Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan shooting after dribble dengan shooting after centering pass terhadap hasil kemampuan shooting sepakbola pada Pemain Sepakbola Sejati Pratama Medan Johor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode experiment dengan jumlah populasi yaitu 25 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling (sampel bersyarat dan ciri-ciri). Selanjutnya dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan teknik matching by fairing yaitu kelompok A (shooting after dribble) dankelompok B (shooting after centering pass) berdasarkan hasil pre-test yang telah diranking. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu, dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali dalam seminggu. Hasil analisis data yang menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan peningkatan terhadap hasil kemampuan shooting. Dari hasil perhitungan uji statistik hipotesis pertama diperoleh thitung(17,10) > ttabel(1,83), maka hipotesis pertama dapat diterima sehingga dapat dibuktikan bahwa latihan shooting after dribble memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil kemampuan shooting.. Dari hasil perhitungan uji statistik hipotesis kedua diperoleh thitung(6,10) > ttabel(1,83), maka hipotesis kedua dapat diterima sehingga dapat dibuktikan bahwa latihan Shooting after centering pass memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil kemampuan shooting. Dari hasil perhitungan uji statistik hipotesis ketiga Shooting after dribble memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar dari pada shooting after centering pass terhadap peningkatan hasil kemampuan shooting, dikarenakan thitung(2,28)>ttabel(1,73).

The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the attitude of consumers towards products of honda motor vehicles branded vario on PD. Motor Power Muaro Jambi. The number of samples that will be taken is as much as 100 people respondents. Sample withdrawal technique is done in a non probability of simple random sampling. Analysis tools are used multiple linear regression. Research results from theTest F F values obtained to calculate probability with 41.855 of 0.000. Because F count 42.193 > F 2.47 and the probability Table is much smaller than 0.05 regression models then can be used to predict future purchasing decisions (the dependent variable) or it can be said that all independent variables namely Utilitarian Function, the expression value, maintain the ego and knowledge together effect on the dependentvariable consumer purchasing decisions against the Honda brand Vario. The coefficient of determination (R2) above shows the magnitude of the adjusted R2 is 0.640, this means that 64% of the variations in purchase decisions can be explained by the variation of 4 independent variables. The t-test analysis results above is a value t calculate on variable Utilitarian (X 1). variable expression of the value (X 2) Defending the Ego (X 3), variable knowledge (X 4) significance level of 0.000 significance probability α = < 0.05, then Ho denied and Ha is received. Two-wheeler automotive industry that still exist in the market, it must remain consistent with the strategy to understand the wants, needs and tastes of consumers. Strategies that can be used by automotive companies is the strategy of branding and increase product quality. PT.Angsana Indah Jaya is a company engaged in the sale of automotive products. In the automotive field, the company markets products Suzuki motorcycle which is the top brand of the company 'from Japan, and PT.Angsana Jaya Indah is located in the city of Jambi. In this study, the author uses primary data. For the calculation of the statistics the authors use a computer program IBM SPSS The analysis tool used is a simple linear regression equation, test the coefficient of determination (R2), and t test. PT Angsana Jaya Indah was founded in 2010 in Jambi. Indah Jaya is a branch perusaan with the Suzuki brand as a product marketed both in terms of motor vehicles and four-wheeled vehicles. Based on the results of the study respondents agreed with Brand Image product Suzuki Satria fu 150 PT. Angsana Jaya Indah branch Jambi with the average score of 358. With the regression equation Y = 0,987 + 0,727X + e. thus it can be concluded that the regression Brand Image has a positive direction on purchasing decisions Suzuki Satria Fu 150 on PT.Angsana Jambi Jaya branch. Based on the analysis of Likert scale Brand Image and influence the consumer's decision to buy all provide value to agree, so of all the variables studied had a good outcome or conclusion agrees. And Based on the research results prove that the variable Brand Image is effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

The farmer empowerment program in Kranjang Hamlet is a community empowerment program that aims to improve farmers' welfare and maximize agricultural potential in Kranjang Hamlet. This program was initiated by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga SH C&T Integrated Terminal Wayame and is a form of implementation of corporate social and environmental responsibility. This program is run using a participatory rural appraisal where the community is the subject and main actor in the empowerment program. In its implementation, this program prioritizes the synergy between the community and the company in accordance with the community driven development. The qualitative results of the farmer empowerment program in Kranjang Hamlet can be seen as an example of a successful program because it involves the community in all stages of program planning, implementation, and evaluation.

This study aims to analyze the employee performance strategies implemented by BUMDes in Bantan District and their impact on employee productivity. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between performance strategies and employee productivity. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 50 randomly selected employees of BUMDes. The results show a significant positive relationship between the implementation of performance strategies and employee productivity, with an R-squared value of 65.8%. This indicates that improving the quality of performance strategies, such as training, rewards, and effective human resource management, can enhance employee productivity. This study provides recommendations for BUMDes to strengthen training programs and incentives for employees as part of efforts to increase productivity.

Pendidikan multikultural merupakan proses mewujudkan kesetaraan tanpa memandang perbedaan dari sudut pandang agama, ras, suku dan budaya. Hadis yang merupakan sumber hukum kedua setalah Al-quran juga memberikan konsep tentang toleransi, menghargai perbedaan dan saling menghormati. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagai mana hadis memberikan konsep pendidikan multikultural untuk mewujudkan sikap toleran dan menghargai perbedaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan yang memusatkan data dan informasi dari kepustakaan seperti buku-bulu, arikel, majalah dan dokumen dalam bentuk tulisan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam hadis, Allah SWT menciptakan manusia dari nenekmoyang yang sama, menghidari permusuhan, dan menghargai sesama manusia karena kekayaan tidak tereletak pada suku, budaya, agama dan ras melainkan yang paling bertaqwa kepada Allah SWT. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa agama Islam mendukung keharmonisan dalam kehidupan yang beragam dan menolak deskriminasi.

يشجع هذا البخث على الإحتياجات الماسة لإضافة مهارات التفكير العليا داخل المواد الدراسية او التعليمية في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية باعتبار أنّ مهارات التفكير العليا هي من ضمن متطلبات التعليم في القرن الحادي والعشرين التي تطلب من متعلمي اللغة العربية أن تجعل اللغة العربية ليست كعلم يتعلمه الطالب فحسب؛ بل يجعلها كمهارات الحياتية ويستخدمها كحل من الحلول للمشكلة الواردة في حياتهم اليومية، بحيث أن مهارات التفكير العليا توفّر الجوّ التعليمي أكثر مرينة مقارنة إلى طريقة التعليم التقليدي. ومن خلال ملاحظ الباحث على الكتب الدراسي أو المواد التعليمية المستخدمة من قبل الأساتذة في فسم تعليم اللغة العربية في جامعة سلطان طه سيف الدين جمبي في شكل خاص و في شعبة تعليم اللغة العربية في شكل عام أنّ المواد التعليمية المستخدمة مازالت تشير على الطراز التقليدي بحيث أن الكتاب الدراسي جاءت من الدول العربية ولم تحصل على شيء من التغيير او التعديل منذ فترة غير يسير، مع أنّ الجيل يتغير والزمن يتحول لذلك أن المواد التعليمية يجب أن تتكيف مع تقدم الزمان وتطور التكنولوجيا ومِن ضمنها مهارات التفكير العليا.
