is one method for detecting strokes that patients experience by looking at their wajah, elbow, and leg muscles, as well as their bicara sensitivity. It also involves quickly referring patients to the closest RS so they don't miss the golden period of stroke.

Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) is a common complaint in farmers due to agricultural work such as bending, standing, squatting, lifting and carrying loads, and the back as the main support. These activities have a high level of tension and involve many repetitive movements causing the spinal muscles to be continuously overloaded resulting in low back pain. The aim of this study was to determine the level of low back pain in farmers in the Ringinsari Kandat Village farmer group, Kediri. This study used a descriptive design. The population in this study were 60 members of the farmer group with a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 18 respondents was obtained. Data collection used a questionnaire sheet, data analysis used a percentage. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents (55.6%) had low back pain on a scale of 5, with an average value of 4.44. Agricultural work has a high level of tension and involves many repetitive movements. This causes the spinal muscles to be overloaded due to work that is done continuously without time to relax, resulting in pain in the farmers' lower backs. Respondents are advised to minimize continuous static loads and pay attention to ergonomics at work to prevent and reduce the level of Low Back Pain.
